Error installing Spring IDE 3.4.0 plugin with Eclipse Kepler: Will not be installed (Spring IDE Roo Support) - eclipse-plugin

I am trying to install the plugin for Spring IDE (3.4.0) using Eclipse Marketplace for Eclipse Kepler (4.3). It is giving the error 'Will not be installed (Spring IDE Roo Support)'.
I also checked the compatibility of Spring IDE version 3.4.0 with Eclipse Kepler 4.3, and it is compatible. Any ideas on how to complete the installation?
Thank you
Prachi

It seems there is some errors on versions 3.4.0 and 4.3.0 (https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/spring-tool-suite-sts-eclipse-kepler-43).
Yoy could try latest releases from http://spring.io/tools/eclipse, or install STS http://spring.io/tools/sts (imho STS is the best option).

I had the same problem. It seemed to get hung in the provisioning step (83%). I installed the STS and same problem... but I waited a little longer this time and it was successful. This gave me everything I was expecting in the IDE plugin

I am just trying from https://github.com/spring-projects/sts4/wiki/Installation using Neon 2. I have had to stop and start it over and over.

Installing the Subversion Plugin in studio Version: 7.4.2 fails

Installing the Subversion Plugin in studio Version: 7.4.2 fails.
Tried with http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x and other versions too.
The site http://subclipse.tigris.org appears to be abandoned, and subclipse 1.6 is an old version that is probably not compatible with the Eclipse version used for Studio 7.4.2. According to the release notes it is based on Eclipse 4.9. You should look for an updated version of subclipse that is compatible with that Eclipse version.
It seems that the current home of Subclipse is this GitHub project: https://github.com/subclipse/subclipse. Try installing from their distributions: https://github.com/subclipse/subclipse/wiki#installation

Dart 1.12.0 Intellij upgrade issues

I have updated the dart-sdk and dartium but when I go into intellij to update the plug-in, It will tell me there is not a newer version from 141.1586 when 142.4509 is the latest version. So I have tried to download and install the plugin manually but I get an error "Plugin 'Dart' is incompatible with this installation". I have even gone as far as shutting down Intellij IDEA 14.1.4 and overwritting the files in the plugin directory (which didn't work). Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this issue?
I am running Windows 10 64bit
The latest Dart plugin releases that have version 142.* are compatible only with IntelliJ IDEA 15 EAPs.

Installing Glassfish tools in eclipse luna

Im trying to install Glassfish tools in eclise Luna but I keep getting this error message:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

What should I do? Thanks.
It looks like they somehow messed up the plugin dependencies while packaging the plugin version which is currently referenced by the .
To fix it you have to install an slightly older version of the Glassfish Tools manually. To do this in Eclipse click on Help -> Install new software and put the following URL in the upper input field:
http://download.oracle.com/otn_software/oepe/12.1.3.1/luna/repository
Then click enter, after it has fetched the installable packages, choose the Glassfish Tools package and the Oracle Java EE Tools package (both should be version 7.2.0.xxx) and install. The installation can take a while because the oracle repository site is often slow.

I've tried both the marketplace method and installing from a local archive produces the same error. Sounds like a dependency issue but I'm not clever enough to workout what I'm missing.
Worklight 6.0 supports ONLY Eclipse for Jave EE Developers 4.2.2 ("Juno" SR2) or Eclipse Classic 4.2.2 ("Juno" SR2).
Worklight 6.0 will not work on prior versions of Eclipse.
Worklight 6.0 will not work on Eclipse 4.3 "Kepler" - there is no support for it, yet.
After you installed Worklight on 4.2.2 if it does not show up inside of eclipse, try the following
run eclipse withe the -clean option from the command line/terminal
ex.
$ ./eclipse -clean
then restart eclipse as normal, YMMV but it seem to do the trick for most folks with this problem.
This issue is due to corporate proxy.
Main requirement is it supports ONLY Eclipse for Jave EE Developers 4.2.2 ("Juno" SR2) or Eclipse Classic 4.2.2 ("Juno" SR2).
Apart from this you have to do following things to make it work
Window-->Preferences-->General-->Network connection
In drop down list changes Active Provider to Manual and in http/https put address and port number of your proxy.
Worklight 6.1 was released on the 6th of December, and now Kepler is supported.

Cannot see the Glassfish adapter after installing plugin in Eclipse

I've installed Glassfish 3.1.1 and Eclipse Indigo onto a Win 7 machine but cannot add the Glassfish server via Eclipse's Servers view.
Oracle Glassfish Server Tools 1.8 is also installed but despite this there is no Glassifish entry in the list of avilable server adaptors.
I will continue to scour the web for a way around this but if anyone can advise I'd be grateful.
Thanks
You need to install the JavaEE development edition of Eclipse, and in that go to the Eclipse Marketplace where you can find and install the Glassfish adapter.
I had to restart eclipse two times before it appeared. This seems like a bug to me but I'm new in the Eclipse world
