Switching to Xcode 8.2.1 causes BRCloudDocsErrorDomain - objective-c

When I switched from Xcode 7.3.1 to Xcode 8.2.1 I get the following error when I try to save (via Cmd+s) the first time.
[ERROR] Failed getting container for URL: file:///Users/bob/Desktop/,
error: Error Domain=BRCloudDocsErrorDomain Code=12 "App library not
found: 'com.apple.Desktop'" UserInfo={NSDescription=App library not
found: 'com.apple.Desktop'}
When I tried to disable iCloud Drive from System Preferences.. I instead get the following error.
[ERROR] Failed getting container for URL: file:///Users/bob/Desktop/,
error: Error Domain=BRCloudDocsErrorDomain Code=2 "Logged out - iCloud
Drive is not configured" UserInfo={NSDescription=Logged out - iCloud
Drive is not configured}
I am creating a MacOS app and I do not need to use Cloud, but it seems that the cloud is somehow involved when saving a document. What is the problem here and what can be done about it?

I encountered the same problem and I solved it by switching on Sandbox and by selecting which folders I wanted to use in my project parameters.
Hope that this help you

React - native developement server return response error code : 500

I'm building an application in react-native, everything was working fine .After npm install, react-native doesn't detect some of my files anymore saying it doesnt exist, doesn't seem to detect any changes either. I get
"Developpement server returned response error 500, unable to resolve module `../services/myFile` none of these files exist." on android and on IOS 'Failed to load Bundle with error: "unable to resolve module ./screens/anotherFile"
When I remove those files (from the files they are use in) the error is still the same. Any ideas ?
Like #firu said, make sure you do a react-native-link, this happens if you have deleted the ios or android folder. Most cases when you are upgrading react-native with react-native-upgrade

Cannot add a new app to fabric

I am unable to add a new iOS app to fabric by following the instructions of the Fabric macOS plug in.
I have followed all of the instructions found at Crashlytics documentation
When running the app, I receive this error:
2018-03-12 14:22:24.090838-0400 [19139:8550117] [Crashlytics] Version 3.10.1 (129)

I have tried searching StackOverflow and following answers, but no luck avoiding this error message.
Any ideas on this error message?
I had this problem and discovered that my 'visible' (in Xcode) info.plist was not a file in my root directory, and was an out of date version from earlier development activity. I am not sure why my correct/current info.plist did not display in Xcode. I found the current info.plist in Finder (it was in the root directory in Finder, just not appearing in Xcode). I dragged the file from Finder to Xcode and accepted all the defaults in the dialog that appeared. Then I simply built and ran the current scheme and all worked as it should.
Note: It appears that for some time I have been updating the 'invisible' info.plist directly from my apps Target / Info tab.
Make sure to include all dependency then throw a force crash or runtime error and do not forget to turn on your data or internet connection.

An error was encountered processing the command (domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain, code=2)

I'm getting such error, while building IOS app in React Native project:
was encountered processing the command (domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain,
code=2) Print: Entry, ":CFBundleIdentifier", Does Not Exist
I read threads in GitHub regarding that issues, however didn't find solutions there which could solve my problem. Any ideas how to fix it?
The cause might be that you have some build files from the previous build which are causing the problem.
Clear the ios/build/your_project to trigger a fresh build
In my case the Xcode build folder needed to be cleaned. To fix, in Xcode go to Product | Clean Build Folder
In my case, the cause was - The build file name was MyMob.app but the app it tries to install to the simulator was mymob.app.
I solved it by changing the line in mymob.xcscheme:46
BuildableName = "MyMob.app"
BuildableName = "mymob.app"
Log was
iinfo Installing "build/mymob/Build/Products/Debug-iphonesimulator/mymob.app"

OSX App doesn't start(Buid succeeded)

Problem: I am unable to launch my OSX app.
Software versions:
XCode Version 8.1 (8B62)
macOS Siera 10.12.1 (16B2657)
I've already tried:
I don't have any changes in my version control.
Also it works fine on my colleague's computer
I've already tried to clean, Also used deep clean
I've overloaded my mac twice
I've already removed derived data
But still unable to run OSX app. It just build successfully all the time and isn't going to launch my app.
I googled about it.
https://www.google.com/search?q=xcode+%22build+secceded%22&oq=xcode+%22build+secceded%22&aqs=chrome..69i57.12138j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#q=xcode+%22build+succeeded%22+%22App+doesn%27t+run%22
But haven't found something helpful.
Any suggestions? Probably I missed something... but I think it is a system bug. And I have to clean or relaunch something. But I've already tried all what I was able to guess.

Xcode 7 - Cannot open document (storyboard file)

I recently updated to Xcode 7 and as usual something has to go wrong. Its really a shame because I was looking forward to the new features in Xcode 7.
I am faced with a an error which I cannot seem to fix. Every time I try and build the project I get the following error:
I thought there was something wrong with my project, so I made a new Single View application and I still get the same error.
I have tried the following things but none of them has worked for me:
Restart Xcode (Didn't work).
Clean and rebuild project (Didn't work).
Restart Mac (Didn't work).
Reinstall Xcode 7 from the Mac App Store (Didn't work).
Installed Xcode 7 on a different Mac (Still got the same issue, even with a new Xcode project).
I tried the solution in this Stack Overflow question: https://stackoverflow.com/a/31614717/1598906 - But alas it did not work.
Finally, I tried the following Terminal command with no avail: $ sudo killall -9 ibtoold
Is anyone else having this issue with Xcode 7.0? And if so, have you managed to come with any other solutions? I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works.
Lastly, below is a copy of the error Log:

Thanks for your time, Dan.
Well thanks to the community for all there help..... not.
In the end I got it working by simply upgrading to OS X El Capitan and Xcode 7.0.1.
One thing I would point out though, is that when I was looking through the Xcode app files, some of them were corrupted and when I updated to Xcode 7.0.1 this issue was not fixed. So before installing OS X El Capitan, I deleted the following:
Xcode 7.0.1 app
Library/Developer folder
Macintosh HD/Library/Developer folder
I then installed OS X El Capitan and then installed Xcode 7.0.1 and now everything works fine.
I hope this helps anyone else who is experiencing the same issue.
