Can I use startup.cs to load AppSettings - asp.net-mvc-4

Can I write code in startup.cs...Configuration method to call my DataAccess layer and/or some other class to assign data to my static class after reading the configurations either from DB or from AppSettings from web.config file to read all my app configurations during the startup. I've tried to access my Static Class in startup.cs by adding reference to the library where my class resided, but I'm not able to access it in my asp.net MVC4 app.

I can't reproduce the issue, and it works in my side, I will show my test steps.

Test result and it works.
I found the solution.
When the class library is nullable, the client-side validation in ASP.NET Core does not work.
Solution:
Remove <Nullable>enable</Nullable> from the *.csproj
Define nullable property:
public string? name{get;set}

How to migrate a Complex Type to the .net Core Service Implementation

My first time using .net core.
I was able to build a functioning ,net core web application that calls data from my SQL server using Onion Layers. My layout is as below:

My HomeController has a PageModel with a Complex Type of Search, which consists of about 5 or so ints another 5-6 Lists. In the past I would have done:

This looked wrong but I couldn't find any proper examples as I wasn't sure what to look for exactly. The above returns
Model bound complex types must not be abstract or value types and must
have a parameterless constructor.
I presume I need to build a SearchService but I'm not entirely clear how to build one for a complex type. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Cannot create a DbSet for 'Model' because this type is not included in the model for the context

I will get a error message same with title
or I change to

I'll get other message
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'
but the void UpdateData() is can work,
so how to fix GetAllData() problem?
The error simply is because the class you're using here UserAccount has apparently not been added to your context, CoreContext. There should be a property there like:
public DbSet<UserAccount> UserAccounts { get; set; }
Regardless of whether you end up using the generic Set<T> accessor, you still must defined a DbSet for the entity on your context.
That said, you should absolutely not be creating your own service collection inside your repo. Register your context and your repo with the main service collection in Startup.cs and then simply inject your repo where you need it. The DI framework will take care of instantiating it with your context, as long as you have a constructor that takes your context (which you seem to).
And that said, you should ditch the repo entirely. It still requires a dependency on Entity Framework and doesn't do anything but proxy to Entity Framework methods. This is just an extra thing you have to maintain and test with no added benefit.

Windsor webservice inject properties

I have a MVC application and inject my repositories to my controller what works properly.
Additionally I have a Webservice in my solution which uses exactly the same repositories but when my Webservice is called my repository properties are null.
I register my repositories the following way:

my repository properties look like:

Can someone tell me why the repositories are not injected to my webservice?
For now I added the following to the constructor of my webservice:

First lets get your project setup with some Windsor installers. They look like this for the most part.

Please note that I have a separate project for my Dependency Injection hence the _container.Install(FromAssembly.This()).Install(FromAssembly.Named("Project.Dependency")); line... You can remove the latter .Install(FromAssembly) part.
In your Global.asax you can do something like this:

Please let me know if you get something working with constructor injection. Solving that issue will be a great help going forward and you won't be using property injection. Once we get all of that sorted out we can look at your webervice issues.
I guess this is not possible as far as I've read some other posts.
The problem is that you can't create a custom factory for a Webservice like "WindsorControllerFactory" for the controller.
I'm going to switch to WCF Service.

Passing parameters to Prism modules

I am storing all my configurations in a module called Congigurations
Something like this:
ConfigurationModule:

Now I need to pass some value to ConnectionString from ConfigureAggregateCatalog after the module is beeing loaded.
What is the prism way of doing this, please provide some code.

I think Prism way is to fill ConnectionString from your ConfigurationModule, not from ConfigureAggregateCatalog. The idea is to separate responsibilities - your ConfigurationModule should load configurations, provide them to another modules and save them back to some repository if needed. Your ConfigureAggregateCatalog should do exactly as it's named - only configure IoC container, nothing more.

In your scenario I suppose that you have something like AuthenticationModule. So, you can write something like:
