Server Error in '/' Application (ASP.net 4.8 MVC) - Plesk Onyx

I uploaded an ASP.net MVC project to Plesk. On the very first page. I get this error:
Server Error in '/' Application
>
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
I searched the Plesk forum and found a thread on the same topic (an older one but reviewed it anyway). But I didn't get any help as the KB link given in this thread is broken.
https://talk.plesk.com/threads/server-error-in-application.339898/
Since the error described, doesn't provide much detail, I checked 'Log' on the Plesk control panel and found that repeated error is given as
DateTime - 2022-06-05 07:48:21
IP - 1.18X.XXX.1X6
Status Code - 500
Error Code - GET / - HTTP/1.1
I tried searching Stack Overflow but questions are only pointing towards HTTP1.1 enablement or custom error in web.config.
Please help

Intermittent problems starting Azure App Services: "500.37 ANCM Failed to Start Within Startup Time Limit"

Our app services are experiencing the problem, that they can’t be restarted by the hosting environment (ANCM).
The user is getting the following screen in that case:
Http Error 500.37
Our production subscription consists of up to 8 different app services and the problem can randomly harm one of them ore some of them.
The problem can occur several times a week, or just once a month.
The bootstrapping procedure of our app services is not time consuming.
The last occurrence of the problem has this log entries within the eventlog:
Failed to gracefully shutdown application 'MACHINE/WEBROOT/APPHOST/XXXXXXXXX'.
followed by:
Application '/LM/W3SVC/815681839/ROOT' with physical root 'D:\home\site\wwwroot' failed to load coreclr. Exception message: Managed server didn't initialize after 120000 ms
In most cases the problem can be resolved by manually stopping and starting the app service. In some cases we had to do that twice.
We are not able to reproduce that behavior locally.
The App Service Plan is S2 and we actually use just one instance.
The documentation of the Http error 500.37 recommends:
"You may need to stagger the startup process of multiple apps."
But there is no hint of how to do that.
How can we ensure that our app services are restarted without errors.
HTTP Error 500.37 - ANCM Failed to Start Within Startup Time Limit
You can try following approaches:
Approach 1: If possible, can try to move one app into a new App Service with a separate App Service plan, then check whether it can start as expected.
Please note that creating and using a separate App Service plan would be charged.
Approach 2: Increasing the startupTimeLimit attribute of the aspNetCore element.
For more information about the startupTimeLimit attribute, please check: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/host-and-deploy/aspnet-core-module?view=aspnetcore-3.1#attributes-of-the-aspnetcore-element

Failed to load APIs - Error 403 on Azure Mobile Service

I have staging Azure Mobile Service that has suddenly stopped working and started to report errors when called by other apps.
The direct Mobile Service URL is reporting "Error 403 - This web app is stopped." error at https://b8akjsms2-st.azure-mobile.net/ I am also unable to access the api from the Azure portal which throw this message:
Failed to download zip file for path '/site/repository/service/api/' in Mobile Service 'b8akJSMS2-st' If you contact a support representative please include this correlation identifier: 4ebe635c-bbb7-af06-a71a-532f0467e828, the time of error: 2016-06-10 11:40:36Z, and the error id: ZE6.
How can I resolve this issue?
I can see that the service is on the free tier and is over CPU quota limits. These will reset at midnight UTC each day (5pm PST). Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Plz help me friends how to solve this problem . I have got this problem when i open webpage (localhost:8085)soon after installing tomcat (i have set classpath tooo ) .Plz kindly send any answers to rakeshdatla999#gmail.com...
Possible mismatch between version of Tomcat and version of JDK/JRE. It happened to me on Mac with Java 8 and Tomcat 7.2*. Had to install and use Tomcat 7.5*
I was using Windows 10 OS for developing applications in TM1 Performance Modeller as part of Academic projects.
I had been trying to run pmpsvc services of IBM Performance Modeller. I was getting the error "unable to logon to pmpsvc". Also, when I was trying to logon to Application Server in my browser, I was getting the same error that you've posted here.
What I think(after going through different posts in the search results of Google and Stackoverflow): There is some compatibility issue with JSP 2.1 in your project or maybe Tomcat version in-compatibilty.
How this was solved: I installed Windows 7 in dual-boot mode by allocating 100 GB to Windows 7. Installed the IBM software TM1 package(Performance Modeller and BI Insight Tool) in Win7 and everything runs smoothly now.
The IBM Instructors that demonstrated the use of Tm1 Dimensional Modelling also were running Windows 7 in their machines.
I guess - if you wish to solve the problem without going into the details of this exception, You can give this a try!

Service reference error when moving dev. environment from XP to W7

I am building an application and I am using web services for getting data from a server. It was working fine when I was developing on my XP machine but had to switch to Windows 7. On the new machine I grabbed the latest version of the code using sourcesafe.
However, when I try to add a service reference in the solution or update an existing one I get the following error:
There was an error downloading 'http://localhost:52490/Service/CustomerService.asmx'.
The request failed with the error message:
Server Error in '/' Application.
Parser Error
Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.
Parser Error Message: Could not create type 'Digital_Server.CustomerService'.
Source Error
Source File: /Service/CustomerService.asmxLine: 1
Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.4927; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.4927
--.
Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'http://localhost:52490/Service/CustomerService.asmx'.
An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to http://localhost:52490/Service/CustomerService.asmx. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
If the service is defined in the current solution, try building the solution and adding the service reference again.
Does it has anything to do with the IIS or is it any configuration file I have to change in the solution?
Any help is appreciated.
How do you deploy your app to the server? Via a zip file?
Perhaps it extracts the files without the path.
