After deploying the war file, and restarting the server, we upload the adapters and apps through the worklight console. we can see the below exception occuring in our server logs, even before we launch the application and process anything. And then whenever we do some process, this exception is also there for every action. Kindly help on this, and advice if we are missing any resource.

From the comments:
Thanks idan. Sry for late reply. Ifix resolved the issue
Per the suggestion made, updating the server component to the latest available iFix resolved the deployment issue.

I have a java adapter in the resource class have the following method(UserAdapterResource.java):
public static void init() throws NamingException
ctx = new InitialContext()
ds = (DataSource) ctx.lookup (jdbc / mobilefirst_training)
And in class UserAdapterApplication.java made the call to init method:
UserAdapterResource.init()
The problem is that when I make the call to the init method from UserAdapterApplication, the adapter may not deploy, but commented the call to init, the adapter deploy correctly
Which could be the problem?
This is the exception:
com.ibm.worklight.admin.common.util.exceptions.NotFoundException: FWLSE3041E: No MBean found for MobileFirst project 'LoginModule'. Possibly the MobileFirst runtime web application for MobileFirst project 'LoginModule' is not running. If it is running, use JConsole to inspect the available MBeans. If it is not running, full error details are available in the log files of the server.

At first glance this does not seem to be related to your Java adapter. Possible solutions/workarounds:
Delete the MobileFirstServerConfig
Quit Eclipse
Navigate to your Eclipse workspace
Delete the MobileFirstServerConfig folder
Open Eclipse
Delete the workspace and start again
Delete the workspace
Restart Eclipse
Re-import the project
Try with Eclipse Kepler SR2 32bit/64bit or Eclipse Luna SR2 64bit
Starting WSO2 Identity Server for the first time gives me this error:

I've tried setting AdminRole to 'admins' and 'cn=admins'. Same error either way.
I don't have a ton of experience setting up LDAP servers from scratch, but I think I installed 389-DS correctly.
See my group entry:
ldapsearch -b "cn=Admins,ou=Groups,dc=pcc,dc=edu" -D "cn=Directory
Manager" -W cn=* Enter LDAP Password:
dn: cn=admins,ou=Groups,dc=pcc,dc=edu objectClass: top objectClass:
groupofuniquenames uniqueMember: uid=jwhitene,ou=People,dc=pcc,dc=edu
cn: admins
I am not sure if you are interested in connecting to a ReadOnly LDAP or a read write.
However please make sure the configs are correctly done, and you've followed the steps in the document
[1]https://docs.wso2.com/display/IS500/Configuring+a+Read-only+LDAP+User+Store - for Read Only LDAP user store
[2] https://docs.wso2.com/display/IS500/Configuring+a+Read-write+LDAP+User+Store- for Read/Write LDAP user store
If you have followed these steps correctly, the please post the configuration of your user-mgt.xml with the full configuration of the user store, mention which user store in which mode you would want to connect, and please also copy the server error message you get from the wso2carbon.log file you find at repository/logs or the server console.
Regards,
Shani
As per your ldapsearch command result, admin username as jwhitene would solve the startup error.
For example :
<AdminUser>
<UserName>jwhitene</UserName>
<Password>xxxxxxxx</Password>
</AdminUser>
Explanation :
If you are connecting to read only userstore, Admin user should be available in the userstore\ldap.
<AdminUser>
<UserName>cn=Directory Manager</UserName>
<Password>xxxxxxxx</Password>
</AdminUser>
<Property name="UserSearchBase">ou=People,dc=pcc.edu,dc=cp</Property>
<Property name="UserNameAttribute">uid</Property>
As per your ldap configurations quoted above, Identity server will looks for an user under ou=People,dc=pcc.edu,dc=cp directory which have property uid set as value cn=Directory Manager
Basically if there a such user, it would like this,
uid=cn\=Directory Manager,ou=People,dc=pcc.edu,dc=cp
Since you don't have such user, the server complains with that error log and set hold the start up flow.
The user that shown in the ldapsearch command result (uid=jwhitene,ou=People,dc=pcc,dc=edu) will match with above search pattern. Hence putting jwhitene as the admin user will resolve the issue
With help from techs at Ellucian, I just got my system working.
Cause:I had an old version of OpenLDAP that used a different schema that did not match the defaults in the user-mgt.xml file.
Instead of ObjectClass=groupofuniquenames I configured my user-mgt.xml file using ObjectClass=posixGroup (which matches my OpenLDAP schema). I had to change the ObjectClass in a number of places. After that, my instance started up without any more problems.
I am developing REST web service using Java, jersey, Apache tomcat eclipse.
Every thing seems to work fine till I shut sown my system and go home. Web services are deployed on a server. when i try to access web services next day(after inactivity of 10-12 hours), Server returns 500 error. Once i restart tomcat, everything start working again. Am I missing some configuration?

