Excel VBA activate worksheet - vba

I need to activate a specific worksheet. The code is meant to create worksheets with a specif name. I need to paste something from a another worksheet into all these newly created worksheets. The code that I'm using is below. But I'm having a hard time activating the newly created worksheet to paste what I want.

Both Workbooks.Open and Worksheets.Add return references to the opened and added objects, which you can use to directly access and modify them - and in your case, to paste data.
Example:

Loop through worksheets while exporting range as image

I have the following VBA code that works to export a range of cells into a jpeg into a specified folder. I would like to have it loop through all worksheets in one workbook.
I need help looping this code through all open workbooks. I believe I will need to:
Dim WS As Worksheet, then set up an If statement, insert the below code, end the if statement, then at the end put a Next WS for it to actually loop through. My problem is, is that I keep getting a 91 error when I try to combine my if statement, For Each WS In ThisWorkbook.Sheets If Not WS.Name = "Sheet2" Then, with my code below.
The following code works in one worksheet at a time.

Copy The Code from one sheet to another

I think it's not working because of the name of your sheet. In the VBA Project window you can see that your sheets have two names: Sheet1 (Sheet1). So when you add your sheet and rename it, the name will be Sheet##(Calcs) but when you write ActiveWorkbook.VBProject.VBComponents("Calcs").CodeModule you need to use "Sheet##" which is the codename instead of "Calcs".

What I suggest is to declare your sheet when you create it and write ...VBComponents(TheNameYouDeclared.CodeName).CodeModule

Create a template worksheet containing the code you need - then just copy this to create your new sheet.
In my code I have used the codename of the template sheet rather than the name that appears on the tab (which can be changed outside the VBE) - it's the name not in brackets in your Microsoft Excel Objects and can be updated with the (Name) property in the Properties tab.

Merge Multiple Workbooks that have multiple worksheets using VBA

I keep having this issue of VBA either not having an object for the new sheet I want to merge, or having the subscript out of range issue come up. None of the things I tried ended up working.

This is where I try to add an extra loop that copies the next sheet (which is Sheet12) but it comes up with the Subscript our of range error.

Your source code is very confusing and I believe you're stumbling because the ActiveWorkbook and ActiveSheet change each time you open a new workbook. It's also not clear why you're copying/merging the data from each worksheet in every opened workbook and then copying Sheet3. You will help yourself by more clearly defining what and where your data is and how you're moving it around.
As an example (that may not solve your problem, because your problem is not clear), look at the code below to see how you can keep the sources and destinations straight within your loops. Modify this example as much as you need in order to match your exact situation.

Report Split - Excel VBA Doesn't Copy all Rows and runs Indefinetly

I have written the following Excel VBA Macro, its job is to split a report based on CountryCode. It creates a new workbook, copies the relevant rows to a new workbook, saves the workbook by the CountryCode.
The problem I encouter is missing rows and for one worksheet, it continues running on empty rows? - Basically it doesn't stop and copies over empty rows.
Has cell formatting anything to do with it?
There is another Macro that runs only once which creates the workbooks first. It is only run once on the first worksheet, never again.

Instead of running couple of hours - it does the entire job within 2 minutes :D

Excel VBA: Check if worksheet exists; Copy/Paste to new worksheet - Paste fails

I have a macro that copy/pastes a selection from one worksheet (Sheet1), to another worksheet (Notes). It works well. Now I want to first check if that worksheet exists. If it does not exist, I want to create it, then continue with the copy/pasting the selection.
When the "Notes" worksheet exists, the copy/paste works fine.
If the worksheet does not exist, it creates it, but the paste operation doesn't work. I don't get any errors. I have to rerun the macro and then the paste works (since the worksheet has already been created). Any ideas on what I missed?

When you do the Add, the activesheet becomes the new worksheet and your previous Selection is lost...............you must "remember" it before the Add:

Pay attention to the three lines referencing RtoCopy .
You have On Error Resume Next in your code. First time through it goes on its merry way. The second time through the Error check triggers the creation of the new tab.
On Error Resume Next is bad. Don't use it.

You should first activate and select the sheet and range to be copied. This works.
