Unable to build project output group 'Content Files from Web (Active) - msbuild

I got below error in MS build.
WARNING: Could not find prerequisite 'Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (x86 and x64)' in path 'C:....\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Bootstrapper\'
ERROR: Unable to build project output group 'Content Files from Web (Active)'
Any suggestions
Thanks

This error came up because my workspace wasn't upto date. I did get force (Get specific version) and rerun the build, it worked !! Posting it may helpful to somebody else.

In your project expand all the Folders and see if there are any files missing with yellow alert symbol. If you delete them, you can build your application as normally.

SideBySide issue with ArcGISRuntime SDK version100.11

Trying to update my WPF application from the ArcGIS Runtime SDK version 100.6 to 100.11. I used the existing style in the WiX package to update the dll's so that all I had to do was ensure all the shader .cso files were accurate in the Components. Here is the screen shot of my dll's that are configured:
When I try to run the application, I get an error that it cannot access the RuntimeCoreNet100_11.dll. In the Event Viewer I get the following message:
In running the SxsTrace program, for the runtimecoreAssembly, it states the Parser "Did not find manifest for culture Neutral".
Any help here would be very appreciated.
Update
per the instructions given in the comment, i added the manifest file to the dependency components in the component group pictured above. this allowed my app to start, but immediately crashed with a KERNELBASE.dll error. Anyone familiar with fixing those?
Looks like you're missing the manifest files. There should be 4 files to deploy to each clientXX folder: runtimecore.dll, runtimecoreAssembly.manifest, RuntimeCoreNet100_11.dll and RuntimeCoreNet100_11.WPF.dll

ASP.NET Core error on building with NSwag Error MSB3073

When I build the application, I get the following error message
The command "dotnet "C:\Users\Adminuser\.nuget\packages\nswag.msbuild\13.0.6\build\../tools/NetCore22/dotnet-nswag.dll" run /variables:Configuration=Debug" exited with code
-2147450730. Northwind.WebUI C:\Users\Adminuser\Documents\Visual Studio 2017\Projects\NorthwindTraders-master\Northwind.WebUI\Northwind.WebUI.csproj 60
Any Idea how to fix this issue?
Swagger doesn't like it when two or more endpoints in the same Controller share the same name. make use of routing attributes and make sure they are unique.
Try to install NSwagStudio then re open your visual studio.
That's should solve your problem.
If it's still not working
give a look about your output console when you try to compile your project, you should see something like this
1>Executing file 'nswag.json' with variables 'Configuration=Debug'...
1>Launcher directory:
C:\Users\Shadow.nuget\packages\nswag.msbuild\13.1.6\tools\NetCore30
You should have a file called dotnet-nswag.exe in your c:\user...\tools\netcore30 directory.
Put this exe in your environnement path.
Re open visual studio and your error should be gone.

Failure writing debug information: Unable to load DLL 'Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll'

I installed a VS2017, tried to develop a first app in VS2017.
File > New Project > Visual Basic > Windows Desktop > Windows Forms App (.NET Framework)
simply tried to run an app with only one label on form, but build error comes up, I clicked on "Yes" then dialogue box appears (image).
Error Code- BC37225
Error Message- Failure writing debug information: Unable to load DLL <br>'Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
Then searched SO, read and tried solutions, but not worked.
What I tried from SO is-
Error while building C# Console Application: Error CS0041 Cannot find a module
(1) installed Microsoft.NETCore.Platforms (nuget package)
(2) installed Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll (nuget package)
(3) Unable to load DLL 'Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll
in this, solution is available (accepted answer), but I don't know from where to delete these lines of code.
<PropertyGroup>
<Deterministic> true </Deterministic>
</PropertyGroup>
what could be the solution?
When the build errors dialog comes up it asks if you want to run a previous build because the current build will not compile (won't make a new .exe file) Since this is the first run of your program there was no previous build, no .exe. What you need to resolve are the build errors.

fatal error file not found /Lexical preprocessor error IOS

I have a project deployed on the appstore(everything ok),which after 2 months on running source code gives me crazy errors.
what i tried
Build settings-> set YES to Always search user paths
Not working
Please provide some suggestions.I think i need to chang some thing in build settings.Do anyone know why this is happening?
I was able to solve it in 2 ways
1.I removed the framework and added it back again
2.In framework search paths i removed everything and added $(SRCROOT) there.

Flash Builder - Platform conversion failed error during release build

This is a very annoying problem while generating release build files. Here is the steps I did while building:
Select Project > Export Release Build
Select Signed Native Installer
Import certificate
Click Next.
I always got the following error:
https://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-6524012-651585/build_error.png
Platform conversion failed. Process exited with error 5. Output was
"[ErrorEvent type="error" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2
text="Unhandled exception Error: EndUpdateResource: Windows Error #5"
errorID=0]
I have the following setup:
OS: Windows 8.1
System type: 64-bit
Flash Builder Version: 4.6 Premium
Installed FB: FlashBuilder_4_6_LS10.exe
Please help. This is giving me a lot of headaches for a couple of days now.
Additionally, here's the stack trace:

I also suspect this is because of the following settings:
Eclipse.ini
https://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-6525217-651726/eclipse.png
...
-startup plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.2.0.v20110502.jar
--launcher_library plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.win32.win32.x86_1.1.100.v20110502.jar
...
Notice that the plugin used is not intended for x64 processors.
#ActionScript3030 is correct, for anyone finding this later on, if you re-link your Library Paths (even if they look correct) this should rectify your issue.
The issue is caused by the links not being able to resolve to their GUID counterparts in your AppData/Local folder. This happens quite commonly when you create a new user profile and try to copy over your old user profiles information.
I already figured this out. I created a virtual machine with windows 7 32bit operating system and I'm happy now :)
If you initially created your project on a different system then try to compile it in another system, the class source and swc paths may not match. These paths could be there but not being implemented in code, so you will not get any run time errors while debugging, but it will give you the error 5 during compilation.
Solution:
Remove the idle paths not directly in use in your code. You can identify them by simply checking the path.
Found the same issue when trying to use Microsoft Essential Security on my Windows 7 x32. When i uinstall it - problem gone. So try to check your firewall settings if stucking the same problem.
Just to add an alternative solution (I'm on an x64 Windows and want to keep build exported for x64), in my case the error popped up when building the project with the AIR SDK defined in the app.xml (an older one, 3.9) and went away when I explicitly used a newer SDK (19).
(Disclaimer: I used the command line adt tool from the SDK to build, not Flash Builder).
A little late, but might possibly help someone.
I had the same error recently with FlashDevelop. Figured out that the my path was too long. When I renamed some long folder and file names, the error disappeared.
Try to disable UAC on Windows 8. Change it to "Never notify". The problem
