Custom control not working on client machine in Visual Basic 2013 - vb.net

Question

I am working in Visual Basic 2013. My project has a custom control (created in C#, which basically is a modified webbrowser for WYSIWYG editor) loaded in toolbox and in project. It's working fine in my programming computer, but throwing the following error in non-programming computers -

I could not find, why is this error occurring and how to solve it?
Edit - 1. I confirm that, the mentioned control's file is present in the same folder along with all other files, in non-programming computer.

Sorry, I just found out that for some unknown reasons, the custom control needs Microsoft.mshtml file to be included and set its properties to "Copy Local". It worked, after I made these changes.
