Username and Password for Repository - repository

I was able to download eclipse to my pc but when trying to add repository dialog and its asking for username and password.
I am using Using eclipse 4.3.
I was able to download it and set it up but when following the instructions from the force.developer site it was asking me for a Username and password.

Purely a guess since you seam to have gone out of your way to not actually tell us what your trying to do or what you have already tried.
I have never used any of Salesforce.com's APIs or services, but I would guess the username/password it's asking for is the "Developer Edition" account mentioned near the bottom of this page:

Google wont give me the code for google authenticator app to secure my account

Here is the issue. When I go to my google account on my computer. I go to setup 2FA. Now for some reason, I'm already logged into my account on my computer. Now it's asking me to login onto my phone. I should be able to get a 2FA code from my computer to put into my google authenticator. I would have to log out of my computer account. What's the point of having to login into my google account from my computer. If it asks me to login into my phone. I'm confused.
I want to get my code to protect my google account. And then on my smart phone that I don't have it connected to the internet. I want to add that code to the authenticator so I can use 2FA to protect my account. Am I doing something wrong here? Or is google making this extra complicated? The google authenticator says to Scan a QR code or Enter a setup key. I know it seems I should be posting this issue some where else, but I'm not getting a support there. And I know you guys use phones a lot and have experience with phones. Do you have this issue with google authenticator? Because the google authenticator app itself doesn't say anything about signing in. In the first place. It just says Setup your first account. And if I'm logged into my computer on google. Why have that option if they don't want you to do it from there in the first place. And there google authenticator says nothing about logging in.
And I'm sorry for posting this here if it's a bad place to post. I have been searching for a while to fix this issue. I even posted on the google community. Reddit is also not working correctly were they don't let me post in the right community. They tell me to post else where. Where it's all a mess and not under the right topic. So I have been not getting and finding an answer to what is going on here.
When I researched the issue I found something about back up codes.
I get to this part
At the top, tap Security.
Under "Signing in to Google," tap 2-Step Verification. You may need to sign in.
Under "Backup codes," tap Continue .
There is no backup codes options. I even go to more option, and there is no back up codes option. I'm assuming I'm going to get a backup code on my desktop computer to enter into my google authenticator. But I'm not finding it? What is going on here? Is there a way to get that code?

Can't log in to YouTrack

I can't log in to YouTrack. My teammate sent me a link to join to his project but when I want to log in it says: Incorrect username or password. I'm sure that the username and the password is correct because it's the same as my JetBrains profile.
How can I solve this problem and join to this project?
Usually JetBrains account and YouTrack account are not the same, so you shouldn't be able to log in to YouTrack with your JetBrains credentials. It can be possible only if your YouTrack is explicitly integrated with JetBrains Account to allow authentication with JBA credentials.
So when you are invited to join a project, you are expected to create a new account or to log in via configured auth modules (like JBA, Google, GitHub). The solution here depends on the YouTrack setup, so if my answer doesn't help, please provide more details about what you see on the login screen and how exactly you were invited to join the project. Your teammate should either create an account for you, or send you an invitation link, or this particular YouTrack instance should allow new users to create accounts. You can read more about each option here: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/incloud/Create-User-Accounts.html#InvitingNewUsers

Log in to GitHub enterprise with jetbrains IDE (Intellij or Rider)

