There isn't a way to support further actions with links as BigCommerce hasn't added this functionality

How to make a shopify app/theme extension which would get displayed in the brand's store UI?

We have an application which integrates with Shopify Clothing stores. We run our application in an iframe inside the shopify store where it interacts with the store's user.
Right now this application gets integrated with Shopify manually by inserting our script tag inside the store's product page. Can someone tell me how I can do this using a shopify app or theme extension?
Edit after David's answer
Is it also possible for me to get information about standard buttons in the theme like the Add to Cart button or Change Variants input. Ideally I would like to get the selector for these.
You would create a Shopify App that asks for permission to write ScriptTags. The Apps simply installs a script tag pointing to your App. So when the merchant installs your App, they get the script tag. Depending on what your App does in that iframe, you may need your Shopify App to provide other support, but that is not detailed in your OP, so I leave it at that.

Shopify: Pass values from non-Shopify site to Shopify Checkout and get URL

I have a static (non-Shopify) HTML and JS website with a shopping cart where its functionality is carried out using JS and Jquery. I need to pass my cart values to Shopify and take the user directly to the Shopify Checkout page when user clicks on the checkout button on my site. I need to pass cart values to Shopify and load the checkout page on the browser. How can I do this? I'm new to Shopify and I need some guidance on how to do this.
If you have access to variant ids and quantities in the cart, you can use a permalinks for this purpose. Example - http://yourstore.com/cart/70881412:1,70881382:1

BigCommerce Edit Finishorder.php page for custom stencil theme

We designed and developed a custom theme for BigCommerce using Stencil for a client.
After an order is submitted, the finishorder.php page is shown. I've attached a screenshot. We cannot find a way to modify this page. I know the checkout.php can't be edited other than targeting CSS, is the same true for finishorder.php? By default its showing base pricing. The customers' products use options to create the final price, so products appear cheaper than they actually are after a checkout. We would also like to style the buttons and modify the block listing the products that "Customers also liked" to match the rest of the theme.
Screenshot from Finishorder.php page
It is possible for BigCommerce staff to enable an editable checkout (checkout_express.html) and thank you for your order screen (order.html). This will appear under Design Options > More > Template Files and be accessible through WebDAV.

How to implement "Add To Cart" button in bigcommerce

i am setting up my store on bigcommerce, i want to implement add to cart button on my custom home page can anyone tell me how can i add "Add to cart button" on three blocks below slider(In celebrate, bags, weddings section)? This is my store link http://eveningbags1.mybigcommerce.com/
Usually the best way to make an add to cart button on other pages or from other websites is to take the link the Bigcommerce uses for Category/Brand/Search pages. Works like this
site.com/cart.php?action=add&product_id={product_id}
To add a specific option/sku/variation to the cart, use this format
site.com/cart.php?action=add&sku={sku}
Thanks to #Alyss for the sku info

BigCommerce Add Products To Cart API

I'm just setting up my first BigCommerce store, and I'd like to know if I can use their API to add products to a shopper's cart and forward them to the checkout page programmatically?
The problem I'm trying to solve is creation of bundles of products in the store. I need to have each product in a bundle show up as a separate line item and sku on the order, but BigCommerce does not natively support this. The next best thing I can think of is to send the user to a specially crafted php page that will add the constituent parts to their cart, then forward them to the checkout page.
Am I barking up the wrong tree? Is there a simple way to do this that I've missed?
You can use the Cart api to
- Create cart
https://developer.bigcommerce.com/api/v3/cart.html#post-carts
and use the created cart id to
Generate cart URL
https://developer.bigcommerce.com/api/v3/cart.html#post-carts-cartid-redirect_urls
Then you can move the user to this url
