Actually I am using ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.7 and i have a custom internal layer . I want to get name of place particular area when draw polyline the column name is (PLC_NAME) . How to achieve that ?
Suppose I draw a area through polyline. In this area there are places . Now I need to get name of these places .
you can find the using code in below i am using the TileLayer.

OK, you can resolve the queries on the client or on the server. Depends on your task what options you can pick on.
If you are going to use a spatial query, like the one you mention, and you will apply it on a FeatureLayer, you could solve it on the client. This is a good solution because you already have the features, you are seeing them. Here you have a question whis this situation, how-to-get-get-name-of-hospital-or-street-in-particular-area-when-draw-polyline.
Now, If you need to query something that might not be in your extent (you don't have the features) or you are not using a FeatureLayer, you probably will need to command the server to do this. But don't worry the library has several tools to work with, like QueryTask.
Here you have the same example of the answer link before but using QueryTask.

To close I leave you this link to the documentation that explains very well all the possibilities, pros and cons.
I have an overlay control on my leaflet map in a vue.js application. It contains two layers. The ILZipCodes layer renders perfectly. However, the "markers" layer does not appear when I select the checkbox in the layer control. Why is this? I reckon I may be setting up the layer control and populating the clusters in the wrong sequence.
Cheers

You add voterGroup to your Layers Control, instead of your markers.
Then simply do not re-assign a MarkerClusterGroup into your markers variable (after you use clearLayers) and you should be fine.

The children of the view should have their position prop set to 'absolute'
I'm doing an animation, where a thumbnail blows up to take up the whole screen. The first step is to get the element, change it's position to absolute and assign explicitly the dimensions and position that it's currently occupying, using a style object. Then I do my animation.
Most of the time it works nicely, but I seem to be getting DOM renders that catch my element in an intermediate state, it's position changed to absolute but the dimensions not set. In Vue, is there a way of grouping into a single batch a bunch of updates to an element?

I am building an app in which I am using scrollView with 'scrollableview'. When scrolling the image, the view size is automatic increasing.
If I am giving the height in px then it is working fine but when I am giving height in % this code is not working fine. but, I need height in % only.
Here is my code:
var imageCollection = [
"/images/offers/oneplusOffer.jpg",
"images/offers/electronicsOffer.jpg",
"images/offers/shoesOffer.jpg",
"images/offers/watchOffer.jpg"
];
var viewCollection = [];

left:0,
backgroundColor:'#f1f1f1',

});
// offerBanner view
var bannerView=Ti.UI.createView({
height:"10%",
backgroundColor:"pink",
});
for (var i = 0; i < imageCollection.length; i++) {
var view = Ti.UI.createView({
backgroundColor: 'yellow'
});
var img = Ti.UI.createImageView({
image : imageCollection[i]
});
view.add(img);
viewCollection.push(view);
}
var scrollableView = Ti.UI.createScrollableView({
top:0,
views:viewCollection,
showPagingControl:false,
});
bannerView.add(scrollableView);
scrollView.add(bannerView);
//creating view
for(var i=0;i<7;i++){
var view=Ti.UI.createView({
top:"2%",
backgroundColor:"blue",
//height:"120",
height:"15%",
});
//adding view to scrollview
scrollView.add(view);
}
$.homeScreenWindow.add(scrollView);
$.homeScreenWindow.open();

var scrollView = Ti.UI.createScrollView({
top:0,
left:0,
backgroundColor:'#f1f1f1',
width: Ti.UI.FILL,
height: Ti.UI.SIZE,
layout:'vertical'
});
you can also give the above height in % as well. Try this.
