paypal possibility of classic API key coexist with REST API credential - api

I am working on a project to upgrade an existing payment processing tool, which is using paypal's classic NVP api. Now, I need to program a whole new system that uses the PayPal's REST API and the two systems should share the same paypal account. Here is the question--if I create a REST API credential, will paypal disable my old classic NVP/SOAP API's key (or credential)?

You can use both at the same time without any problem.

eBay Kleinanzeigen API access (eBay Classifieds Germany)

For a mobile app we would love to integrate the eBay Kleinanzeigen (www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de) API. Goal is to (API GET) get all the classifieds in a certain (German) zip code.
However the documentation is not very useful.
The API under https://api.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/api/ads request login and password for this API. We used the username and password from www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de and the eBay Partner (Developer) login credentials but both are not working.
Does anyone know how to use it and what credentials we need to use it or has experience with this API?
The eBay Kleinanzeigen API is not public available and is used internally for some applications, including their own apps.
Still, some third parties have access to it, but this is always based on business reasons and contractually regulated. There is no regular developer program to access the API.
If you think you have a product which would work great with eBay Kleinanzeigens inventory, and for that also want to have access to the API you should contact their business development team.
The eBay Kleinanzeigen API is not public available and is used internally for some applications, including their own apps.
If this is the case and you don't need to provide the "eBay Partner" credentials in the apps, they seems to be part of the code.
An overview of the apps can be found here:

This is not a guidance to do it, just a syllogism.

v2.0 Protocols - SPAs using the implicit flow Microsoft

Well, I have an angular.js client and a WebApi Server. I want to use OAuth 2.0 authorization of Microsoft and I just can't understand how I should get the answer from the http get request to the /authorize endpoint and why when I try to make the request I get a CORS problem?
Check Authorize access to web applications using OAuth 2.0 and Azure Active Directory. It worked for me along with simple-oauth library.
Make sure that you totally understand what exactly authorization endpoind you need. I've started with Oauth 2.0, but then I realized that new v2.0 endpoint is better way for me with this tutorial for angular and workflow explanation:
In the past, an app developer who wanted to support both Microsoft
accounts and Azure Active Directory was required to integrate with two
separate systems. We've now introduced a new authentication API
version that enables you to sign in users in with both types of
accounts using the Azure AD system. This converged authentication
system is known as the v2.0 endpoint. With the v2.0 endpoint, one
simple integration allows you to reach an audience that spans millions
of users with both personal and work/school accounts.
And keep in mind that Live APIs are deprecated:
The Live Connect APIs are deprecated. We recommend that you use the
Outlook REST APIs to build your solutions. This will extend your reach
to Outlook.com users and Office 365 enterprise customers. Although the
Live Connect APIs will be supported in Outlook.com for the short term,
existing Live Connect API solutions might stop working without
advanced notice. If your app is using IMAP with OAuth 2.0, it will
continue to work, but our REST APIs are the primary APIs for building
apps that connect to Outlook.com and Office 365. Read the article on
how you can take advantage of the Outlook REST APIs.

Get Paypal API Credentials from SDK

I have different questions about Paypal API Credentials
Is it possible to retrieve User API credentials (Classic API Signature) for a paypal business account from code?, maybe calling a method of the PayPal SDK to access his profile?. I want to code something that checks if Merchant does not have API credentials, in case that he has them, store them in my local database for payment operations and if not, maybe redirect him to a video explaining how to do this.
Are those credentials different for each merchant account?
Is there a way to have the same credentials for different users using classic API?. I know Rest API Allows to do this (with client id and secret), but it does not allow me to do embedded payments, so that's why I'm using the classic API.
Thanks a lot
You can't do that. The API doesn't have anything like that. Either you need to post API calls using their API credentials or have them authorize your API username to run calls on their behald (where you pass their primary email address in the API calls).

Does Payflow pro can be used through new REST APIs or they are two different service?

I am researching how to move Classic APIs Payflow pro to used new REST APIs.
Does Payflow pro can be used through new REST APIs or they are two different service?
How to get REST API CREDENTIALS for a Merchant account or add "service" in PayPal Manager?
Thanks for your answers!
The REST API's are currently only available to PayPal accounts. Payflow merchants cannot use them at the moment. I don't know if there are plans to expand them to Payflow either. There is a big push on giving the REST API's the same functionality as all of original PayPal APIs.
There may be something in plan for adding REST functionality to Payflow after all the features are added to PayPal but it wouldn't be for a long time.
