Question

I have a CentOS Linux release 7.1.1503 (Core) system and I have installed httpd and the corresponding configuration file is :

But I am having issues when trying to restart https with the configuration in question.

While on /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-mpm.conf the MPM module is configured to be loaded :

I had similar issue. I added a LoadModule line to my httpd.conf file:
LoadModule mpm_prefork_module modules/mod_mpm_prefork.so
