Script timeout passed, if you want to finish import, please resubmit same file and import will resume - sql

I have an sql file which I want to upload in my database in live server using Cpanel. The size of it is 8.36 mb. But the server showing me this error.
NB: I found several answers which shows me to configure php.ini file located in localhost. But in this case, I'm working with live server, and in the Cpanel I've no access in root files.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase max execution time and upload limit, You can not increase it with your cPanel access.

Transfer from one cPanel to another cPanel without WHM access

I have cPanel access on two different servers and would like to transfer from one server to another. The original size of the account on the first server is close to 15GB.
Currently, the only two ways I can think of are:
Backup using cPanel then Restore on the second server. But this process times out. I get "Failed - Network error" error
Use FTP App like Filezilla to login and transfer files from that. I haven't tested this but I think it first downloads the files on my local machine (temp folder) then uploads them to the second server.
My problem with option 2 is that this means I will end up using 30GB of data transfer if it actually does that.
What is the best way to transfer from server to server using cPanel?
I have limited knowledge on this. I will suggest you some tips.
1.Backup using cPanel then Restore on the second server. But this process times out. I get "Failed - Network error" error
The backup creation is failed due to the high size of account. So that reason that way is not possible.
Use FTP App like Filezilla to login and transfer files from that. I haven't tested this but I think it first downloads the files on my local machine (temp folder) then uploads them to the second server.
You can download the whole content to your PC or download one folder by folder like first home, mail, and etc and upload to new cpanel account using ftp
Could you please open a support ticket to your hosting provider they will help you create from server backend using /script/pkgacct.
Thank you.

After uploading MVC website to the folder httpdocs from FIlezilla and browsing it the showing Internal Server error

I am getting 500 Internal server.I have uploaded files to the server using Filezila .and when i am browsing it.Its showing internal server error.
Whats is the permission of your files and directory's which you have uploaded in your account. Also check your .htaccess file code.
There may be several reasons , let me list few which i think might be the reason.
1) Check the folder and file permissions on the hosting . Folder permission should be 755 and the file permission should be 644 by default to work on
2) If there is any .htaccess file try to remove that file and check again reloading (Note : if you are using cPanel try selecting show hidden files in file manager to view the .htaccess file )
3) whether your db is been properly configured in the configuration file of your MVC site ( however if it is the reason the page will will throw some db connectivity error . just in case if it is i am asking you to check )
If that helps, update me . If not, Kindly post the error log which can be taken in cPanel or if you are using different solution ask your hosting provider on how to view error log.
The best and universal approach if you have root access on the server would be to look for more information in the web server log:
/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
If you do not have root access, you can check the Error log in cPanel -> Errors, it will provide you with more details on what the problem is.

Importing a MySQL database from Live site to localhost - (wamp or xampp) gives errors

I have installed wordpress on my webserver, but I want to export the database to my localhost until I finish the site, then upload the database to the server.
I tries exporting through phpmyadmin but when importing it into my localhost phpmyadmin (on wamp) it give some errors.
Is this possible or there is easier options.
Check your phpmyadmin can import to a large size, if it cannot, amend your php.ini upload sizings
upload_max_filesize = 10M
Also you can upload a .sql as a .zip through phpmyadmin.
Also check your database exists that you need to upload the file into. Without you actually stating the issue there isn't much more to go on.

Cannot upload files larger than 30MB to Amazon

Our site is hosted in Amazon EC2 server and files are stored in Amazon S3 server.
My problem is when I upload files larger than 30MB, uploading failed. Does not display any error, but connection reset. the page display like this
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
But if I upload smaller than 30 MB there is no issue or error. Please help me in this issue.
In my config file we are using
<httpRuntime executionTimeout="120000" maxRequestLength="1048576"
useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="false"/>
so that, it should allow around 1GB file.
We are using single part uploading, in Amazon document says that single part uploading also allow 1byte to 5 Gb, then what is the issue?
Please help me soon

Where Can I get a Web Server or File Share Server?

I'm trying to publish my program so that it can get updates and am told I have to publish my changes to a web server or file share server, but I have no idea about how I can go about getting one...are there free ones that will perform what I need to accomplish?
Ok, I don't know what to do and comments seem to go ignored.
I've tried setting the publish location to sites.google.com/site/mysite.com/filecabinetpage/PQCMFILES
and I got an error saying I needed "Front Page Server Extension Capabilities".
I tried setting it to http://productivityquotient.hostzi.com/PQCMFILES/ and it told me:
Error 1 Failed to connect to 'http://productivityquotient.hostzi.com/PQCMFILES/' with the following error: Unable to create the Web site 'http://productivityquotient.hostzi.com/PQCMFILES'. An error occurred accessing your site configuration files. Authors - if authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters - please see the server's application event log for more details. 1 1 Contact Manager
I tried setting it to a directory on the microsoft site and it said: "unable to create directory. files moved" or something like that.
I can't host it on an ftp server if I intend to use the updates feature and I don't know what to do...
Maybe Microsoft's free web hosting will allow you to do this.
000webhost.com is actually a pretty reliable host, with decent and free advertisement-free hosting. It also supports typical web server things such as FTP access, cpanel and e-mail accounts.
Their limit on free hosting is basically low disk space (1.5 GB) and bandwidth (100 GB/mo) and some minor content restriction. If that seems fine for you, then I highly recommend it. Even on free accounts, their ticket response time is blazing.
NearlyFreeSpeech, while not free, lets you host your application on a pay as you go plan. There are free web-hosts, but most lack the features of costies, such as FTP access.
