I've wasted my 2 hours searching about VCC API on Google. I want to know if there is any API offered by either Visa or MasterCard that allows us to create virtual credit cards and fund them?
I know it's possible. For instance, Entropay offers its user to create a Visa VCC and fund it. How do they do it? How do they create VCC? I couldn't find any API for card creation on Visa Developer's site at http://developer.visa.com or MasterCard at http://developer.mastercard.com
So if neither Visa nor MasterCard offers APIs to VCC creation then how do sites like Entropay, Bancore etc. works?
How can I get an API to create VCCs like Entropay and Bancore do?
Try https://www.marqeta.com/ they seem to have decent API for what you want.

I'm trying to embed google distance matrix api and places api in one of my assessment projects. Can someone tell me if there is anyway i can get them for free since the usage will be very low?
Yes, as you mentioned that the usage would be low. You get $200 in free usage for Maps, Routes, and Places every month as per the Google maps platform pricing detail page. So you could get a total of 40000 x 1000 requests free out of $200.
You would need to set up a billing account in the Google Cloud Platform console.

I am looking for the service or library to share the sales online. I am developging ecommerce site which will be selling media content. The content creator can upload their stuff and sell on our site. When he sells the product he will receive the 80% and I will receive 20%. Since the money is involved in I want this part to be as transparent as possible. Maybe there might be saas solution available so that I can call api to send sales and money can be split and he can get the moeny anytime he wants through paypal or some other method. Let me know if you know anything like that.

Can anyone suggest me :
I am a web developer/computer scientist, trying to build new decision support system for home buying.
Is there any company/API which can provide me API data (XML ) which does the following :
For a given zip code : Return the HomeIDs or Homes for sale.
For each home give me the home specifications.
Zillow did it, but now they discontinued the GetRegionPostings API, which returned you the HomeIDs of the homes for sale in a given zip code.
Please let me know if any exists around the world.
If you want to use Zillow, the GetDeepSearchResults API returns the id for a given address.

I am looking for APIs that allow hotel operators to update room information and other hotel info programatically, so far I have only found Expedia QuickConnect but I cannot find anything else. Anyone know of other APIs?
Just to reiterate these are APIs to manage a hotel (rooms, prices etc) not to search for hotel rooms.
search for amadeus api and galileo api..that should help..amadeus is the largest network..

facebook has the facebook credit and I knew that they are testing on pay by facebook.
anyone know where can I find the API for that? I search in the facebook developer wiki and cannot find anything. Thanks. :)
I don't belive you can use those features as of yet ...
The last I've read about this was here ...
