GemFire put and get data in my local system - gemfire

I am learning GemFire and as part of that, I downloaded the package and started GemFire locator and server through GFSH
Now I am trying to test it by writing a sample Java code which will connect to GemFire and put and get the data
But I don't know how to do it. Also all the materials in internet shows only sample code to start the cache and listen to cache
No material available to PUT / GET data. Help please

Arcgis server CreateReplica REST API of feature not working

I created Feature class in enterprise geodatabase (SQLServer2014 express). Feature class is sync enabled and published successfully.
Now I can not generate offline geodatabase from Arcgis Android SDk.
I can see ' Create Replica ' from 'Supported Operations' from 'http://xyz:6080/arcgis/rest/services/MyFeature/FeatureServer'
I tried 'http://xyz:6080/arcgis/rest/services/MyFeature/FeatureServer/createReplica' rest api from feature service. it creates job but no results shown.
Server logs show following error
Error executing tool.: ErrorMsg#SyncGPService:{"code":400,"description":""} Failed to execute (Create Feature Service Replica).
Log source is 'System/SyncTools.GPServer'
First, make sure that there's nothing needed at the DB level where your data is stored. Taking the server out of the equation, can you run the Create Replica tool in ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro against the data source, and does it succeed? If that works (and other operations like Adds, Updates, Deletes etc.), then put ArcGIS Server back in the equation.
What are your ArcGIS Server log levels set at? It may be beneficial to up the logging level to Verbose or Debug, try to create the replica again, and consult the logs to see if more helpful information is returned.
You may also want to check and see if your version of ArcGIS Server needs to be patched. For example, at 10.5.1 there was a patch released specifically for Sync issues.
If all else fails, Esri Support may be a good place to find some help as well.
Have you looked at the requirements for making your data available for offline use? See this link in the ArcGIS Server documentation.
Specifically you need to enable archiving and include Global IDs on the dataset, but there are more details at the above link.
For future reference, and in case that suggestion doesn't work, the Esri GeoNet ArcGIS Enterprise place is a good spot to ask these questions.

Nifi GetSolr processor not working

When run the GetSolr processor using Nifi for the first time it extracts the data from Solr.
But, If I run it for second time it doesn't fetches the data from Solr.
Could anybody please help me regarding this.
It is meant to do incremental extraction, so after the first time it would be getting only data that is newer than the data previously fetched.
If you right click on the processor and view state, there is an option to clear state which should set it back to the beginning.
If this does not answer your question, please show how you have configured GetSolr and which version of NiFi you are using.

Does Informatica Powercenter provide API to access session logs

Question - Does Informatica PowerCenter provide API to access session logs - I believe No but wanted to through in forum to be sure?
Objective -Actually I want to extract session logs and process them through Logstash and perform reactive analytics periodically.
Alternate - The same could be solved using Logstash input plugin for Informatica - but I did not find that either.
Usage - This will be used to determine common causes, analyze usage of cache at session level, throughput, and any performance bottlenecks.

I suppose that the correct answer i 'yes', since there is a command line tool to convert logfiles to txt or even xml format.
The tool for session/workflow logs is called infacmd with the 'getsessionlog' argument. You can look it up in the help section of you powercenter clients or here:

That has always been enough for my needs..
But there is more to look into: when you run this commandline tool (which is really a BAT file) a java.exe does the bulk of the processing in a sub-process. The jar files used by this process could potentially be utilized by somebody else directly, but I don't know if it has been documented anywhere publicly available....?
Perhaps someone else knows the answer to that.

How to check if the cloudera services like hive, Impala are running or not through java code?

I want to run some hive queries, and then need to collect different metrics like hdfs bytes read/write. For this I have written java code. But before running the code I just want to check if the cloudera services like hive, impala, yarn are running or not. If running then the code need to execute otherwise just exit. Is there any way to check the status of services by java code?
Sampson S gave you a correct answer, but it's not trivial to implement. The information is available via the REST API of the Cloudera Manager (CM) tools offered by Cloudera. You would have your Java program make a web GET request to CM, parse the JSON result and use that to make a decision. Alternatively, you could look at the code behind their APIs to make a more direct query.
But I think you should ask "Why?" What are you trying to accomplish? Are you replicating the functionality already provided by CM? When asking questions here on SO it's always helpful to provide some context. It seems like you may be new to the environment. Perhaps it already does what you want.

Tools used to update dynamic properties without even restarting the application/server

In my project I am trying to do the setting where in I can update the dynamic properties in the server/application without even restarting it.
We face this problem that whenever we have to update or change some properties which are dynamic in nature, then every time we have to restart the server/application and this results in unavailability of the server for that time stamp.
I have already found one tool Archaius-ZooKeeper to set it.https://github.com/Netflix/archaius/
We are trying to do it for JBoss servers where we use war file to deploy on server.
Please suggest are there any other method or tool or technology that can be used to set it.

You could consider jRebel, allows you to redeploy your app without any downtime, then you can use jRebel Remoting to redeploy from eclipse to a remote server
You may use Zookeeper. You have to create a Znode and add the properties in the Znode. All your servers/applications should read from this Znode and also put an watch on this Znode for data changes.
Alternately, you may use a database to store the properties along with their modification time. Whenever you change the value of a property, the corresponding modification time is changed. All your applications/servers keep pulling the delta at some intervals (may be 2 secs/ 5 secs etc.).
Or you may have the properties hosted on a web server, or on NFS, or on some distributed cache etc. All your applications/servers keep reading it at some intervals for detecting any changes.
You can use Spring Cloud Zookeeper. I shared a little example here.
