Make The Different Register Page Url Stable and Get Rid of Double Click Logout On Woocommerce

I am using one of the woodmart built-in themes and have 2 issues (I think they are so easy to do but couldn’t find any solution on internet which works well) one is about register page link on the sidebar login are and the logout confirmation.
When you go to our website which is http://www.fitovision.com and click on Login/Register button on the right top of the page a sidebar widget comes out. I have changed the Create An Account link to my custom page but because I did this on the integration page of woocommerce to the theme, when I get any update it goes back. So looking for a hook or function codes to add to the child theme functions page to keep it there forever even if I get any update. Could you please tell me how to do that? I have asked this to the theme editors support page but they said it belongs to woocommerce so asked me to open a ticket here.
Second one is when you login to the page we have an dropdown menu on the top on the place of Login/Register link. And there is Log Out link on the at dropdown menu. When I click it it goes to My Account page and when I click there again it logs out. I have read and applied too many ways to bypass the logout confirmation on first click but none of them worked as I realised that they were all old dated posts. So I thought after some time and your updates it should be forced by the wocoommerce to do it. But my clients definitely do not want it. Is there again anything else I can do for that to log out on the first click? And keep it there with adding to the child theme functions page?
Thank you for replies instead.

How to use/handle a loader in an MVC app?

in a ASP.NET MVC application that I am currently working there are multiple places in a single page that the user can click. So there is a main menu that's in _layout and for each inidividual page there can be links associated with that page.
I am trying to use a loader which will be shown on every click, mainly where the response takes time but for now it's for every click.
For example in the home page, from the main menu the user can click Students and the loader should come up and hide when the page loads completely. On the students page there can be an ajax call that gets data and binds it to the grid.
So from the time the user clicks on a menu link and the page loads the loader is active/shown. It's hidden once the page loads completely.
The grid can have editing functionality and when the user clicks on any of the CRUD links the loader should show and hide.
I am looking at suggestions on implementing this requirement.
If I can hookup any of the MVC events, that would be cool as I want less of Javascript/jQuery stuff but if Javascript/jQuery is the way then that's fine too.
Currently I don't have anything so anypointers are appreciated.
Assuming AJAX is being used
I don't see a way to keep this server-side without a middle page with a redirect being used (which would just be unnecessary bloat). And, since you're not opposed, you can implement this fairly easily using jQuery and something like blockUI.
I'll let you play with refining the binding to only links you care about, but for now we'll assume all links. Also, MVC should be using jQuery for things like Ajax.Actionlink so we can hijack events like $.ajaxStart and $.ajaxStop:
function showLoadingScreen(enabled){
return enabled ? $.blockUI() : $.unblockUI();
}
$(document).ajaxStart(function(){
showLoadingScreen(true);
}).ajaxStop(function(){
showLoadingScreen(false);
});
Later on you can maybe apply classes to the links you care about and just bind to them (instead of $.ajaxStart) but I'll leave that up to you.

Sencha Touch Last Accessed Pages

I need an option to see the last accessed few pages in Sencha Touch application. I have many panels in my application and at run time I change the view-port item based on different conditions. I need a list of last accessed pages on a button click and from there I should be able to select each pages with the old data on that page.
Thanks in advance!!!
I think you could get it using routes and adding actions or hashes into a localstore.
You could create an Ext.List with that store and change window.location on the ItemTap callback.
Take a look at the history support guide.
hope it helps-

How to navigate between different html pages in Windows 8 Metro application using javascript?

How can i navigate between different html pages using javascript?
I tried to use the below statement but it's not working. I have added a breakpoint and found that the below statement is executed.But still It doesn't display the page2.html.
WinJS.Navigation.navigate("page2.html", null);
Can anyone tell me why in what all scenarios it won't work ?
One option I found was iframe which I haven't tried yet.
This API isn't a specific page navigator; it's about loading the location as defined by the location service in WinJS:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh452768.aspx has the details on the specifics of using that model.
That stated, if you wish to use the normal Web model of a new page, either a normal link, or setting the window.location to the other page will cause a browser navigate.

How to create wizard/screens with disabled pages/buttons using Dojo Dijit?

I want to create a sequence of screens using a StackContainer in Dijit.
However, I want to disable consecutive pages and their corresponding buttons in the StackController until the form on the current page has been validated successfully.
Is this possible with the standard elements? If so, how?
In addition, it would be nice if I could customize the buttons of the StackController to show my own details instead of the title of the screen.
For disabling I think you can use
the_button.set('disabled', true); //and vice-versa
For changing the details you can try setting the labels directly (similar to disabled) or try subclassing the appropriate stuff (probably the stackcontroller) if it turs out to be feasible.