Your SQL State 08003 sugests that the "connection does not exist".
Probably you have a bad configuration in the hibernate (a timeout or something)
Check it please!
I have deployed Apache ODE in a Jetty Server with a reverse proxy.
If I go to http://public-url/ode/deployment/services/ I can see the WSDL URIs for ProcessManagement, Deployment Service and Instance Management, like http://private-url:80/ode/processes/DeploymentService?wsdl.
If I click on it, obviously page is not found.
if I type myself the url http://public-url/ode/processes/DeploymentService?wsdl in the Server Jetty log I get:

The exact same ode works fine when deployed in localhost so I discard the possibility of a missing Jar. Anything wrong about axis working with the reverse proxy maybe?
I got the following error in message.log when uploading an app to Worklight Application Center:
"com.ibm.puremeap.resources.desktop.UploadService W JSON error when trying to upload file IBMApplicationCenter.apk"
Also, in trace.log, the whole stack trace was as below:

Could anyone tell me how can I fix the problem?
BTW, I successfully tried to deploy wlapp and adapter in worklight console.
My environment is:
- RHEL v6.x 64 bit
- Worklight v5.0.6
- DB2 10.x
Further investigation I did:
Used a Worklight Server on Win7 64 bit and connected to the same database instance. Every thing is just fine. Furthermore, I browsed the application center running on Linux env. The application which uploaded by the appcenter on Win7 is shown without problem.
checked the pkg value in the trace.log from both envs(RHEL 6 and Win7). The results were different.
On Win7's trace.log:
[2013/4/11 10:48:18:944 TST] 00000040 id= ApplicationService > __create__ ENTRY {0} {1} {2}
uri=http://[hostname_win7]:9080/applicationcenter/service/desktop/application/
securityContext=org.apache.wink.server.internal.contexts.SecurityContextImpl_1700851040
{"os":"Android","pkg":"com.ibm.appcenter","version":"1","versionName":"1.0","label":"IBM App Center","author":"appcenteradmin","author_display":"appcenteradmin","mandatory":"N","description":"","remote_url":"","is_installer":"Y","is_active":"Y","is_ready_prod":"Y","files":[{"type":"apk","cid":"1","size":1599708,"filename":"IBMApplicationCenter.apk"}]}
On RHEL 6's trace.log:
[4/11/13 11:44:48:694 CST] 00000308 id= ApplicationService > __create__ ENTRY {0} {1} {2}
uri=http://[hostname_RHEL]:10080/applicationcenter/service/desktop/application
securityContext=org.apache.wink.server.internal.contexts.SecurityContextImpl_1489398078
{"files":[{"filename":"IBMApplicationCenter.apk","type":"apk","cid":null,"size":null}],"os":"Android","description":"This is application null.","mandatory":"N","pkg":null,"label":null,"version":null}
The error occured while you tried to upload the APK to Worklight Application Center. During this step, the APK gets analyzed. The RHEL trace log indicates that not only the pkg is missing (null) but also that the APK size is null. This could indicate that the APK is considerably wrong.
The first step is to verify whether the APK is correct. In order to do so, simply unzip it (APK is a zip file), and verify that it contains an AndroidManifest.xml. That file is binary and the pkg value will come from there. If it is missing, this is fatal.
Next, verify that the APK can be analyzed by aapt (located in your Android SDK in platform-tools):
aapt dump badging somefile.apk
It seems you tried to upload IBMApplicationCenter.apk, hence in your specific case, it is:
aapt dump badging IBMApplicationCenter.apk
This outputs several lines, usually starting with a line such as
package: name='com.ibm.appcenter' versionCode='1' versionName='1.0'
This is where the pkg value comes from. If this does not work, then Worklight Application Center has no way to find the pkg, or the Android Manifest is invalid.
During the APK upload mechanism, this is what happens:
If the property android.aapt or android.aapt.dir are set in the server configuration files (either bootstrap.properties for Liberty, catalina.properties for Tomcat, or Java VM properties for WAS), then the aapt is searched at that location, and "aapt dump badging" is executed as mentioned before, and the output is analyzed by Worklight Application Center. This could explain why you see a different behavior on Win7 and RHEL, since you have different aapt executibles there.
If none of the properties android.aapt or android.aapt.dir is set, then the Worklight Application Center does not use aapt but tries to decode the APK itself. Hence, you could try to unset the android.aapt properties in the server and restart the server, to check whether this solves the problem.
