As title says, is there any that replace a shortcut to an phrase.
Example
Shortcut: sop
Phrase: System.out.println();
So where ever in editor I type in sop it will replace sop to my phrase. So does intellij has that feature which IOS keyboard settings have?

IntelliJ calls them Live Templates. Go into the settings dialog and search for live templates. It will show you those that are defined. You can edit the existing ones and add new ones there.

I'm trying create a custom shortcut in IntelliJ to generate some predefined comments.
For example, if I write //-- and press enter, it should auto-generate:

The Postfix Completetion feature looks like it could be used for this but I didn't figure out how to set it up for this scenario. Can someone help?
If Postfix Completetion is not the answer, can I do it with another feature?
You can create a Live Template (Preferences | Editor | Live Templates). For example, a template like the following:
//------------------------------------------------------------------------------//
$END$
//------------------------------------------------------------------------------//
The $END$ indicates where the text cursor will be placed when the Live Template text is inserted. At the bottom of the Live Template settings screen you can configure in which languages/contexts the Live Template should be available.
Sublime Text uses Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P for this. This shortcut responds with a popup widget which says e.g. text.html.mako. Is there a similar shortcut in the JetBrains family of products?
There is a third-party plug-in Override File Language which shows the file type in the status bar and allows to quickly change it.
In WebStorm I can type something like
document.gEBI
press tab key, and it'll autocomplete to
document.getElementById()
But when I do the similar thing in IntelliJ
fmt.Prl
Auto completion doesn't work (the desired result fmt.Println()) at all, it works only if all the letters match strictly in order.
Is it possible to enable this functionality in IntelliJ? I've imported all the settings from WebStorm.
These Tab key shortcuts aren't part of the auto-complete system the Jetbrains use for all their IDEs as LazyOne says, they are actually part of the template-invocation system.
The auto-complete functionality is built into the shortcut: Ctrl+Space.
I suggest looking up the template invocation for .Println() in the settings, Jetbrains documentation, or raising a ticket with Jetbrains on YouTrack for clearer documenation/control over template-invocation.
When I type in a comment (JavaDoc or line comment) IntelliJ automatically inserts a tag when I type something like // don't and I hit the spacebar after the 't I see // don'< ></> with my cursor ready to type in the first tag. Does anyone know how to disable this behavior? I've tried google searching and searching through the settings with no avail. I'm using IntelliJ IDEA 13.0.1 community edition.
It sounds like a live template is being activated via the sequence tspace, although to the best of my knowledge this is not a default one. Go to File > Settings > [IDE Settings] > Live Templates. Search for a template that has t as its shortcut and inserts tags. Either delete it, or change its activation from space to tab (in the lower right). You may also want to check (and possibly change) the "default expand with" setting at the top.
I have an Eclipse RCP application. I have created an Editor. There are few context menu (default), when I right click on the Editor. I have not created these menus.
Please let me know, How to remove the context menu of the Editor?
It needs different approach by which editor you extends.

In general way:
IWorkbenchParSite#registerContextMenu(...) will be used, So find where calls that, override it. It is not recommend. Because by doing this, Menu Extensions which is contributed for your editor will not work anymore.
If you mean the system menu that appears on editor tabs and view tabs, that menu is provided by the presentation (2.1, Classic, Default, etc). There is no tweak to simply modify it.
The 2 ways to remove it would be:
write your own presentation, using
the
org.eclipse.ui.presentations.StackPresentation
API and matching extension point.
Writing a presentation is a involved
undertaking.
Change the internal classes in the
org.eclipse.ui.workbench plugin
and patch that plugin in your RCP
app.
If you use Text or StyleText you will get the system default menu (cut,copy,paste, maybe something about encoding or input). If you are not going to supply your own menu, simply create an empty SWT Menu and set it:
Menu emptyMenu = new Menu(text);
text.setMenu(emptyMenu);
