I need to repeat similar behavior to Google Fit charts. When chart is pressed or dragging - we show highlighter on chart. Right after finger don't touch chart - remove highlighter. I found "onTap" variable for tap on chart - but it's work only when we tap and then remove finger from screen. But i need to show highlighter right after finger touched chart

I am trying to change the color of the items on click when the action mode is active. The problem is that e.g if there are five items in a recyclerview and you click one, scroll down and select sixth item and destroy the action mode. The next time you start selecting, that sixth item has automatically changed its color without you selecting it. I don't know why it is happening.

The problem is going to be in your view holder binding:

Remember that view holders are reused. That means that they will retain their internal state unless you change them. Your item list will also remember its state. Make sure you cover all the possible states of the item list and the reused view holders in the code above: You are probably missing a combination.
I recommend that you set a break point in the code above to make sure it is doing what you want. It should become obvious to you once you take a closer look.
[SOLVED]
After searching for an answer, I didn't find a solution for turning on the flash when in picture mode.
The app opens the camera in the background, and continulsy processes the pictures and detects objects, but the phone is located in a container which doesn't have light there, thus I need to make sure the flash is always opened.
There can be other approaches I'm considering as well and I'm not sure how to get these approaches to work also:
Switch to Video Mode. (Because I'm processing the pictures of the camera preview anyway, and in video mode the flash mode can work w/o recording a vide).
Set the camera default app to different app which supports image preview with flash when tapping on screen (I'll need to figure out how to switch to different app and how to simulate tapping, maybe even with another device which is connected to the app w/ bluetooth and sends clicks).
Override camera's API and make sure the Flash can be on, or just disabled and let another app turn on the flash.
This doesn't seem to work: (in the last code block)

Im trying to draw a jpg to a canvas in onDraw() however the Bitmap type doesnt seem to be drawable (doesn't have the .draw method). My goal is to have a jpeg that is movable on the screen with a touch/drag. How do I need to draw this?

First of all, I would not recommend decoding file to bitmap in onDraw(). This method is called every single frame, so your draw process is going to be extremely slow. You need to decode your file beforehand (in your case in your constructor) and reuse this bitmap in onDraw.
As for actual drawing bitmap, you can easily draw bitmap by calling Canvas.drawBitmap() method.
So basically you don't even need to translate canvas - you can specify destination directly:
canvas.drawBitmap(bmp, mPosX, mPosY, null);
I would change the faulty implementation exposed to something like:

I was trying to solve my problem with colored progress bars in this thread. The solution was present, but then I ran into another problem: I can't change color dynamically from my code. I want to do it right from my code, not with pre-defined .css. Generally I can do it, but I run into some difficulties when I try to do it with more than one progess bar.

I always get 2 red progressbars with it! It seems that code in line (1) changes the style of ProgressBar class, not the instance.
Another strange moment is that deleting line (1) don't result in 2 green progress bars. So I can figure that line (2) is completely useless!! WHY?! That's definitely getting odd.
Is there any way to set different colors for separate progressbars?

There is a workaround you can use until a bug to fix the sample code in your question is filed and fixed.
The code in this answer does a node lookup on the ProgressBar contents, then dynamically modifies the bar colour of the progress bar to any value you like.

The code uses inlined string processing of css attributes to manipulate Region backgrounds. Future JavaFX versions (e.g. JDK8+) will include a public Java API to manipulate background attributes, making obsolete the string processing of attributes from the Java program.
