Log File Not Found - Mule Server Installation - mule

I am installing Mule Server (Version 3.6.1) on Windows Server R2. I have already set the JAVA_HOME to proper location.
On running startup.bat, it encounter following error:

Any help?

You need to upgrade your JRE version to minimum 1.7.0_60 (or above); as this is what is required for Groovy.
Please upgrade to the latest supported version and then try again.

Close the mule_ee.log file if opened or ctrl-c if you are running "tail -f" on this file. This has resolved the issue for me.
The JRE mismatch issue is also observed in your logs, which is not directly related to File not found - MULE-ENTERPRISE-3.6.1\LOGS\MULE_EE.LOG
What is not clear is this issue doesn't always happen when the file is opened or tailed. Maybe it has something to do with when the file being rolled over during the startup.

Nutch problems executing crawl

I am trying to get nutch 1.11 to execute a crawl. I am using cygwin to run these commands in windows 7.
Nutch is running, I am getting results from running bin/nutch, but I keep getting error messages when I try to run a crawl.
I am getting the following error when I try to run a crawl execute with nutch:
Error running: /cygdrive/c/Users/User5/Documents/Nutch/apache-nutch-1.11/runtime/local/bin/nutch inject TestCrawl/crawldb C:/Users/User5/Documents/Nutch/apache-nutch-1.11/runtime/local/urls/seed.txt
Failed with exit value 127.
I have my JAVA_HOME classpath set, and I have altered the host file to include the 127.0.0.1 as the localhost.
I am curious if I am calling the write directory correctly, if maybe that is the problem.
The full printout looks like:

You are running linux commands from Cygwin and there is no C:\ path in linux systems. Correct command should be something like
/cygdrive/c/Users/User5/Documents/Nutch/apache-nutch1.11/runtime/local/bin/nutch inject TestCrawl/crawldb /cygdrive/c/Users/User5/Documents/Nutch/apache-nutch1.11/runtime/local/urls/seed.txt
You have answer to your problem in this message:
2016-01-07 12:24:40,360 ERROR util.Shell - Failed to locate the winutils binary in the hadoop binary path
java.io.IOException: Could not locate executable null\bin\winutils.exe in the Hadoop binaries.
This is happening because hadoop version included with nutch 1.11 is designed to work in linux out of the box and not on windows.
I had same situation and I ended up using nutch1.11 in ubuntu virtual box.
hadoop-core jar file is needed when you are working with nutch
with nutch 1.11 compatible hadoop-core jar is 0.20.0
please download jar from this link :
http://www.java2s.com/Code/Jar/h/Downloadhadoop0200corejar.htm
paste that jar into "C:\cygwin64\home\apache-nutch-1.11\lib" folder
and it will run successfully.
The problem is pretty clear. According to your hadoop log, it cannnot find the winutils.exe file. Include winutils.exe in %HADOOP_HOME%/bin folder

Anyone has idea on possible cause and solution?
That looks like an external folder and not part of the project.
Can you project step-by-step for reproducing and debugging the error?
A solution would probably be to put the ExternalLibrary/iBeacon folder outside of the project, import the project into MFP 7.0 Studio and then place the mentioned folder back into it and see if it works.
I suspect that unfamiliar folder confuses the upgrader.

Anyone know how to resolve this ?
I was seeing the same error because my path to jmap wasn't the same as the path to the java process (i.e. targeting two different versions).
Running jmap with the full path to my JDK resolved it.
If OpenJDK is used, it requires installation of debuginfo-packages.
In Centos this works with
- sudo debuginfo-install java-1.8.0-openjdk
- or sudo yum install java-1.8.0-openjdk-debuginfo.x86_64
See
- https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1010786#c15
- amazon linux - install openjdk-debuginfo?

"Could not find the main class: com.cloudbees.sdk.boot.Launcher" after installing Cloudbees SDK

I have installed the Cloudbees SDK on my Ubuntu 12.04 system following this doc. When I run bees help I get the following message :
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/cloudbees/sdk/boot/Launcher Caused by:

the main class: com.cloudbees.sdk.boot.Launcher. Program will exit.
It's maybe useful to note that I alredy installed an older version of the Cloudbees SDK and I started by uninstalling it by removing the installation folder and the .bees folder in my home directory.
It sounds like your bees command may be trying to launch with jars from an incorrect location. Make sure that your BEES_HOME environment variable is pointing at the same directory where there bees command/script you are running comes from.

I attempted to install oracle servicce bus and oracle database express edition, is it possible that some file was overwritten?
Try removing JDeveloper's system directory
Should be under C:\Users\yourUser\AppData\Roaming\JDeveloper
and then restarting JDeveloper
Looks like it is trying to open a file that it has no access to over the network.
Next thing to do after deleting the system11.1.x.x.x.x folder is to remove or uninstall the whole JDev and after that install it again. Then all files which might be overwritten by the other installations should be back in their original version.
You should install JDev into a path without spaces in.
Timo
In my case, I need update JDevepoper to newest. It will fix this issue
Another option is setting proxy for Jdeveloper. Choose Window/Preference, search proxy, choose Proxy Setting. Enter proxy information.
