Rally Query in Custom App not returning expected results - rally

I am testing a rally query within the settings of a custom app and am unable to get the correct results returned.
I want to return defects with an open task that has specific text in the name only while any other tasks are complete and do not have the same specific text in the name.
The query I am using is:
(((((Tasks.Name !contains "someText") AND (Tasks.State = "Completed")) AND (Tasks.Name contains "someText")) AND (Tasks.State != "Completed"))
I have 1 test defect with 2 tasks for testing:
task 1 does not have the specific text and is complete and the other has the specified text and is not complete.
No information is returned.
If I split the query into separate parts and update the tasks to match
(((Tasks.Name !contains "someText") AND (Tasks.State = "Completed"))
The correct information is returned
as does
(((Tasks.Name contains "someText")) AND (Tasks.State != "Completed"))
How can I put both together?
I have searched the documentation for "nested" queries but I can't find anything applicable, perhaps this can't be done? Can anyone help with the query syntax or help me understand where I am going wrong?
Many thanks in advance

Talend - Dynamic Column Name (Enterprise version)

Can anyone help me solve this case?
I have much file to process, two of them is like on below screenshot with my expected output.
I use this transformation on Talend: tFileList---tInputExcel---tUnpivotRow---tMap---tPostgresqlOutput
The output is different to my expected output. This is the screenshot of the output
Can anyone help me to reach my expected output which is like on my first picture above?
This will be pretty hard. You'd have to handle that as a text file. And whenever you found "store" value in the first column you'd update your type with the value.
Here's how I'd start:
Basically tJavaFlex begin piece would contain:
String col1Type
String colNType
main part:
if input_row.col0.equalsIgnoreCase("store") {
col1Type = input_row.col1;
col2Type = input_row.col2;
colNType = input_row.colN;
continue; /*(so this record will be Ignored for the rest of the components!)*/
}
output_row.col1Type = col1Type;
output_row.col1Value = Integer.valueOf(input_row.col1);
/*coz we have text and need numbers :( */
I think using propagate results will save you from writing down all the other fields.
And from here it would be very simple as you have key-type-value-type-value-type-value results.

How to use Bioproject ID, for example, PRJNA12997, in biopython?

I have an Excel file in which are given more then 2000 organisms, where each one of them has a Bioproject ID associated (like PRJNA12997). The idea is to use these IDs to get the sequence for a later multiple alignment with other five sequences that I have in a text file.
Can anyone help me understand how I can do this using biopython? At least the part with the bioproject ID.
You can first get the info using Bio.Entrez:
from Bio import Entrez
Entrez.email = "Your.Name.Here#example.org"
# This call to efetch fails sometimes with a 400 error.
handle = Entrez.efetch(db="bioproject", id="PRJNA12997")
I've been trying, and Entrez.read(handle) doesn't seems to work. But if you do record_xml = handle.read() you'll get the XML entry for this record. In this XML you can get the ID for the organism, in this case 12997.
handle = Entrez.esearch(db="nuccore", term="12997[BioProject]")
search_results = Entrez.read(handle)
Now you can efecth from your search results. At this point you should use Biopython to parse whatever you will get in the efetch step, playing with the rettype http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK25499/table/chapter4.T._valid_values_of__retmode_and/
for result in search_results["IdList"]:
entry = Entrez.efetch(db="nuccore", id=result, rettype="fasta")
this_seq_in_fasta = entry.read()

read all document by using particular category name using alfresco search.luceneSearch or search.lib.js

Category Name
|
Geograpy (8)
Study Db (18)
i am implement my own advance search in alfresco. i need to read all files which related with particular category.
example:
if there is 20 file under geograpy, lucene query should read particular document under search key word "banana".
Further explanation -
I am using search.lib.js to search. I would like to analyze the result to find out to which category the documents belong to. For example I would like to know how many documents belong to the category under Languages and the subcategories. I experimented with the Classification API but I don't get the result I want. Any Idea how to go through the result to get the category name of each document?
is there any simple method like node.properties["cm:creator"]?
thanks
janaka
I think you should specify more your question:
Are you using cm:content or a customized content?
Are you going to search the keyword inside the content of the file? or are you going to search the keyword in a specific metadata(s)?
Do you want to create a webscript (java or javascript)?
One thing to take in consideration:
if you use +PATH:"cm:generalclassifiable/...." for the categorization in your lucene queries, the performance will be slow (following my experince)
You can use for example the next query to find all nodes at any depth below /cm:Languages:
var results = search.luceneSearch("+PATH:\"cm:generalclassifiable/cm:Languages//*\");
Take a look to this url: https://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Search#Path_Queries
Once you have all the elements, you can loop all, and get to which category below. Of course you need to create some counter per each category/subcategory:
for(i = 0; i < results.length; i++){
var node = results[i];
var categoryNodeRef = node.properties["cm:categories"];
var categoryDesc = categoryNodeRef.properties["cm:description"];
var categoryName = categoryNodeRef.properties["cm:name"];
}
This is not exactly the solution, but can be a useful idea to start.
Sorry if it's not what you're asking for, I have just arrived from my holidays.

SQL Full Text Contains not returning expected rows

I have a Body column that is full text indexed and is nvarchar(max)
One row has this in the Body column
You want slighty mad this sat the 60th runing of the 3peaks race! Peny-ghent whernside and inglbauher! Only in yorkshire!
If I run: select body from messages where CONTAINS(Body,'you') it doesn't return any data.
If I run the below adding wildcards select messageid,body from messages where CONTAINS(body,'"*you*"') it still doesnt return the data.
Can you help me understand what's going on please?
Thanks
UPDATE : It makes no difference if its you or You, either way no results
It can be case sensitivity issue. Try with select messageid,body from messages where CONTAINS(body,'"*You*"') and see if you are getting the result or not
A full text catalog has a set of words in a “stoplist” that it won’t search on as SQL Server considers them “unimportant for search purposes”
To get this you can run
select ssw.*
from sys.fulltext_system_stopwords ssw
where ssw.language_id = 1033;
Below are the words it won’t search on and you’ll see it contains “you” hence why it didn’t find my data.

Rally custom grid with ((Parent = null) or (Parent.Name = 'xxxx'))

Can you create a custom User Story grid in Rally with the following query?
(((Parent = null) AND (Owner.Name = "dummy.name#email.com")) OR ((Parent.Name contains "Example") AND (Owner.Name = "dummy.name#email.com")))
Every time I try to do this it only returns results for the second part of the query. It seems like it cannot combine the Parent = null and the Parent.Name contains "Example".
Thanks for any feedback! I know that we could create two grids, but it would be nice to combine it into one.
This looks like a bug to me. Ignoring the owner portion of the query and taking just the Parent portions, per the title of your question: ((Parent = null) or (Parent.Name = 'xxxx')), it seems that I am also always seeing results that match the latter condition. If I switch the order, I get Parent-less stories. I'd recommend submitting a Case to Rally Support - rallysupport#rallydev.com - they can get this filed with the Rally developers.
