Full Background in Pages Install / Uninstall - background

I'm new with NSIS, and the problems i have, the people of this forum can help me, and now... all the project is OK.
But now... i have one small problem... in Pages (Install / Uninstall) i have a Left Image... all OK... but... ¿Is possible the BMP can stay at the backround with 100% width and height?
The example is here:
How is the form to put the Background BMP image in Pages?
Thanks for all friends! ;)

You can either use the product advertised in your screenshot to build that NSIS installer for you, or create your own custom UI with a resource editor of your liking. It's probably a good starting point to take a look at the UIs that come with NSIS, open their executables in a resource editor.

As author of Graphical Installer I can say it is more complicated than it looks :)
What you need is to create full sized picture, set it's content and refresh it on each page.
The picture you see on the Welcome/Finish page is not present on other pages so you need to create it manually (during runtime or via UI file - based on your preferences).
It looks simple but there is really much more to do and some serious NSIS skills are required.

Is there any way to create and display music notation inside of a codenameone app?

Is there any way to create and display music notation inside of a codenameone app?
For Java generally there are some libraries like for example JFugue that let you write music inside a program. Maybe also display it, i didn't try that out.
There is lilypond, which would work in a desktop environment if you were able to run it to make the pdf after generating the file itself.
I wrote a small app in Android Studio and had to write my own music notation logic and drew it with the help of png files on a Canvas. That worked okay for small musical examples of a clef and around 2-7 notes.
Now i want to do something similar in Codenameone and display at least a clef and some notes inside the app (maybe as an image) - they have to be generated with some random element while the program runs.
It would also be great to be able to write and show more than a few notes, displaying it somehow and maybe also with the ability to have it as a pdf file later.
Is it possible to use something that already exists?
Thanks a lot!

Digital Rights Management in Umbraco

I have an Umbraco website and I want to share some PDF files on it. However, I also want to ensure that no one can copy the content of these files - to the extent that even print screen button doesnt work when someone wants to print the screen displaying those PDFs. I know there is a software Copysafe - https://www.copysafe.net/ which prevents screenshots of the page. I have two questions:
Is there any way I can display PDFs and prevent someone from copying my data (disabling PrtScr button, watermarks etc) using Umbraco out of box functionality or some simple development work?
Is there any add on that Umbraco has which will help me use copysafe functionality on my website?
Thanks for reading my question and hope you could help :)

Change style of PivotItemHeader

I currently try to change the visual style of my pivot control in UWP.
I would like to change the plain default style of "just text" to something like this:
This is just an example I quickly found on the web. But it is a good representation of what I want to achieve.
I would like to make the pivot items to look like they are tabs.
They should be visibly seperated from another and when one of the items is selected I want to make it visually stand out from the others.
I'm really new to styling controls. I actually just started to read about it yesterday. But it really helps to make an app visually interesting instead of just the plain default styles.
I would really appreciate some help or guidance here :)
Greetings :)
We can modify the PivotHeaderItem default style to implement the effect. Here is also a similar thread that describes how to achieve it : Pivot Header style
Please note that: the PivotHeaderItem default style is based on the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) for Windows 10, Version 1511 (Windows SDK version 10.0.10586.0). If your app target on other version, the styles and resources may be have different values. But the approach to implement the effect is similar. You can find the corresponding source in the path of your Windows SDK installation such as:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\DesignTime\CommonConfiguration\Neutral\UAP\10.0.16299.0\Generic.

Looking for the better way to make a kind of PDF reader w/ iOS 3+

I'm trying to make an iPhone application which can read PDFs in full screen and follow links on PDFs, but I can't find the right way to do it.
First, I tried to use an UIWebView to read the PDF file, but it doesn't work exactly as I wanted (I was not able to fix the link problem).
The second solution was to use the Quartz API to read the PDF. I took a look at http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/documentation/GraphicsImaging/Conceptual/drawingwithquartz2d/dq_pdf/dq_pdf.html, but i'm only able to print one page on the screen, and there is no way to jump to next pages.
Can someone help me ? I'm running out ideas :)
Thanks for your help
Quartz does not know how to change pages, click on links, etc. It only "draws" the PDF page you want - you will have to do all gestures by yourself (or use UIScrollView and such).
BTW, I guess your question is duplicated. Take a look at: Fast and Lean PDF Viewer for iPhone / iPad / iOs - tips and hints?

Automated Development of Presentation with Interactivity

I am trying to identify the right tool, language, software package, or other for the automated development of presentations, where the presentation is user interactive.
The presentation will consist of images with titles and some descriptive text. Most of the time there will be 35–70 images. I would like to show each image on a separate page, slide, tab, etc. (I guess proper terminology depends on the solution.)
The images will change, but the titles will remain the same, and there will be a little bit of change to the description of each image.
After putting the presentation together, I would like the user to be able to circle and "write" on the electronic image in kind of the wax pencil sense (I previously worked in a photo lab and we worked with wax pencils on negatives all the time and would like to have kind of a similar flexibility). Moreover, I would like users to be able to add comments as well, kind of in the way Adobe PDF Professional allows, e.g. inserting bubble comments, etc.
Most importantly, I would like to be able to do this in an automated way. Right now we are using PowerPoint, but the amount of time it is taking to put an image on a slide in PowerPoint, resize it, and then set up the text is killing us. Plus, as the images change it takes tons of time to go back and update them. Thus, we would like something that is a bit faster to update images and get the feedback from our few users. Does not necessarily have to be a web hosted solution, but could be run through a browser.
Sorry this is so long and thanks for any ideas and feedback, especially if there is an existing software package solution, language that can be used, or other approach to get this done.
These days, two of the most popular are Adobe Captivate and Articulate Presenter. For service, instead of product, you can check out services like http://voicethread.com.
I don't know of any product that completely answers your requirements.
But, for similar results I use two different tools for developing the presentations and another one for drawing while presenting.
If I just want to make a presentation made of pictures and texts, and I want to automate its creation, I use irfanview http://www.irfanview.com/ with its wonderful feature for automated slideshows. I put all the images together, annotate them (I use either their filenames, or if not enought, with EXIF and comment fields) and create a slideshow, that can be compiler into an .exe file.
If I want a more elaborated presentation. With full annotation capabilities, I use Wink http://www.debugmode.com/wink/
For drawing over the screen during the presentation, I use a very old bitmap drawing program, called PC-Draw, that allows, with a hotkey, to capture the screen as a bitmap and begin drawing over it, and with another hotkey, to return to the original screen without altering the running programs at all. I have not found it anywhere in the web. However, I found similar programs just a quick google away.
All three tools are free and easy (and even fun) to use.
