Puppet agent is not running successfully after updating ssl certs

I am running puppet 3.7. The certs are expiring for me so I have updated the certs (after creating a backup so I am able to get back to the original state and that's fine). After updating the certs on puppetmaster using this, updating certs on the agent using this and updating certs on puppetdb using this, I am unable to run puppet agent successfully on a client box. It gives me the following error:
root#ip-10-181-36:/var/lib/puppet# sudo puppet agent -t

I am stuck at this point and no googling or reading docs or seeing the logs is helping. Does anyone have any ideas?

White page (Error 500) in phpmyadmin after login

I'm getting 500 Error when I try to connect to my phpmyadmin. The system is a Debian 8 with LAMP, PHP-FPM and Varnish.
The login view show without problems in myserver.com/phpmyadmin but when I start a new session I'm getting Error 500.
The apache log shows this:
FastCGI: server "/usr/lib/cgi-bin/php5-fcgi" stderr: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function __() in /usr/share/phpmyadmin/libraries/core.lib.php on line 235
I was checking session and phpmyadmin config files permissions but doesn't work at all.

Apache crashes with Parent: child process exited with status 3221226356

Apache crashes and I get the following error in the apache log:
AH00428: Parent: child process exited with status 3221226356 -- Restarting.

Seems to have to do with mod_ssl. I do have a http proxy set up in a https virtual host. However, the same error appears in the Apache log even if I comment out the proxy portion of the config file. This error also tends to be followed by a couple of MySQL errors in the Windows application log complaining about a lost connection. I think that might just be because Apache crashed while the connections were open. I am using the latest versions of Apache 2.4.20, PHP 7.0.8, and MySQL 5.7. Any ideas? Thanks!

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE When trying to access phpmyadmin

When accessing http://domain.com/phpmyadmin
I get the following error (this one is in chrome, but it is not working in any other browser either):
No data received
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
When trying to access, apache's error log shows:
apache2: /build/buildd/xcache-1.3.2/stack.c:47: xc_stack_count: Assertion `stack != ((void *)0)' failed.
[Sat Apr 18 23:41:18 2015] [notice] child pid 31027 exit signal Aborted (6)
All worked well a week ago, can't figure out what went wrong.
Rebooted, reinstalled, reconfiugured phpmyadmin, nothing works :(
Working under Ubuntu 10.04,
Any ideas?
Was facing same error. Fixed it by removing a php module: php5-xcache
Received same error in browser.
Apache's error_log shows:
/usr/sbin/httpd: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libnsssysinit.so: undefined symbol: PR_GetEnvSecure
Fixed by restarting Apache via stop and start (apachectl restart is not sufficient).