There's no real guide for this, this is the existing documentation :
https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/GitHub.html
it's outdated.
Rider actually wants you to provide a token :
this seems to not be the personal token.
I tried it with my server, it didn't work.
There's also a button for generating the token which does not work.
it systematically generates github 404 pages :
I assume the "Server" field is supposed to be in the
https://github.com/<SERVERNAME>
or
https://github.com/organizations/<SERVERNAME>
format.
but I cannot for the life of me figure out where I get the server's token from.
Again I did generate a github personal user token, but this one is refused by github enterprise login.
just like the personal user settings, the Github enterprise settings has a "developer settings" tab :
but this tab seems to be for a different use, you create an "app" to be browsed on the "github app market", and I did create this but this is the full list of actions this gives access to :
none of which involve giving me a token.
This is neither something that can be found in the options through brute force nor something that google yields results for.
I need help.
Update:
A bit more serching lead me to this doc : https://docs.github.com/en/actions/reference/authentication-in-a-workflow#modifying-the-permissions-for-the-github_token
it seems like the GITHUB_TOKEN they are talking about is the thing I would be interested in.
at the top of the doc, the info-bubble claims this feature is not made available for users of Github free?
Is this what's going on?
this would be terrible communication on Github's and also Jet Brain's part. how are users to understand this and why does rider wish to force you to use this paid feature for integrating with github enterprise, when cloning the repo directly from a terminal that has your SSH key work just fine?
this is absurd. at the very least adding individual repos with github logins via SSH should be an available feature.
You need to enter the domain name where your Github enterprise is hosted.
Then you can click "Generate.." which opens Github in your browser
Click the green Generate button at the bottom, and then copy and paste the token into IntelliJ.
This worked for me. You could also probably navigate to the "OAuth Apps" page yourself and create a new app with the correct permissions and paste the token in.

Google Developer Console's credential side permission

I got an problem after i create and APIs on Google Developer Console and enable the GCM service,
but i want to add an server key at Credential next to APIs on left hand menu.
But it show me You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page.
Below are the image:
Is that any config i need to add?
I did follow what You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page to clear cache and use incognito mode to login, but still not work.
EDIT
Some time i relogin it work back, when i click to another side and click back it show the error again, and my solution is go to Credential than use top right corner account to logout and relogin , let it redirect you back to Credential, than it work. So is there any solution to fixed it permanently without relogin?
Thanks
It because of you have logged in multiple devices. so u have to log out from all devices. to do this go to gmail.com and log in using your email and password. and scroll down . you can see Details link . Click that link.
it will open new window. there u click
Sign out all other web sessions. than clear history. than do login and try . it will open without showing error.
I got the same problem. After following the below steps it got solved. This may help you as well.
Click on Apis under Api & auth
Click on "Google Play Game Services".
Enable the service.
Optional: enable "Google Play Developer API" as well. Most of the time it will enable by default.
I am facing the same issues.
Try using another browser like firefox - sometimes it works.
but after awhile, same error pops up.
Having the same issue as with you regardless what api i enable.. have tried all the suggestion posted earlier. but none of them worked, but when i tried to change my i.p.. using a vpn. and tried to access it.it worked, i can create or view my api now, tested it with other gmail account to confirm and started from scratch. to my surprise i didnt encounter that issue im having for hours.. no idea why my i.p is being rejected when accessing the credentials area..
I've resolve my issue, it's about the ISP you are using. I tried 3 ISP's and 1 of them got a success all the time, I don't have any permission error.

Xml datasource from Infopath

I am pretty new to this, so I hope youll bear with me. Is there a way to sign into rally wsapi using a url? I have tried https://rally1.rallydev.com/slm/webservice/1.31/hierarchicalrequirement?username=someuserid&password=somepassword but that doesnt seem to work. I still get a login prompt.
I can sign in and pull up all of the info I need, but if I pull this data source from infopath it cant sign into or give anyone a prompt even to access the source once it's out on sharepoint. Ive tried everything I can think of, tried signing in using a customized udcx file, etc. Wasnt able to get curl to both authenticate through our proxy and to Rally either. Please help!
Rally's AppSDK has a LoginKey tool that can facilitate view-only access for external systems. Charles wrote up a great answer to this in Login to Rally using app sdk. You do have to file a case with Rally Support (rallysupport#rallydev.com) to obtain access to the tool.
For using curl, you should be able to pass your username and password on the command line like this (from the rally api doc):
curl -u 'curmudgeon#rallydev.com:SecretPassword' https://blah.blah.blah
For using other tools, if they have a mechanism for using "basic authentication", you should be good to go.
