Yii2 undefined namespace error - yii

I am new to YII framework. My whole code is correct but undefined namespace error is present. Please set the error.
model
<?php
namespace app\models;
use yii\base\Model;
view
<?php
use yii\helpers\Html;
use yii\widgets\ActiveForm;
?>
controller
namespace app\controllers;
use Yii;
use yii\filters\AccessControl;
use yii\web\Controller;
use yii\filters\VerbFilter;
use app\models\LoginForm;
use app\models\ContactForm;
use app\models\UserForm;
error
Undefined namespace filters
Undefined namespace web
Undefined namespace models

I guess you are using advanced applocation of Yii2. If so, it is better to use namespace frontend\models; or namespace backend\models; relative where those file is located

Model extends Authenticatable and does not retrieve data from users table

in my Laravel 9 project, the model does not retrieve users' data from the table, probably because it extends authenticatable instead of Model. and when I changed that, the authentication did not work.
Here is my model:
<?php
namespace App\Models;
use Illuminate\Contracts\Auth\MustVerifyEmail;
use Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Factories\HasFactory;
use Illuminate\Foundation\Auth\User as Authenticatable;
use Illuminate\Notifications\Notifiable;
use Laravel\Sanctum\HasApiTokens;
use Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Casts\Attribute;
class User extends Authenticatable
{
use HasApiTokens, HasFactory, Notifiable;
}
?>
I tried the controller and view code on another model and it worked.
what would the problem be?
I was trying to display records of users table but it keeps giving me the error Undefined variable $users.
I'm using Route::resource

How to add custom HTML tag TSX

While trying to render a custom HTML tag <my-element> in JSX an error displayed
Property does not exist on type 'JSX.IntrinsicElements'
I've found some examples of how to do that using
declare global {
interface IntrinsicElements {
"my-element": any
}
}
but this produced another error:
ES2015 module syntax is preferred over custom TypeScript modules and namespaces #typescript-eslint/no-namespace
I've found the useful link to Typescript guide which helped me a lot:
The main idea is to create a new file with extension d.ts (e.g. myModule.d.ts) which should contain the following
export as namespace JSX;
export interface IntrinsicElements {
"my-element": any;
}

Alias "ext.components.MyClass" is invalid. Make sure it points to an existing PHP file and the file is readable

i am new in yii framework. currently i am using yii 1.1.
now i want to create custom components and we can say than create global function which is use anywhere in the application.
According to this url 'http://www.yiiframework.com/wiki/727/updated-how-to-create-call-custom-global-function-in-whole-application/'
i am follow all steps according to above url
but i have occur a error
Alias "ext.components.MyClass" is invalid. Make sure it points to an existing PHP file and the file is readable.
MyClass.php in the components folder
class MyClass extends CApplicationComponent {
public function get_my_info() {
$value = '1';
return $value;
}
}
Declare in the config folder
'components'=>array(
'user'=>array(
// enable cookie-based authentication
'allowAutoLogin'=>true,
),
'myClass' => array(
'class' => 'ext.components.MyClass',
),
And use in the view file
<?php
$myInfo = Yii::app()->myClass->get_my_info();
echo $myInfo;
?>
Have you put the file in correct component directory?. As per your alias the path should be /protected/extensions/components/MyClass.php
Write full path like application.modules.setting.components.*

Extending Laravel 5.1 Mess Detection the right way

Laravel 5.1 has only one built-in hardcoded Mess Detection, it searches to see if #package tag is the same with /namespace, like so:
preg_match('/namespace\ ' . self::REQUIRED_NAMESPACE . '\\\(.*);/isU', $content, $namespace);
preg_match('/\/*( )+#package\ (.*)[\r?\n]/isU', $content, $package);
if (!isset($namespace[1]) || empty($namespace[1])) {
continue;
}
I want to extend this to add multiple detection classes.
My folder structure currently looks like this:
Helpers >
Commands >
MessDetector >
Detector >
DetectorInterface.php
DetectorAbstract.php
PackageTagDetector.php
MessDetector.php
The file MessDetector is made as an Artisan Command, that means it extends \Illuminate\Console\Command
I have a config file called mess_detection.php which has the detection rules like so:
return [
'rules' => [
'\Helpers\Commands\MessDetector\PackageTagDetector' =>
[
'rule' => '/\/*( )+#package\ (.*)[\r?\n]/isU',
'path' => app_path(),
'info' => 'Checking for #package tag',
'error'=> 'Malformed or missing package tag'
]
]
];
But got stuck with figuring out how exactly to instantiate PackageTagDetector class in MessDetector class.
Any ideas design pattern wise?
Laravel has no built in mess detector.
Also checking if package tags matches the namespace is a custom convention, Laravel doesn't use package tags at all.
It seems like you are using a third party library?
I have made an abstract class and interfaces for every rule I needed.
Each rule had it's own class.
The rules extended the abstract and in the abstract most of the logic was used.
The rules themselves where stored in a config file, in the config file I also mentioned the class and class specific actions.

Shared base controller between modules

I am setting up a multi-module application, so far I have it setup like this example http://docs.phalconphp.com/en/latest/reference/applications.html.
But I was wandering if its possible to have shared base controller that both the backend and frontend controllers extend from. This is so I can have a single ACL in the base controller. How would I set that up?
According to the docs I can create a controllerbase anywhere and then just require this file directly in the bootstrap file or cause to be loaded using any autoloader. So I created a folder called apps/shared/controllers/ControllerBase.php and required this file directly in the bootstrap file but this does not work.
If I try to load a controller like so:
class AdminController extends ControllerBase
{
public function indexAction()
{
echo "<h1>Hello admin!</h1>";
}
}
I get an error ...Backend\Controllers\ControllerBase' not found in......
So how do I cause to be loaded using any autoloader as per the docs? Do I need to register it as its own namespace or something?
You not using the full namespace path for your base controller so the autoloader attempts to find it under in the same namespace of the child class.
Try something like this:
namespace MyApp\Backend\Controllers;
use MyApp\Shared\Controllers\ControllerBase;
class AdminController extends ControllerBase
{
public function indexAction()
{
echo "<h1>Hello admin!</h1>";
}
}
This answer consider that you have applied the PSR-0 and PSR-4 properly.
