Follow this article, you got to install Anypointstudio plugin to have Property Editor GUI.

Depending on the Mule Runtime, select the appropriate plugin link for your case -https://docs.mulesoft.com/release-notes/anypoint-enterprise-security-release-notes

How to view all properties from a configuration file in runtime manager

I use configuration files for all properties of my apps, that is working fine. Running them on cloud hub I would like to have these properties show up in the app settings of the runtime manager (for reviewing or editing the settings "on the fly" without a new deployment).
I know you can overwrite them via the settings, but I would like to see the list of all properties beforehand – like if you don't use configuration files but submit them via the deployment dialog.
Any way to archive this?
In Anypoint Runtime Manager you can only see the properties defined there. Properties files are not inspectable nor visible.

editing remote files locally and committing them to intellijea IDEA

I am currently writing a program with intellijea IDEA. I cloned my gitlab project. However, when I try to create new class, I don't get to see the option to create new class. Please what I am doing wrong? Or is there a better way to resolve this issue?
you need to define the content type of a directory. This way IntelliJ can provide context aware menu options for you.
First create a directory. E.g. src/main/java (like maven).
You can set this in the module settings:
Tip: If you use maven or another build tool, you can add support for that tool to your project too.

Adding a directory path under IntelliJ 12 claims Library 'LibraryName' is not used and has no effect

I maintain an IntelliJ plugin (Codename one) and we need to control the users classpath. I'm adding a classpath either via the plugin or manually by going to here:
And pressing the + sign where I pick Java:
Then choose classes:
This seems to work OK:
But the completion and other such functionality doesn't work and when I go back the entry is disabled and I get this error message:
This doesn't really tell me anything?
A workaround is to open the .iml file in a text editor, and add the following to the orderEntry list:
<orderEntry type="library" scope="PROVIDED" name="LibraryName" level="project" />
Unfortunately this isn't very practical and it only solves some of the problems I'm experiencing. Any direction or hint would be appreciated here.
Edit: Adding screenshot of preferences UI:
Second Edit: Screenshot of the module section
The answer from kukido is good, for additional details though check out this: http://devnet.jetbrains.com/message/5509300
Essentially what I want is to still have my module but add a dependency programmatically which can be done by:
ModifiableRootModel model = ModuleRootManager.getInstance(module).getModifiableModel();
model.addLibraryEntry(library);
model.commit();
This doesn't really tell me anything?
IntelliJ is trying to warn you that you have created a library, but it is not referenced anywhere in the project. It is gently asking "Did you mean to add this library as a dependency?".
The entry is not disabled. It is greyed out to show that it is not referenced in any module as a dependency. Once you add the library to the dependencies list, the color will change.
It is a two-step process:
Create a library
Reference new library in a module
Code completion is not working because your module is not aware of the library classes.
Module dependencies
Non-referenced and referenced libraries

ClearCase not working via Intellij Idea

Intellij Idea 12.1.4, Windows 7 Professional.
It seems bundled ClearCase Intellij Idea plugin not working at all. When I try to checkout(or type sth. in a file which is not checked out or hijacked) Idea says:
Cannot edit file(s): cleartool: Error: Not an object in a vob: {File path}
Actually this is an error that I am expecting because I couldn't find any ClearCase configuration that I can type my user name and password in Intellij Idea:
That's why it doesn't know where to connect and retrieve data. So question is, where are the correct configurations? Should I prepare a script for SCR text file or is Intellij Idea plugin useless?
Try first to fall back to cleartool (the ClearCase CLI -- command Line Interface), and check if your view is correctly configured.
cd /path/to/your/file
cleartool ls
That will allow you to see the config spec selection rule for that file.
And that will give you a clue for that "Not an object in a vob" error message: maybe the issue isn't in the plugin, but in your current view.
I know this is a contrite answer but the best advice really is: Don't use ClearCase.
Save your organization the headache and make the effort to switch over.
Anything will do, even svn.
Go to Settings, click on "Version Control". In the right-hand pane you need to add a Directory/VCS configuration tuple. Do this by pressing the green PLUS (+) icon.
Select "Project" and select "Clearcase" as Source Control tool. You should now have a context menu item "Clearcase" in your IDE and can check out files by right-clicking on the file. One small disadvantage in my Intellij 12.1.6 is that he only sees the change sets (Activities) that were created using Clearcase Explorer... (only loaded at startup time of Intellij). So you cannot add new change sets that will be propagated to Clearcase.

Intellij prompting for path variables "USER_HOME_GRAILS" and "USER_HOME_GRIFFON "

When I start my project in Intellij 9 (#IU-95.66) I see a red popup in the top right of my screen saying...
Load error: undefined path variables!
USER_HOME_GRAILS, USER_HOME_GRIFFON
are undefined. Fix it.
I do not have the Griffon/Grails plugins enabled and never have, why would I get this?
The project was created with Groovy plug-in enabled and it has stored these variables in the project file. Either enable the plug-in or remove the variables from the project file.
Creating the new project should also help. We have a related issue in our tracker, you may join it and provide more information.
I enabled the Grails/Griffon plugin and can confirm that it solved this exact issue. I had reinstalled Intellij on another machine and this is one issue I had when starting up a project that was created under a previous install.
Thanks.!
