Any ideas on why a template/widget wouldn't update on the development site? It works on my local machine

I have a widget and a page layout that are not working as they should on the development server. The development server is hosted on Azure. On my local machine, it is working properly. I'm at a lost on what the issue is.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check/test? Is there any way I could test/debug this better?
I reached out to Sitefinity to support and they pointed me in the right direction. I inadvertently had the wrong namespace in the widget. Unfortunately, the widget didn't display an error message. I had to go to the log files to find the issue.

Wordpress insert media stopped working

I have a wordpress multisite installation that worked fine about 1 year but now, suddenly I can't use media for my posts. I can upload them and they show up in library, but when I want to insert them in a post, I see just a blank screen and any upload attempt in that frame fails.
Do you have any idea about this problem or how could I trace it?
Thank you.
please try this step to fix that issue ....
1 .deactivate all plugin and try to upload media again if its work mean there is conflict in plugin
2 .update wordpress to latest version if already a latest version please try to re-update them
3 . debug wordpress so you can find exact issue http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
I had a similar issue where my host provider automatically enabled Google's Pagespeed Service optimization. Apparently it doesn't like the WordPress images but once I contacted them, they turned it off and everything started working fine again. You might have the same problem.
remove everything before starting php tag(which is present in the starting of every wordpress's php file) in functions.php and if you are included(require) other php files in it than also do the same in each of php file.
this is for theme development only.

Wordpress pages randomly serve as RSS/XML content

For months we have been struggling with a weird issue on 1 of our Wordpress Network installations. We have 4 installations on 1 VPS and only one of the four installations generates this error.
The problem is that pages on all sites that run on that Wordpress Network installation, randomly(?) seem to try and parse the page as being RSS content. See this screenshot:
Full image
This only happens once per session (if it does at all) and after refreshing the page, all is good. This makes it extremely hard to fix, because debugging is almost impossible.
Whenever the issue seems to appear, the (RSS) content that is being displayed, is that of a different page..
Could this be a Wordpress issue, or could this be an issue in the Apache config?
Some domains we are encountering this on:
http://www.skynetsg.co.za/
http://www.workplacestrategies.co.za/
http://www.beachbreaks.co.za/
I hope there is someone that could help me solve this issue!
Update:
I just had the issue on the page: http://www.skynetsg.co.za/peter-sserwanga/ that was newly created. I checked the apache logs and they show nothing strange, just a 200 OK header..
Below is a link that may fix your problem. If your running WHM/Cpanel, you may have to recompile apache with out certain modules.
