Windows 8 Certification NDISTest 6.5 LWF logo test fails - windows-8

I have raised a query regarding the problem which I am facing since 3 weeks. Please find the link below.
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsdesktop/en-US/277bbbe3-dbab-4056-acfc-ae1c39ac51c8/ndistest-65-lwf-logo-test-fails-due-to-checkconnectivitystress?forum=whck
Problem Statement :-
Certification of Windows 8 with windows server 2012.
Test Name : NDIS 6.5 LWF Logo Test
Fails : CheckConnectivityStress
Problem : Received less than the expected percentage of packets sent.
The test adapter and support adapter tries to ping each other for a given amount of time and meanwhile the support adapter gets disconnected resulting in the failure of this test.

Direct Messages fail with Status: 501 Payload: Null

I have a dotnet core project running version 1.37.2 of Microsoft.Azure.Devices.Client on top of Linux Raspbian (Buster 5.4.83) on a RaspBerry Pi4B 2GB. The project sends telemetry every 5 mins to Azure IoT Hub. The project also registers a number of Direct Methods to be called using 'SetMethodHandler' as follows:
await _iotHubClient.SetMethodHandlerAsync("MethodToCall", MethodToCallHandler, null);
I have a number of devices out in the real world, connected to the internet over wireless LAN and standard home internet connections.
I have noticed that some devices I can call DirectMethods on relatively reliably some I have to often try three of four times before I get a successful response and others I am never able to call successfully. When the DirectMethod calls fail I always receive {"status:501", "payload":null}.
Any help appreciated.
Do you have the same code\version deployed on both devices that work and don't work? 501 usually stands for "Not Implemented." In azure-iot-sdk-csharp you can read the following for 501 Error Code:
"Equivalent to HTTP status code 501, not implemented server error. It
is used when a method call from the service specifies a method name
not registered with the client for callback."
Ref: https://github.com/Azure/azure-iot-sdk-csharp/blob/master/iothub/device/src/MethodResponseStatusCode.cs#L21
some I have to often try three of four times before I get a successful response and others I am never able to call successfully.
Before you can call the methods successfully on those devices do you ever receivie a 501 error or you receive those as described here (404 or 504)? If never seeing 501 errors on "working devices" then you need to make sure you have same versions of the code deployed on "non-working devices".

Plz help me friends how to solve this problem . I have got this problem when i open webpage (localhost:8085)soon after installing tomcat (i have set classpath tooo ) .Plz kindly send any answers to rakeshdatla999#gmail.com...
Possible mismatch between version of Tomcat and version of JDK/JRE. It happened to me on Mac with Java 8 and Tomcat 7.2*. Had to install and use Tomcat 7.5*
I was using Windows 10 OS for developing applications in TM1 Performance Modeller as part of Academic projects.
I had been trying to run pmpsvc services of IBM Performance Modeller. I was getting the error "unable to logon to pmpsvc". Also, when I was trying to logon to Application Server in my browser, I was getting the same error that you've posted here.
What I think(after going through different posts in the search results of Google and Stackoverflow): There is some compatibility issue with JSP 2.1 in your project or maybe Tomcat version in-compatibilty.
How this was solved: I installed Windows 7 in dual-boot mode by allocating 100 GB to Windows 7. Installed the IBM software TM1 package(Performance Modeller and BI Insight Tool) in Win7 and everything runs smoothly now.
The IBM Instructors that demonstrated the use of Tm1 Dimensional Modelling also were running Windows 7 in their machines.
I guess - if you wish to solve the problem without going into the details of this exception, You can give this a try!

SCVMM: A Hardware Management error has occurred trying to contact server %servername%:a:DestinationUnreachable

