Error installing CNTK - MemoryError while installing .whl file - cntk

I have Ubuntu 16.04 server environment and was trying to install CNTK on it. While I was trying to install pip install in an environment section I get the following error.
I succesfully ran below 2 steps:
$ conda create --name cntk-py34 python=3.4 numpy scipy h5py jupyter
$ activate cntk-py35
But when I try to install the cntk whl file I get an error:

In your question, you mention two different Python versions (3.4 and 3.5). Also, the Anaconda Environment activation needs to be sourced. Assuming you already satisfied the OpenMPI dependency (cf. https://github.com/Microsoft/CNTK/wiki/Setup-Linux-Python), can you try one of these:

Cannot install petsc4py on Ubuntu 20.04

After successfully installing and testing PETSc I went ahead and tried to install petsc4py with:

There are so many error messages that I have no idea where from I should start. Any help? The installation should be straightforward, I don't know what's going on. Trying to fix the package (or setup.py thereof) manually is futile. I'm using Python 3.8.10.
Any hints will be much appreciated.
The easiest solution I found to solve this issue in one of my Dockerfile is simply to use apt-get install -y python3-petsc4py-complex.
(If you want/have the petsc real version, use apt-get install -y python3-petsc4py-real instead).
From those who are interested, the same idea can be applied for slepc with apt-get install -y python3-slepc4py-complex.
Feel free to tell me if it works ! If not, I will try on a new Dockerfile to solve this.

Cannot run dask-mpi with Python 3.7 -- timeout when connecting client to dask-mpi scheduler

I'm attempting to run the Dask-MPI "Getting Started" (http://mpi.dask.org/en/latest/) example in a fresh Anaconda environment.
I set up an environment using
conda create -n dask-mpi -c conda-forge python=3.7 dask-mpi
conda activate dask-mpi
Inside the environment, I run
mpirun -np 4 dask-mpi --scheduler-file ./scheduler.json
Then, from a python interpreter on the same machine (and in the same folder), I run

The terminal that I ran dask-mpi from does not have any output which would indicate that something is trying to connect. I have verified that the port in question, 8786, is open. I've also verified via debugger that the client is getting the correct address from the scheduler file.
I've tried this in quite a few different environments and on a few different machines, including a fresh Ubuntu 18.04 docker container. I'm completely at a loss for what steps I might be missing.
It turns out this was due to an error in newer versions of dask.distributed (1.25.3) which broke the behavior of dask-mpi. This seems to be fixed as of dask-mpi 1.0.3 (https://github.com/dask/dask-mpi/releases/tag/1.0.3).

Cannot start tensorboard from console due to numpy issue

I'd like to make use of TensorBoard.I already saved training and validation data in the same directory as the rest of the project data using the tensorflow.keras.callbacks library.
I already pip reinstalled numpy, didn't work out. Then I deleted tb-nightly and tensorboard as I had them both for some reason and just pip reinstalled tb-nightly.

Did you do a fresh install and or update recently?
Not sure if this applies to your case or not? Yesterday I installed the latest conda, for python 2.7, from scratch and updated to the latest packages after installation. Running python from pycharm or windows powershell and importing numpy would throw a multiarray import error. The fix for me was to downgrade numpy from ?1.16.12? to ?1.5.14?. Sorry, but I am away from my PC's were I encountered the error but I think those versions are correct.
I experienced the same error in my local Jupyter notebook. Upgrading Numpy package worked for me.
Try upgrading Numpy as below
pip install numpy==1.16
If the above doesn't work, upgrade tensorflow with below command and try again
pip install tensorflow --upgrade

Issues while using Snappy for tensorflow preprocessing using BeamIO

While using Apache beamIO for preprocessing data, snappy library was a good to have module for compression but looks like the file transformation doesnt seems to work as it cannot find the crc32 compress function in the library! Im using snappy-0.5.2 version

I just hit this issue; I think it is due to Beam being a little careless about versions of optional test-dependencies (in this case, tensorflow and python-snappy).
The problematic code:
import snappy
snappy._crc32c
works in python-snappy version 0.5.1 but not in 0.5.2 (the latest version).
I got these Beam tests passing by installing python-snappy 0.5.1 via:
pip install \
--upgrade --ignore-installed \
python-snappy==0.5.1 \
--global-option=build_ext \
--global-option="-I/usr/local/include" \
--global-option="-L/usr/local/lib"
On OSX I need the three --global-option flags otherwise it doesn't find my snappy headers (symptom: errors about #include <snappy-c.h>) and library files, which brew install snappy placed in /usr/local/include and /usr/local/lib, respectively.
The bits before that seem necessary to override pip's default of wanting to give me the latest version.

Pandas not installing in 64 bit windows

I recently installed a new verion of Anaconda 3 4.2 on a windows laptop.
All the packages work fine , but pandas never worked for me from day 1.
So i thought of uninstalling and installing a new version of pandas 0.19

The problem is that you are trying to install Pandas as a regular user, and therefore cannot change the contents of Anaconda installation folder (where Python installed packages live). You need to run CMD or PowerShell (whichever you are using) as an administrator. Right-click on its shortcut in the start menu and click "Run as administrator", then run again the same command.
Try to use Anaconda package manager - conda instead of pip:
C:\> conda install pandas
