I am trying to get Sonarr running on my xubuntu server as it is the last thing i need to move to decommission my windows server. I've gotten emby running with mono without issue, but I'm getting this error when trying to run sonarr:
Corlib not in sync with this runtime: expected corlib version 111, found 138.
Loaded from: /usr/lib/mono/4.5/mscorlib.dll
Download a newer corlib or a newer runtime at http://www.go-mono.com/daily.
I've tried updating my packages with the mono main channels, then beta channels, then the alpha channels and continue to receive this exact problem. go-mono.com/daily doesn't resolve in my browser.
Any answer's I've found on forums for this issue seem to just say to get the thing straight from the mono repos to cure the issue, which I did from the beginning.
If this helps at all, before this issue I had the mscorlib not found error, because there was no /usr/local/lib/mono or wherever it is suppose to be and I had to symlink /usr/local/mono i think (not sure on those paths exactly, my brain is about fried at this point.) This is on Xubuntu 14.04 LTS
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I just installed the version 1.21 of pestphp/pest for a small php library.
Installations works until I try running ./vendor/bin/pest
I keep getting this error: Exclusive locks are not supported for this stream
Research on this error has proven unsuccessful as I could not find a similar case.
Please let me know if you've experienced this before and how you fixed it.
Thanks!
I have figured out the issue.
I was running the application from the htdocs of the vm version of xampp running on my laptop.
Taking the project out of here into another directory solved this issue.
Hope this saves someone else some time.
I'm running Minecraft on a headless Linux server with OpenJDK. I've added a bunch too many mods and its lagging (even on my local network) without using too much CPU or memory (e.g. its lagging, but its still got resources it can use). So I'm pretty sure its a mod fault.
To save the hassle of removing/adding mods one by one to see whats causing the error, my research led me to VisualVM where you can profile the java application and see which entities are doing what and with what resources. With any luck it should point out the mod consuming the most resources, and the most ticks.
Given its a headless server, and VisualVM is a window/GUI application, I've successfully managed to get it running and passing the GUI back to my Windows client using X over SSH.
Trouble is now, that its telling me that I need to use JDK and not JRE. Which is fair enough. Except OpenJDK has JDK in its name, rendering all googling futile. I cannot for the life of me, find if JDK is included in OpenJDK, what its named, and where it may be located. The other problem is, most of the troubleshooting guides I find are for Windows, and dont help me find the JDK on linux.
As some background information, I'm running Debian, and I know OpenJDK's JRE is installed here: /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre
Can someone tell me please, if JDK is in OpenJDK, or I need to install it as well? If I do need to install it, is there an OpenJDK equivelant for JDK? If its already included, can someone provide some tips on locating it, so I can point VisualVM at it instead of the JRE?
The OpenJDK has a JDK, but there is also a cut down version which is just the JRE. I would use locate javac and if it can't find it, you need to install the JDK.
I have been using SimpleOpenNI, a wrapper for Processing, all summer now. I use it for the Kinect to make games and demos. Last week, I have been getting a fatal error in my processing window and none of the SimpleOpenNI projects will work. Here is the error:
SimpleOpenNI Version 0.20

It appears as if the new OpenNI/NITE/SensorKinect drivers do not work with the SimpleOpenNI wrapper. I have tried it with people using the old drivers and everything still works. Problem is, you cannot download the old drivers off of the websites so I cannot test if it's that or not. You can see everything I've downloaded from the simpleopenni site: http://code.google.com/p/simple-openni/
Any help with this error would be appreciated. Thanks.
Mike
It looks like there's a problem with OpenNI.dll. Make sure that:
You have the dll (It should be in Program Files where you've installed OpenNI)
Make sure you've got the Environment Variables for the Open NI paths and that the paths are correct, otherwise, you might have the .dll file, but the .jnilib wouldn't know where it is.
Had a Kinect Workshop in Uni, and my colleagues using Windows all had issues with the drivers,
so I'm just passing on what they did:
Even though they had 64-bit versions of Windows they used the 32-bit version, and used Brekel OpenNI Kinect Auto Installer - Developer Edition v1.3.2.3.exe(direct link via developkinect.com) after reading this message:
Comment 4 by tijmenva...#gmail.com, Oct 21, 2011 Hey all I have Solved
the unsatisfied link dll error on windows 7 64 bits by installing java
runtime (jre-7u1-windows-i586.exe)and (Brekel OpenNI Kinect Auto
Installer - Developer Edition v1.3.2.3.exe) I uninstalled everything
and than it worked :)
hope this helpes
in Issue#17 on the SimpleOpenNI project issues page.
