It's been a month that I use a service that monitors my website and if the website is down email alerts are sent for me.
I checked my visitors last day and found that almost 5000 visits have been added two my site since using this service and this service is generating fake traffic for my web site.This service watches HTTP protocol and if HTTP service is down the email is sent.
My concern is that I don't know that this fake traffic affects my SEO or not! If yes I prefer not to use monitoring tools for my website.

Maybe you will have some trouble indirectly, because these visits can spoil your traffic quality. For example, if they increase bounce rate, that is a bad signal for Google. Besides that, you should create another view in Analytics, and apply filters to remove traffic from these sources in order to have a real insight into your traffic.
That tool should identify as a robot, so their visits are not counted in Analytics. If that's not the case, I would recommend changing the tool.

I have made an application with React native and the application consumes information from an api made with django rest framework.
while working with this I had a concern on how to transfer card information from the application to the api.
I configured the server to use ssl certificates, but i feel this is not enough.
My question is, what and how are the best and safe ways to pass card information from my app to the server?

I would suggest to not send card information to your server. Instead use one of the modern payment provides:
Stripe
BrainTree
etc (there are quite a few services that work this way)
All of these providers work a little differently to how you were thinking of taking payments:
What you do is in your frontend you send the user's card-details directly to them (Stripe or braintree etc)
they then store these securely and return to your frontend a random ID.
You can then send that to your backend (and store it)
to charge the card you hit their api asking them to charge the stored card for the ID.
This way your server never has the users card details.
If processing payments is not part of your core business, it is advised not to attempt store or process the card numbers yourself. The rules on security around handling card details are extremely complex. An example of this is the PSD2 of the European Union (for an easy to digest piece on one of the obligations, read this)

I am trying to create a website which implements webrtc functionality.But in all the samples and reference documents , I was unable to find how to select for a specific user to chat with. Do i need to have some server kind of setup to list all available users or anything like that. Any sort of ideas will be helpful.
For eg:
In all the samples which i refered, the user was joining a particular room or a session and the other recipient also joins the same room for chat.But what i need is something similar to skype or hangout which shows the callee status before call, and want to get rid of this chat room concept.
There are three core areas of any real time communication service:
Presence - identifying who's online and who's available to speak for a call. (e.g showing a contact list and identifying who's online)
Signaling - initiating the call, exchanging IP addresses, negotiating capabilities, hanging up. In a lot of cases, Signaling and Presence can be combined into a single service.
Media connectivity and streaming - actually getting "connected" to the other endpoint and streaming audio/video. It typically requires some assistance from the signaling service to get the initial set of local, stun, and turn addresses exchanged in order to establish a connection with the other node. It also includes the codec technology, streaming code, and rendering.
Unless something has changed, WebRTC, to the best of my understanding, is just about #3 - media connectivity and streaming. It still requires the website to provide signaling (exchanging the SDP messages).
There are some companies and open source projects that indicate they provide the complete solution, but I've never used any.

I know Apigee comes with several out of the box API to do deployments and query various pieces of information. Is there a lightweight out of the box API that we can give to our customers to verify if the APigee platform is still alive and running? This will prevent them from sending us API traffic when the system is unable to process it.
The following may be a good partial solution, but it really depends on how you intend to expose this information, where your monitoring server sits in the architecture, and what facilities you have to process/report status. That said...
Depending on what you define as 'lightweight', there is an option for OPDK installations to CURL on the following:

To check status, there is a field called IsUp (Boolean). To get more specific, you can use the query parameter type so you can get back specific components. The valid values are:

http://{management-server-ip}:8080/v1/servers/?type=message-processor
http://{management-server-ip}:8080/v1/servers/?type=router
I don't believe this is possible on Cloud due to the nature of component resourcing.
If you are trying to determine whether Apigee is able to serve your own APIs, it might make sense to create a ping API call manually. You might want a couple of different flavors -- one that immediately turns around and responds from within Apigee (testing connectivity to the Apigee layer), and one that pings your backend servers (testing end to end connectivity). Anything out of the box wouldn't be able to ping your backend.
What many customers do is create a "Health Check" API Proxy.
This can just be an Echo Server, which you can easily create by building an API Proxy with No Target.
In the New API Proxy tool, choose (o) No Target. And that's it.
Then whatever data you pass to that proxy will be returned in the response.
For example:

December is the best time for app developers, but Apple closes down iTunes Connect for more than a week making it impossible to access sales figures?
Is there any workaround?
I noticed by accident that it is possible! This is how I do it:
iAd is NOT closed so you can login to your iAd account via iad.apple.com/itcportal this should authenticate you for iTunes Connect.
Enter this address to bypass ITC login (and the holiday message): https://reportingitc.apple.com
You can see that the address is not https://itunesconnect.apple.com/ which is blocked with the holiday message.
I use Chrome for this but should work with any browser
I can access all sales data from 22 December, I still cannot access any other pages.
If you already use a sales-data scalping service, like Distimo Monitor then they may be able to pull through some data from iTunes Connect APIs, however I'm guessing you haven't set anything like this up.
The bypass login provided by yourself doesn't work for me, although I certainly hope it does for you.
Please be wary of the fact that any reports you manage to gain access to have the chance of being incomplete or innacurate as Apple made it clear that reporting will not be available/reliable during the Holiday Shutdown.
If you set up Distimo Monitor now you may be able to gain access to sales data from today onwards: I'm also pretty sure it can't grab access to historical data.
You've only got another day left!
Note: I personally use Distimo Monitor and have slightly sketchy results the past few days, albeit seemingly reliable.

I have to send text message reminder to cell phone of a customer. That should be handled from web application (or automated with windows service). Text message should be sent to Canadian cell phone and provider of that phone is not exactly known beforehand (can be Bell, Telus or anything else).
Is there any reliable API provider for such task? I need a web service that would be integrated with .NET application for doing it and it should be either free or inexpensive. I did Google search on the topic and it seems there some providers out there but it would be really great to hear from somebody who can have real experience with such API provider. My goal is to send about 10000 remainders per month.
I would appreciate if you could advise.

I have had good luck with TextMarks. You pick a keyword that your users send in an SMS message to the TextMarks shortcode number. This confirms that the mobile user has opted in to receive SMS messages from you. You can then send them SMS messages and even create programs that respond to a users input. For example, have the user send a zip code and get a response of stores nearby. They are relatively inexpensive and offer various tiers of pricing, including a free trial option.
I also came across ClickATell which is able to provide you with a unique shortcode. However, last time I checked getting a unique shortcode was in the range of $500 per month plus costs you would incur to send messages. Here's their pricing calculator:
