I want to install the latest service pack for CRM 2013 (Rollup 3), shall we install Rollup 1 followed by Rollup 2, and then Rollup 3? Or can we install Rollup 3 directly?

You should be able to install RU3 without installing the others, as RUs are typically cumulative.

Are update rollups cumulative?
Yes, update rollups are typically cumulative. This means that the problems that are fixed in an update rollup are also fixed in later update rollups. For example, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Update Rollup 2 contains all the fixes and feature improvements that are included in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Update Rollup 1.
A note of caution: you don't mention if you've installed SP1 or not, and the latest rollout that was released last week is targeted at 2013SP1; there was also a RU3 that was released last year prior to SP1's release - they reset the Rollup count with each Service Pack or Major Release.
To verify, check your version number (click the gear icon in the upper right corner and then click "about"). The number tends to follow the "Major.SP.RU.xxxx" approach, so if you're 6.1.x.xxxx, you have SP1, if you're 6.0.x.xxxx, you probably don't.

Am using MS Access 2016 to develop an application managing images. But some of my users are still using MS Access 2007 on their computers. And the receive the error "unrecognized database format".
So I would like to know if there is any solution for this. Like making my application compatible for previous versions.

Develop using the lowest version that your application will address, here 2007.
A newer version - 2010 and onwards - will run an older with no problems. However, 2007 is 32-bit only, thus - if you use API calls and some users run Access 64-bit - you must take care of that.

I've tested in ideaIC-2018.2 with Visual Studio Team Service plugin, the work items can show without any issue.
I develop small project using tfs API. I have no problems with working with workItems,projects or teams but i'm wondering if is possible to get capacity and days off for specific team and specific iteration (within one project). It is possible to achive in TFS 2013 (or maybe in TFS 2015)?
You can use the Capacity REST Api of TFS2015
I am working on CRM 2013 and want to migrate the javascript,UI changes done on one copy of CRM 2013 to another copy of CRM 2013.Both databases of CRM 2013 are of same organizations(means having exact same structure) only difference is one contains latest clients data.
Is there any good tool which can automate this process?

Why don't you want to use standard approach called solutions?
To migrate changes you can create Solution, add changed components into it, export solution from source system and then import this solution to target system.
Couple of customers are still using Visual Interdev and VS.net 2003.
Now the only way i know to get those editors is by having a msdn premium subscription.
Wanted to check can a MSDN professional subscription also get me older VS softwares?