Another colleague used Synapse and OSC in Processing instead of SimpleOpenNI, but she had loads of errors with the drivers (basically spent a few good hours uninstalling/installing different versions). In her case, uninstalling any previous partial or complete drivers from the machine and deleting any registry entries related to PrimeSense(Sensor, Nite) and OpenNI, then using the installers from the links on the Synapse page, worked for her.

This is a long shot, but that exact error is also given if the Kinect USB and/or power supply simply becomes unplugged. Thought it was worth mentioning as it is not obvious from the error message itself and it may help someone out if they kicked their power supply and started searching for the above exception :)
I just started to develop website with mono+asp.net mvc2 on mac osx but I am quite new to mono and mac.
I have got things working from MonoDevelop. My website is running ok with XSP when I run it from MonoDevelop.
Now, I am trying to test it from Apache server, but I don’t know how to set things up. Some instruction I can found are all very old or incomplete. I tried a few of them, but none worked.
Could anyone please help me out?
The best way to install mod_mono on OS X is from source. To do this there are a couple steps.
First, make sure you've installed XCode (which can be found on the DVD or the 2nd CD that came with the machine or the App Store) which will provide you with gcc and the rest of the standard toolchain.
Most of the normal in-between steps can be skipped, assuming you've already installed Mono and MonoDevelop from their stable release packages. If you encounter an error later on, you'll want to install updated versions of XSP and Mono and try again.
Next, download the latest stable release of mod_mono, extract the contents of the archive (by double clicking on the icon) and follow steps 1, 2 & 3 in the INSTALL file, and you should be good to go. This entire process took about ~5 minutes to get up and running :)
I am a novice with mono but followed some instructions. I downloaded and installed everything from here:
http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html
To get Apache to work with mod_mono.so I downloaded source from this page:
http://download.mono-project.com/sources/mod_mono/
You have to compile it. I went into the unpacked directory and wrote this in termminal:
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
sudo make install
This puts the mod_mono.so in correct Apache dir and the mod_mono.conf file. To include it you must add this to your httpd.conf (I put it at the end of the file):
# mod_mono_configuration
Include /etc/apache2/mod_mono.conf
MonoServerPath /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/Current/bin/mod-mono-server2
Looking for some help with getting xdebug to behave with my setup. My goal is to be able to debug Joomla code.
First let me preface saying that about a year ago I was able to get a version xdebug to work with Eclipse PDT 2.1 with xampp under Vista 32bit. However, now I'm on a new machine, and I wanted to get everything working with the latest versions. I did so by following through this walk-through. Now, trying to do the same thing I can't get it to work.
First, as per the walk-through, I downloaded php_xdebug-2.0.0-5.2.2.dll. Quickly realized that I needed an xdebug for php 5.3. So, I found the xdebugs Tailored Installation Instructions and followed that. My php.ini section looks as thus:
[XDebug]
;; Only Zend OR (!) XDebug
zend_extension = "D:\xampp\php\ext\php_xdebug-2.1.0-5.3-vc6.dll"
xdebug.remote_enable=true
xdebug.remote_host=localhost
xdebug.remote_port=10000
xdebug.remote_handler=dbgp
xdebug.profiler_enable=1
xdebug.profiler_output_dir="D:\xampp\tmp"
So this got the xdebug to actually show up in the phpinfo(). But, in Eclipse when I Debug As Php Webpage, it at first appears to connect, however if I step to the next line of code the debugger just sits there saying it is stepping, indefinitely. Sometimes apache will crash. I tried ports 9000, and 10000 with no avail.
What I did find out is, if I use the the php_xdebug.dll that comes with XAMPP 1.7.3, I actually can connect and step without any issues, EXCEPT, that version of xdebug apparently has a major bug in it that causes all my variables to be listed as 'Uninitialized'. So it is basically useless, however, it does give some hope that I have some of this stuff set up correctly.
So, my current setup thus: Win7 32bit, XAMPP 1.7.3 (PHP 5.3.1, Apache 2.2.14), Eclipse PDT 2.2
I have very limited experience with basically all the tools here so I'm kinda at a loss of what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I searched some of the other posts here with similar issue but most of them appear to be for older versions of these components.
your report is somewhat confusing. As far as I understand you, your setup works as soon as you replace the XDebug-dll. Then your (primary) problem cannot be related to your settings, as far as you also adjusted zend_extension, of course.
Though xdebug.remote_port=10000 seems odd. Std is 9000. If you use 9000, the you have to tell Eclipse in Window/Preferences/PHP/Debug/Debuggers to also listen to that port for XDebug.
Best
