Split excel file tabs into individual files - vba

I would like to split my workbooks, and have each sheet save as it's own file. I don't mind if the sheets save to the same folder that the original workbook is in. I also want to keep the original workbook intact. Here is the code I've been working with.

This has been working okay, but breaks when I try to use it on some of my larger workbooks. Not sure why. Could anyone help me refine this so I don't run into issues. Thanks!

I have master list, which I want to divide into separate worksheets based on Job Role. In addition, only courses marked with an "X" should appear in the individual worksheet. See image of master list below

Copy one worksheet to multiple workbooks and remove external references

I am trying to copy one worksheet All Data to around 140 other workbooks. None of the other workbooks have a worksheet with the same name.

When I click run I get a Run-Time error 424 Object Required. When I click debug it highlights-

I am not sure what object is required?
I have just realized that some of the other workbooks in the I:test\ folder are saved as .xlsx would this cause the error?
Replace the entire for-next loop with:

What, exactly, are you trying to do? Are you copying unique values in a column to different workbooks? If so, run the script below. This will do that thing.
The range for the code example below looks like this
Column A : Header in A1 = Country, A2:A? = Country names
Column B : Header in B1 = Name, B2:B? = Names
Column C : Header in C1 = Gender, C2:C? = F or M
Column D : Header in D1 = Birthday, D2:D? = Dates

Migrate Master Sheet To Individual Sheets

I have a worksheet that has all data combined on it. Sample structure is like this (of course columns range all the way over to X and rows are roughly 17K)

So I am in need of 3 new worksheets added, each one named Name1, Name2, Name3 and all rows corresponding to that name be copied over to the appropriate sheet.
There is my predicament, how do I scan the worksheet for each unique name in column A, store the name in a variable so I can name a worksheet after it?

Copying a range of columns within a row instead of entire row to another sheet?

I'm pretty clueless on this stuff, just starting to play with it. I have a code I got from a website, I customized it and it works great. It looks at a value in column 12 (a numeric value) on a master sheet, in my case "invoice2" and then copies that entire row based on the column 12 value to the pre-created sheet matching that value in my workbook. What I'd like is for it to only copy the row from columns A to H, not the entirety of columns A to L. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to adjust that in this code. Can anyone assist?

Changes are basically related to the newly added Filter_Range. My_Range remains, but while the subroutine is processing, fields are no longer filtered according to the 12th column of My_Range. Now filter works on the first (the only) column of Filter_Range. In the code you can see assigned values for both of them.
