How can using Bootstrap to create a pager that change table values (Without going to another page)
It's not possible without Javascript or jQuery.

I have added a side bar like this one onto a CDE dashboard.
https://bootsnipp.com/snippets/featured/responsive-navigation-menu
Now the sidebar needs to be on every page listed on the menu.
What is the best way to go about this?
I could copy it on every single dash board - it works but it's not great especially if I need to change stg ex-post.
Create an "index" page with the side bar and an iframe to display the "sub" dashboards?
Create a widget (I tried but no success so far)
Custom component?
I think I solved the problem by using jquery load like these guys did.
Include another HTML file in a HTML file
We are using dojo dgrid for tables in our web app. Generally, we use dgrid pagination but in one case we don't want to use pagination and show all records at once.
I followed steps as mentioned in the following URL. But its not working. There is no error but it just don't show any records when I use SingleQuery.

is there a simple way of creating a list with editable elements (add/remove) on a page?
Something simillar to the users managing list, where you can add and delete users.
For example, you got a table in DB with 2 columns - "Name" and "Value", and rows like
"Onion"-"10" and "Potato"-"20". The idea is to display the table on a page and make it editable.
Sounds simple but im new in Yii, just yesterday learned about it, did first app and other stuff from guides, but there is no guide how to create things like that manually (so far i was installing widgets mostly)
Thanks
The component you need is CGridView. Take a look to this website.

In my Sencha Touch 2 application I have an HTML table in a view which has its ID. What I'm trying to do is do some actions, load store, create another table and append it to the existing table - without changing the view. I have no problems with making the request, creating the second table on the fly, etc, however I need to figure out how one table can be appended to another in terms of Sencha Touch? Is there an "appendTo()" function like, say, jQuery has and how can I use it? I basically need to get the table by its ID and append the new table to it. But don't know how to do that in Sencha Touch 2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
It depends what your view extends but if it's extending an xtype:panel then you can use getHtml() to get the existing content and then setHtml() to update it.
Hi guys I'm working on this application using activeadmin. I've come to a point where I would like to add in some ajax based functions. I have the basic form set up using teh activeadmin resource and it generates a very pretty form.
I would like to while the user is entering the details on the form - run a ajax call which would retrieve some html based on the values being entered and populate it on the page.
More likely I would like a way to add custom javascript to the page. Whats the best way to do this - I'm facing issues with returning html without the entire activeadmin layout coming with it.
You can use the /config/initializers/active_admin.rb
You can add javascript resources like this:
config.register_javascript 'my_functions.js'
I use to put code directly to /app/assets/javascripts/active_admin.js
You can also include script in /config/initializers/active_admin.rb
