OWL 2 Reasoners and custom datatypes not working - semantic-web

I am trying to run the Protege Reasoner, there are two reasoner available Fact++ and HermiT 1.3.7.
I tried to run the both but their is window comes and suddenly goes. It's difficult to see that one so I use the screen recorder to get that but it doesn't contain any information.
There is no error message or log message I can found.
The reasoner is not being started.
I tried to use the option Export inferred axioms as ontology and then I get the expected error message "No Reasoner intialized"
Please suggest.
EDIT 1:
Error log due to the new data type defined:

The stack trace confirms that FaCT++ does not allow custom datatypes to be specified - this is currently a known limitation. I don't know about HermiT but there's a good chance the problem is the same.
Pellet used to have more flexible datatype treatment, you can try installing it and use it instead of HermiT or FaCT++

Payara DataSource not being injected

I'm using Payara 5.184 and Java 1.8.241 on Linux (Ubuntu 19.10). I'm also using Liquibase as my database schema change management. A field named myDataSource is being injected as follows:
#Resource(mappedName = "java:global/ds")
private DataSource myDataSource;
When the method createDataSource() from Liquibase is invoked I noticed that the variable myDataSource is null, what makes me understand that the resource is not being properly injected. This error seems to happen only on Linux, as my other colleagues that run Windows did not have any problems so far. We're using exactly the same versions of Payara/Java. Is there any specific step that needs to be done on Linux? Here it is the stacktrace found on Payara logs.

EDIT: Added stacktrace
EDIT 2: Problem solved! It ended up being something not related with Liquibase at all. The queue size of the PayaraExecutorService was too small, which leads me to think that some tasks submissions were rejected. Apparently this is a known issue of Payara 5.184, and a related issue had already been opened on Github (https://github.com/payara/Payara/issues/3495). Once I increased the size of the queue to a large number everything started working as expected.
I think you need to use lookup to inject the resource.

Why is my RabbitMQ message impossible to serialize using Apache Beam?

I'm trying to read a RabbitMQ queue using Apache Beam.
I've written some transformation code to have messages written to Kafka.
I've even tested my scenario using simple text messages.
Now I try to deploy it with the effective messages this transformer is made to run on. These are JSON message of a quite moderate size.
Strangely, when i try to read "production" messages, I get this exception stack trace.

My understanding is that the RabbitMQ reader consider the messages big enough to require the use of LongString, which is not serializable.
Am I right on this point ? And if so, how do I suggest RabbitMQ to use a simple String (which will be enough for these messages) ?
This is an Apache Beam (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-7414) for which solution is ... not yet merged into Apache Beam repo by pure laziness (this is bad). If someone wants to have the fix immediatly, it is possible to build my branch https://github.com/Riduidel/beam/tree/fix/rabbitmq-message-not-serializable

Spark 2.2 toPandas() is returning Py4JError

Currently refactoring some PySpark code and this specific snippet is causing me issues whereas it has ran fine before:
zip_table=spark.read.format("org.apache.spark.sql.execution.datasources.csv.CSVFileFormat").schema(schemas.zip_schema).load(path_to_file,header=True)
zip_pandas = zip_table.toPandas()
running into:

Other Spark Dataframes are successfully able to call toPandas() while others such as this return the same error.
The file in question is not particularly big and should be able to fit in the driver no problem. Also, I know it may be better to just load it into Pandas directly and not convert from Spark, but there is further logic in the code that requires both Spark/Pandas dataframes (and a later re-architecture of this work will address this issue).

This is happening because of improper setup of Axis2.
Steps:
Download Axis2 : Link--> http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download.cgi
Point the Axis2 runtime dir in eclipse : Menu--> Windows--> Preference --> Web Services--> Axis2 Preferences
Your code throws a NullPointerException at
PreServiceDevelopCommand.java:143
NullPointerException means that you wanted to use a reference which was not initialized. Most common scenario is that you want to use a member or call a method of an object which was not initialized using the new operator or a factory method. Check the file where the error occurs at line 143 and see what could be null there.
Official description from the docs:
Thrown when an application attempts to use null in a case where an
object is required. These include:
- Calling the instance method of a null object.
- Accessing or modifying the field of a null object.
- Taking the length of null as if it were an array.
- Accessing or modifying the slots of null as if it were an array.
- Throwing null as if it were a Throwable value.
Just try to clean the pojo class for which you are trying to generate web service.
Clean the class and compile again.
It worked for me.
Deleting the client which you have already created will solve the problem.

Statistical Aggregate report Intreprtation

It might be a trivial question but please share your experience with me.
I am using Jmeter in GUI mode and added an add on "Statistical Aggregate report" Listener.
But I am unable to interpret the Graph I am getting from this Listener.How could it be useful for the performance testing. What sort of information I am getting ?
Thanks in advance
Suppose you've better study theoretical info about performance/load-testing artifacts and metrics first and than decide which listeners/graphs are necessary for your testing.
You could also look onto jmeter-plugins graphs - they are in many cases more informative/descriptive than jmeter's ones.
UPDATED:
Statistical Aggregate Report listener is kind of combination of Graph Results and Aggregate Report listeners into one chart where you get statistic for 2 important performance characteristics measurements - throughput (hits/sec) + Avg. Response Time (msec) - across the test execution time.
See both listeners descriptions for details about characteristics they are measuring:
The throughput number represents the actual number of requests/minute
the server handled. This calculation includes any delays you added to
your test and JMeter's own internal processing time. The advantage of
doing the calculation like this is that this number represents
something real - your server in fact handled that many requests per
minute, and you can increase the number of threads and/or decrease the
delays to discover your server's maximum throughput.
Roughly:
response time = "time to last byte"
latency = "time to first byte"
throughput = number of requests / time unit
For programming realization I'd better look into source code available.
I found an issue will be occurred with the third party Listener plugin "Statistical Aggregate Report" while we clear the Test Results in JMeter
