Retry is not working in RabbitMQ & Spring amqp - rabbitmq

Question

Using RabbitMQ & Spring AMQP retry is not working even though I mentioned the retry configuration in rabbitMQConfig.xml in my Spring project.
based on my configuration it should retry 2 times but It is continually retrying 'n' times. Bellow mentioned configuration file only we using for RabbitMQ configuration...
