wix toolset: Success page showing multiple headers - wix

I'm using the HyperlinkTheme.xml from the WiX 3 github site, with WiX v3.9 R2 to create my installer. When I run my installer, it succeeds, but on the success page it shows all 4 headers overlaying each other (SuccessHeader, SuccessInstallHeader, SuccessRepairHeader, SuccessUninstallHeader). I changed the Y values so they wouldn't display on top of each other:
How do I get it to only show only the pertinent header?

The theme from GitHub is from the develop branch and has changes from WiX v3.10 that the WixStdBA from v3.9 R2 doesn't know about. You can grab the v3.9 version from wix39-debug.zip on the v3.9 R2 release page.

How do i pass the"checked" or "Not checked" property of that checkbox to the msi?
I do know i can pass properties like this (from the bundle):

But what is "Value-Seen-In-MSI" in this case? How do i reference the value of the checkbox?

Basically, it goes like this:
The checkbox need to be on the options page. Wix will create a variable with the name of the checkbox. You can refer to it using brackets and define an MSI property. This property can be used like any other.
So, Checkbox like this:

I want to overwrite the error message according to the error code,as the capture show, the error code is 0x80070001, i want to customize the message to show like "failed to install please go to xxx"

Meaningful error/failure messages in burn bootstrapper / wix

I am trying to give customized/meaningful error messages if there is any failures while installing using burn bootstrapper.
A short intro about the installer. I am using burn bootstrapper which has chain msipackages(3). MSI package has custom actions in c#. I am using localization wxl. Below is the failure section and see the highlighted custommessage.

I can access this custommessage as a burn variable and pass to the msi using msiproperty

Question:When I change this session["CustomMessage"] from custom Action it is not getting reflected back to the burn variable and back to the CustomMessage in wxl? Can anyone help me on this.

From this Answer by #RobMensching, there is a way to do it. But unfortunately you will have to dig through the code to implement it.
"Your executable could implement the "embedded Burn protocol" to send
rich progress and error messages. It isn't at all documented so you'd
need to go through the Burn code to see the protocol, but it's there
and would get you exactly what you want. The "bundlerunner" .csproj in
the WiX source code might be helpful too."

What do I need to do to have a custom error message when user clicks cancel?
I basically need a condition to evaluate the case where FailureMessageText is "0x80070642 - User cancelled installation"
The failure window should then display "Installation Cancelled by User" instead of "Setup Failed"
Is there any way to evaluate above expression inside the theme and display controls based on a certain condition ?

but this will not check if error code is 0x80070642 (user cancelled installation), it is just another hard-coded message.

To display the custom error messages you need to change the messages in WixBootstrapperTheme.wxl file which is pointed by LocalizationFile attribute.

WiX bootstrapper theme file?

In the documentation, it mentions there are three options (besides rolling your own UI) for the bootstrapper: RtfLicense, HyperlinkLicense, and Foundation. It further states that if you want to use Foundation you must provide a theme file. I can't find any other documentation. What is this theme file format?
I am using WiX 3.6.x.

If you download the WiX source, those theme files are located in src\ext\BalExtension\wixstdba\Resources.
