This question contains complete learning curve for Cpp from Beginner,Intermediate and advance which is very helpful.
Please suggest me same for Databases,to become a good Database Expert or a Good DBA. As there are may books and tutorials which to choose.

I found following books written by Itzik Ben-Gan very helpful:
Beginning:
Microsoft SQL Server 2012 T-SQL Fundamentals
http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Server-2012-T-SQL-Fundamentals/dp/0735658145
Advanced:
Training Kit (Exam 70-461): Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012
(MSPress, December 2012)
http://www.amazon.com/Training-Kit-Exam-70-461-Microsoft/dp/0735666059
Inside Microsoft SQL Server 2008: T-SQL Programming (MSPress, 2009)
http://www.amazon.com/Inside-Microsoft%C2%AE-Server%C2%AE-2008-Pro-Developer/dp/0735626022/ref=pd_sim_b_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=1ZFP1YGEB2QPZBZCBFZS

I'd say: learn the internals
http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-SQL-Server-2012-Internals/dp/0735658560
From there you have a solid knowledge of querytuning, how the optmizer works and solid knowledge of how SQl Server works. Something every dba should know.
And the books of Iztik Ben Gan:

In a previous work place we worked with a software called SQL Delta which compared 2 sql servers - so we could sync the changes from our development machine and the production machine. I checked and they don't seem to support SQL Server 2012 yet.
Does anyone have any recommendation about another SQL Diff software that works with SQL Server 2012, has a good easy and clear interface?
An advantage is that it will also support SQL Server Azure.
Thanks
Try red-gate, this also support sql server 2012
http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql-development/sql-compare/features
also:
http://www.sqlaccessories.com/SQL_Examiner/
and
dbforge
You can also check xSQL, I had used their free version sometime back and found it to be pretty good.

Is there any free clients in which I can browse MS SQL Databases...?
Take a look at Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express
Try HeidiSQL http://www.heidisql.com/ - it's open source and does both MSSQL and MySQL. It is very well featured.
(just a note as of Aug 2013 the author is working on MS Azure MSSQL access but it's not working yet)
A lightweight alternative - which also allows browisng of other databases - is SqlDbx. The Personal Edition is free.

I am testing the Redgate belt and the set of tools seems pretty amazing... but before I buy anything... could you recommend any other tools similar to these?
The only other vendor with a similar line-up and quality that I know of would be ApexSQL
Visual Studio Database Edition provides a subset of the features RedGate provides. It might be better than RedGate if your team uses Team Foundation Server for source control.
If you need data comparison, schema comparison or visual query builder, than you should take a look at our database tools for SQL Server.

I have basic knowledge about SQL. But I still have difficulty when write SQL for the complex queries. Please help me some ebooks to improve my skill to write SQL, and the way to write a good SQL for performance.
The book should have example database to practice.
Thanks.
If you have an iPhone, you can buy many excellent SQL Server books through the AppStore. Do a search for SQL, and you'll find books by Kalen Delaney and the like.