Today we found our host status is "Needs Attention".
We have upgraded the WMF 3.0.
And to check the health status and it reports the following error:
A Hardware Management error has occurred trying to contact server
iwwbgc8.dir.slb.com :a:DestinationUnreachable :The WS-Management
service cannot process the request. The service cannot find the
resource identified by the resource URI and selectors. .
Check that WinRM is installed and running on server
iwwbgc8.dir.slb.com. For more information use the command "winrm
helpmsg hresult".
ID: 2927 Details: Unknown error (0x8033803b)
Following the post: How to Interpret Job Failures in VMM and How to troubleshoot the “Needs Attention” and “Not Responding” host status in System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager
But the error is still there.
And there does some performance issue in events but by following the post How to manually rebuild Performance Counters for Windows Server 2008 64bit or Windows Server 2008 R2 systems, the performance counter can't not be fixed.
Error:
Installing the performance counter strings for service .NET Data Provider for Oracle (_) failed. The first DWORD in the Data section
contains the error code.
Cannot repair performance counters for .NET Data Provider for Oracle service. Reinstall the performance counters manually using the
LODCTR tool.
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND
TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in
namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot
be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
Unable to read Server Queue performance data from the Server service. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the
status code, the second four bytes contains the IOSB.Status and the
next four bytes contains the IOSB.Information.
Any idea bout it?
Later we found the issue is caused by the WMF 3.0 upgrade.
We follow the post Managing Hyper-V hosts using Virtual Machine Manager fails with Error: 0x8033803b after installing WMF 3.0 and apply the hotfix.
The hotfix (Windows6.1-KB2781512-x64) is applied but the issue still exists.
At last I select the solution to uninstall the WMF 3.0.
And the issue is fixed at last.

Testing Openfire with Grinder (BOSH load testing)

I have been trying to test openfire server for Load testing over BOSH but I have been getting the following error after few minutes of run.
1)
11/4/11 3:49:33 PM (thread 3 run 0 test 601): Aborted run due to Java exception calling TestRunner
Java exception calling TestRunner
File "D:\grinder\projects\loadtest\bin\..\tests\..\tests\one2one.py", line 144, in changePresence
File "D:\grinder\projects\loadtest\bin\..\tests\..\tests\one2one.py", line 208, in __call__
Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: connect
2) I have also been getting 404 Invalid SID errors.
Initially I had set up openfire on Windows 2003 Server but later I set it up on ubuntu 11.10 (RAM 2.0 GiB Intel Core Duo T2400 # 1.83GHz)
1) Firstly, I ran php curl fetch script to add users to using the userservices plugin to add something around 10,000 uses (during which I got a lot of blank responses , so may be this is related to the problem but I will not focus on this misbehaviour now)
2) But I needed to test this for 400 users so i had the following grinder.properties set:
grinder.processes=4
grinder.threads=100
grinder.runs=1
grinder.consoleHost=192.168.1.205
grinder.consolePort=6372
grinder.logDirectory=../logs
grinder.numberOfOldLogs=0
grinder.jvm.arguments=-Dpython.cachedir=../tmp
grinder.script=../tests/one2one.py
(this strangely ended up starting only 103 concurrent users)
(I have tried testing this using one agent)
3) I did a bit of a research and found that I could configure openfire for bosh; so i added the following system.properties
xmpp.httpbind.client.idle 360
xmpp.httpbind.client.requests.max 400
badly need help!!!!! anyone has an insight about how can i resolve this?
The "Address already in use" problem is odd. You may want to try with
grinder.processes=1
grinder.threads=400
As far as only seeing 103 concurrent users, how long does it take for a single of your grinder runs to execute? My thinking is the earliest threads the JVM executes are completing before the final threads have a chance to fully initialize and do work. If you try this:
grinder.runs=100
You will be more likely to achieve the full level of concurrency you are looking for.

NetCFSvcUtil "Error: An error occurred in the tool."

I am trying to generate a WCF proxy client code for a Windows mobile application that uses basicHttpBinding and I'm continuously receiving the follow error:
Error: An error occurred in the tool.
Error: Error in the application
I was able to generate the proxy before but I don't know why suddenly this happens.
I have read the Sameh Samir's post but the service I use doesn't use any Message Contracts created by me (I've used LINQ to SQL ORD) and the WCFTestClient can connect to the service and shows the contracts.
UPDATE
It seems the problem was with the Windows 7 RC1. I was trying it on Win7 and after running the NetCFSvcUtil on XP everything works just fine.
Anyone knows how can I report this problem to the Microsoft?
THere is now a new tool available that replaces the older version of NetCFSvcUtil. It came out on Monday, August 10, 2009. It can be downloaded at the following link:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/2/0/6205ED05-E435-44FC-AA82-B763CA5F8B1A/NetCFSvcUtil.exe
Best of luck!
I found this: http://blogs.msdn.com/habibh/archive/2009/06/26/netcfsvcutil-exe-and-windows-7.aspx
Basically, it states:
Currently, there are no fixes available for this issue. The only workaround is to run NetCFSvcUtil.exe on Windows Vista (SP1 or earlier) or Windows Server 2008 (SP1 or earlier) and then copy the generated client code to other machines.
