How to use apache UIMA audio annotator - apache

Can anyone provide documentation for audio to text annotator for apache UIMA.
I have really got confused.i am beginner for UIMA.

If you are new to UIMA I would recommend to start from the beginning to get a better understanding of what UIMA is and how it works. The UIMA website has good documentation in this regards.
The SDK doesn't supply a sample, but does explain how to create your own. This is detailed in Chapter 5 of "Tutorials and Users Guide" book.
The short answer though is that it doesn't by itself annotate audio. Instead it is a framework to allow you to create/work with annotations. So you would need to create your own annotator in the framework for the audio. I personally am not aware of one, but someone might link a third party annotator.

What is the difference in dcm4chee arc light and DCM4CHE?

I want to about the differences of dcm4Chee arc-light and DCM4CHE. I got a download of DCM4CHE from here and DCM4CHEE Arc Light from here, but I don't know which one is better to use and what are the main differences.
I am new to PACS server and DCM4CHE, so please give me some example of blog from where I can find more material/data to understand differences.
DCM4CHE is a DICOM toolkit. Use it for some command-line tools or to write your own Java, DICOM applications.
DCM4CHEE is a PACS archive. It is used, primarily, to store images. I suspect this is the one you want if you're looking for a PACS. See their wiki page for more information (https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4chee-arc-light/wiki).

SCIM 2.0 implementations with good documentation

I just started exploring scim2.0. Following link provides me different implementations of scim2.0.
http://www.simplecloud.info/
Can some one suggest me, which one is easy to learn and has good documentation. It is helpful, if you suggest me some good tutorials about scim.....
If you're interested in a .NET / OWIN-based open source solution, please take a look at https://github.com/PowerDMS/Owin.Scim. Documentation is limited as the project is still in alpha, but there is a WIKI and sample project to help you get started.
Note: I am the lead developer on this project.
If you are looking for a reference Java/EE implementation of SCIM2 you can checkout Apache Directory SCIMple or SCIM 2 SDK | PingIdentity

Evernote API in Unity3D

Since I haven't got any response on the Unity3d or Evernote forums, I'll try it here.
The last year I have worked a lot with Unity3D, mostly because the good integration with the Vuforia Augmented Reality library and the fact that publishing for multiple platforms is a piece of cake.
Now I want to show notes in an AR setting and am looking at the Evernote API for this. I couldn't find anything about using this with Unity, I can see why this is not the most common combination.
My question is: do you think I can access the Evernote API through Unity? If so, how should I do this? Or is it for this purpose perhaps wiser to make (parts of) the application with Eclipse/xCode?
Hope to hear from you!
Link to Evernote API: http://dev.evernote.com/doc/
The Evernote API has a C# SDK which you should be able to call through Unity. In terms of how to do it, you will probably need to download the SDK and follow the instructions yourself. Their github seems like a good starting point.
One thing to note is that Unity's .Net library for mobile clients are quite limited and with webplayer you will need to deal with sandbox security issues. But start with the standalone build first and see how you go

Setting up Voice Commands in my VB.net application

I wanted to put voice command options into my application. I read stuff online about grammers and SAPI but I can't seem to figure out how to actually use it in my VB.net applications. Does anybody know of any good guides or tutorials for me to use to get started on the subject?
Thanks :)
There is a pretty good tutorial with code sample here that provides a fairly thorough walkthrough of the APIs and discusses the differences between SAPI 5.1 and 5.3.

Where to get sample Code for titanium code?

I am just a beginner in Titanium and searching for few sample source code to learn from and run. Downloading and working with kitchen sink or with the API is a big pain, to understand as well as to work with.
Although everything is there in both and they have given sample but that seems like not an implementation. I just want to have some source code to learn how, when and where to use the elements? How things work, how are they integrated etc.
Usually at the Q&A section there are samples of code. Just search what you are looking for: http://developer.appcelerator.com/questions/newest
The Wiki provides examples: http://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/guides/Home
Even this website provides code samples, check out the Titanium Tag: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/titanium
And last, but not least, there seem to be more and more code samples in the API Docs: http://developer.appcelerator.com/apidoc/mobile/latest
Good luck!
As an option, you can find good application samples on CodeCanyon. They're not free but you can learn a lot by examining how to start from scratch to build an application like;
Simple Foursquare like apps
Photo gallery apps
TODO apps etc.

I found this Forging Titanium series on Vimeo.com to be one of the best. Just watch out this complete series. Beside providing you with basics and advanced limelight on elements and functionality, also provide link to many github public repository we can follow and get numerous sample codes.
