About iTunes Connect - app-store-connect

I am having problems with banking informations on iTunes Connect. I am brazilian and everything was working fine, but now they're asking for IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and I can't find how to get that number anywhere! Anyone know how to get it? Is it necessary? I Heard that it is just necessary for european countries..

IBAN for Brazilian bank accounts is effective as of 1st of July 2013. You can contact your bank to learn your IBAN.

Your IBAN should be located on your bank account statement. If you can not find the IBAN on your ban account statement, then you should be able to contact your bank's firm and they should be able to help you get that.
This is the Irish Payment Services Organisation Limited's website. I know you are not Irish, but it is the IBAN, so it all works with the same rules and terms.

Changes to the apple developer account

Whether the $99 personal accounts can be changed in a $99 enterprise account?
If you can change, please tell me what should to do?
Thank you very much!
Apple Enterprise account is not charged at $99, however it costs $299 and you can register for Enterprise account from here:
https://developer.apple.com/programs/enterprise/enroll/
You need a DUNS number to apply.
However if you just want your company name to be displayed in Developer name, instead of individual name, you need to contact Apple support from here:

Migrate Google Merchant account to different country

Slovakia has been added recently to list of supported Merchant countries for Google Play.
I have an account in Czech Republic (CZK) paired with Merchant Account with active paid and free apps and want to change the country to Slovakia (EUR) - mostly because i of the fees related to money transfers from a different currency (CZK to EUR) on my business account.
I have been searching on Google but found nothing except for transferring all my apps to new developer account. I'm afraid that this will hurt my play store search positions and i won't be able to transfer the Google Play Services data (LeaderBoards, Achievements)
Also i want to keep the package names.
Had someone done this? How should i proceed?
June 2017 update:
Apps with subscriptions can now be transferred!!!
The original answer:
This is a complete answer I got from Google:
Hi,
Thanks for contacting Google Play Developer Support.
I understand you'd like to change the country associated with your Google Payments Merchant account. Once your Google Payments Merchant account has been created, it's not possible to change the country associated with that account. Instead, I can cancel and refund your existing developer account and transfer your apps to a new developer account that has the appropriate merchant country details.
To get started with this process:
Edit your current developer account name. If you'd like to continue to use your developer name with the new account, you’ll need to change your current name in order to free it up for the new account. For example, name the old account “xxx-OLD,” so you can use "xxx" in your new account. Make sure you save your settings.
Create a second Google Account (with a new, different email address). After you've created the new account, you will need to configure Google Payments with a billing address corresponding to your preferred merchant country.
After you've registered the newly created Google Play Developer Console account, create a new Google Payments Merchant account from the Developer Console. Pay special attention to the country listed for your legal business address. You may need to adjust your Google Payments settings if you haven't configured your billing address properly.
Use this online checklist to submit your app transfer request.
Please note however at this time, an app transfer can't be completed with in-app subscriptions currently or previously configured for your app; this includes subscriptions that do not have subscribers, or those apps which have had all subscriptions canceled.
I understand this limitation can be frustrating, and I apologize that we don't currently have a more seamless way to transfer these applications across accounts. We're actively working with our teams to design a better experience for developers with apps using in-app subscriptions, though we do not currently have an ETA.
I appreciate your understanding, and your dedicated support of Google Play.
Regards,
xxxxx
Google Play Developer Support
The country associated with your Google Play Developer account can't be changed. However, you can create a new account that uses a different country and transfer your apps to your new account.
To transfer apps to a new account, you'll need to prepare some account information. To learn what information you need and to send your request, go to the Google's app transfer checklist.

Is there a way to confirm a user's employer during an online log-in?

Does anyone know of any solution for checking that a user is still employed by the company who pays for their access to my web app? The problem I'm trying to address is that my client's admin users aren't great at killing the accounts of users who no longer work for that company.
It would be ideal if there were some generic way of asking a company's HR system "Does employee 0001 still work for you?"
Currently working with a very small user base, so acquiring more info on users (e.g. employee reference number etc.) is relatively easy.
Thanks.
No, there is no way to reliably check for this. However, that's not the problem, your approach is. Give the company an incentive to validate the accounts. Either charge a fixed fee on top of any usage charges so that dormant accounts cost them money, or make the accounts go dormant after a short period of time such as a month so that the client is forced to revalidate periodically.

I have a few questions about Authorize.Net

My customer has revenues of 10.000 per week so I'm looking for a professional solution. I need a good payment gateway for my shop (Drupal Ubercart). I was considering to use Authorize.Net. Is it available in Europe ?
If you are in europe, please consider Ogone.
SagePay, Wirecard, and CyberSource are all good gateways in Europe. I've had really good experience with the support staff at Wirecard in particular.
For those that stumble upon this question, Authorize.net now supports UK and European businesses: http://www.authorize.net/en-GB/
I believe they're also adding support for Canadian businesses as well.
It is not available in Europe. It is only available for US based merchant accounts. You can take European credit cards through Authorize.Net but only if you have a US merchant account.
From their FAQ
At this time, we are only able to offer our services to U.S. based businesses, or merchants who have U.S. based merchant accounts.
Why don't you consider PayPal it is one of the widely most supported Payment Gateways, it works in Europe as you requested and from my knowledge is easily integrated/setup with ubercart.
In my opinion Authorize.net is the best payment gateway out there.
Also to quote their FAQ's:
Does Authorize.Net support
international transactions?Yes.
Merchants can submit transactions to
the payment gateway on behalf of
non-U.S. customers. To do so, the
merchant's bank account must be with a
financial institution located in the
United States, and the merchant must
be configured to accept the customer's
card type: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club,
or EnRoute. The payment gateway will
submit the amount of the transaction
to the customer's card issuer, who
will then handle all currency
conversion to U.S. dollars. Since
default Address Verification Service
(AVS) settings may cause foreign
transactions to be declined, merchants
who plan to regularly accept
international transactions should make
sure that their AVS settings are
configured to meet their business
needs.
So this is the one I would choose and it is not very hard to implement.

Live Merchant Account for testing?

Sorry if this is not a programming question, but I'm not really sure where to ask this. I will need to test an application using a live merchant account (specifically for refunds), but I don't want to sign up and pay for an actual merchant account because I will only use it for testing. Is there another solution for this? Or is there a prepaid/not long term/cheap way to get a merchant account?
Thanks!
I know that when I was developing a site to use Authorize.net several years ago, I was able to request a developer account for free and use it long before we officially signed up with Authorize.net. You need to keep in mind, however, that different merchant solutions will have different means of communication with their service, so if you test with Merchant A, you might have to make huge changes to be able to use the final merchant solution you settle with.
Good luck!
I also heard about such things as developer merchant accounts. But, again, the fees, terms & and conditions always depend on a provider you choose.
Make sure the company / financial institution does not require paying any hidden fees or obscene cancellation fees before you set up your developer account.
