Windows Phone Emulator won't launch - windows-phone

The emulator used to run fine, but as of late whenever i try to launch it, whether directly from the programs list or by running code in Visual Studio, the emulator will launch, stop responding and crash, then when I hit "close program" it will launch itself again, stop responding and crash again. I've looked everywhere and cannot get an answer to this issue.

The only way i think is by reinstalling the product.
Just so you know, make sure that you're using the right version of the SDK for your OS (on PC) and using just the right emulator supported by your OS (pc).
Like for SDK 8.0, if you're developing Win8 app, use 'Device' for direct app deployment onto your phone or "Emulator WVGA 512MB" for optimized, memory-constrained output on your PC itself.

Execute iOS simulator for an Expo project run on a Windows computer on the same network

Currently developing an Expo project on Windows computer using Visual Studio Code, and I want to simulate the project with iOS simulator on my Mac computer on which I have already installed XCode and iOS simulator. However, as the project is saved on my Windows computer, there is no way to run it on my mac computer unless I copy the project to the Mac computer. My question is if it is possible to start a simulator for the project run on a different computer on the same network? In this specific case, I want to run the project on my Windows, and simulate it with iOS simulator on my Mac. Is there any way to do this?
Its better if you just transfer your React Native code to your Mac or just use usb and transfer through Dropbox or P-Cloud. but to answer your question i don't really know much about firewall but if you disable firewall you can get the ip or url and you can go to your mac and go to that link...
But i really suggest for you not to do it because other people can go to your link as well and hackers can hack you...
I really recommend to just transfer your react native code instead...
You can just run your expo project in tunnel mode and connect manually via the connection string to your IOS simulator running on your mac.

Intellij 2017.3.5 emulator cannot launch

I am having problem after I updated my sdk via intellij updates. my sdk resides in D:/sdk, now after updating when I launch the AVD and click triangular green button to lunch the emulator. Nothing happens no emulator is launching I don't know why.
It probably has something to do with virtualization.
Check if virtualization is enabled in the BIOS setting of your machine. And if you're working on Windows make sure "Hyper-V" options are disabled in "Windows Features".

Can I use a Mac Mini as a build/deployment server with React Native?

I've done some research on how to do this but haven't found exactly what I was looking for. In short, I'd like to continue to develop my react native app on my Windows PC, and use a Mac Mini for remote builds and deployment to my iOS device. Is there a good way to do this?
I know there are CI solutions such as Jenkins, but ideally I'd like to be able to build/deploy even faster without having to push commits. Similar to Hot Reloading, I'd like to make a change on my PC (Windows) and see it immediately on my iOS device, which I can do currently with an Android device plugged in to my PC today.
Maybe something like running the packager on my mac mini while making code changes from my PC.

xcode timed out waiting for app to launch

Application get fail to launch in device having iOS 6.0 from xcode 4.5. Xcode says Application can't be launched timed out waiting for app to launch. I reset my all device settings. Cross checked if i choosed right provisioning. Yes, its right. here i am attaching image of console. Please help me out.
None of the above tips helped me. It turned out I was using my Distribution Profile instead of the Developer Profile in Debug mode. You can check the Profile you are using by going to
Build Settings->Code Signing Entity.
Make sure you are using your Developer Profile in Beta and Debug mode.
I had a similar issue when trying to debug an App with Ad-Hoc provisioning... Check which provisioning you're using, it seems ad-hoc provisioning cannot be used for debbuging.
Whenever this happens to me, I have done the following to fix the problem:
Stop the app from running in Xcode.
Delete the app from the device (or Simulator).
Select Product > Clean from the Xcode menu.
Close Xcode.
Close the Simulator (or restart the device).
Restart your computer (yes I know this like a Windows solution but seriously).
Try again.

Cannot Install into iPhone Simulator

I've got an Xcode project that I've been working on over the past few weeks.
I just made some changes to an embedded framework that I'm working on (recompiled, to be specific) now, however, I am unable to launch the application in the simulator.
The app hangs on "Attaching to [app name]," if I have a debugger on. If I don't have a debugger on, Xcode just says the app has finished running.
There is no icon installed on the device.
Here's what I've done so far:
Restarted
Reset simulator
Clean and build
Deleted derrived data
I cannot install onto a device either, but then I get an error:
Error launching remote program: No such file or directory (/Users/peter/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/x-gtwuuwmavjonyrcxjmpcletdpyjw/Build/Products/Debug-iphoneos/x.app/x).
Oddly enough, what worked was installing another app in the sim (just launched another project and ran it) and then launching the other app in the sim.
I'm not sure what the issue was, but I tried it on two computers and it was hanging on each, so it was related to the project rather than the simulator. There's an issue to think about...
