XPages: Dynamically populate Navigator Control - dynamic

I need to create links of available views in database on Navigator Control. I did not find any computed formula area for that control. Just like we use code for combobox:
var v = database.getViews();
var a = []
for(var i=0; i<v.size(); i++) {
a[i] = v[i].getName()
}
return a
After achieving that, the select view will display by Dynamic View Panel of ext library.
Please guide me how to do this. Thanks in advance.

You can create a navigation entry for each view in you database using the <xe:repeatTreeNode> in the <xe:navigator>:
<xe:navigator id="outline" expandable="true">
<xe:this.treeNodes>
<xe:repeatTreeNode loaded="true" indexVar="index" var="crrView" value="#{javascript:return database.getViews();}">
<xe:this.children>
<xe:basicLeafNode label="#{javascript:crrView.getName();}" loaded="true">
</xe:basicLeafNode>
</xe:this.children>
</xe:repeatTreeNode>
</xe:this.treeNodes>
</xe:navigator>
This code will generate a in you navigation for each view in your Database. You can use the variable crrView in the <xe:basicleafNode> to get current element of the Vector returned by database.getViews() in the loop.
You can also use other elements then the <xe:basicLeafNode> in the <xe:repeatTreeNode>.Select the RepeatNode in the NavigationItems window of the navigatior control and click on add Child.

how to access elements not read by FlaUI using UIA2 or UIA3?

How to access/Find elements not read by FLAUI using UIA2 or UIA3?
since FLAUIInspect does not show up any of the available element under the window (while inspect.exe shows all available elements) FindAll (Children/Descendants) will not give any element.
is there a wat to get these elements using FLAUI??
First, you have to access the element you need to see. On your case, the ""pane it's a Control Type Panel inside the main window, so you gonna have to do something like this:
var automation = new UIA3Automation();
var app = FlaUI.Core.Application.Attach(application.Process.Id); //Here you can attach or start a application by path
var window = app.GetMainWindow(automation); //Get hold of the window
var allObj = window.FindAllChildren();
var panel = allObj.Where(x => x.AutomationId == "16386096").FirstOrDefault().FindAllChildren(); //Here you can use other property unique to the panel, I used the AutomationId for example
After you get hold of the panel, you can now find all the children objects.emphasized text
You need to expose the AutomationPeer for that element which is not being found by FlaUI

vuejs: mounted issues with coordinates of elements and svg

I have three columns, two with divs and the central one with an svg. I made a method that calculate the top() of each paragraph inside the divs to get the position and then draw an arrow in the svg. The problem is that when I use that method the first time I open my component, I get all zeroes, probably because the paragraph aren't really drawn (they have no coordinates) yet. I tried in mounted(), which should be the right place to do that. I use it also in updated() in case I reload my json with new data.
Am I missing something trivial?
The code I use to get the coordinates is like this:
drawLine(index1, index2) {
//var plist1 = this.$refs['p_list1'];
//var plist2 = this.$refs['p_list2'];
var plist1 = document.getElementsByClassName('p_list1');
var plist2 = document.getElementsByClassName('p_list2');
if (plist1.length == 0 && plist2.length == 0) return;
var svg = document.createElementNS('http://www.w3.org/2000/svg', 'line');
//...
//const start = this.$refs['startpos'].getBoundingClientRect().top;
const start = document.getElementById('startpos').getBoundingClientRect().top;
const r1 = plist1[index1].getBoundingClientRect();
const r2 = plist2[index2].getBoundingClientRect();
index1 and index2 comes from a loop where I get which paragraph I have to connect with an arrow (also where the nextThick is)
Here is a simple example of the issue:
https://codesandbox.io/s/bootstrap-vue-test-bcozc
Note: it's badly shown, but if you press "DO" and then switch tab, you'll see that the arrow aren't correct. If you switch tab and then press DO, it will work.
Put your calculation methods in a $nextTick function to allow parents and children to fully render.
If that does not work, as a debug step, try using a setTimeout method to delay the calculation.
After understanding that the problem was linked to how tabs are built, I tried making that specific tab lazy and it worked.
<b-tab lazy ...
I don't know how tabs are normally built, but I suppose the dom is put together without having a real coordinate system and when it's made visible, I don't have any event to read to update the svg.

Modifying column header names in Master-Detail grid in Devexpress

I have a Master-Detail set up with 2 grids. On the master grid, I have the ShowOnlyPredefinedDetails option set to false.
This means that I see a little + sign that allows me to expand the details of the detail grid (in the master grid). I would like to rename
some columns in that section as well as hide certain columns. I'm using VB.NET How do I go about this. See image.
You can accomplish this by using the grid control ViewRegistered event, from there you can modify the columns in that grid view that have columns within them that you want to modify, rename, or remove. Here is an example, I hope that it helps:
private void myGridControl_ViewRegistered(object sender, DevExpress.XtraGrid.ViewOperationEventArgs e)
{
if (e != null)
{
if (e.View != null)
{
//Inside of this statement you can adjust, add, and modify all of the columns inside of that grid that appears when you click on the +
(e.View as GridView).Columns["myHiddenColumn"].Visible = false;
(e.View as GridView).Columns.Add(new GridColumn() { Name = "AddColumn", Caption = "Name To Display", Visible = true, FieldName = "DataField"});
(e.View as GridView).Columns["DataField"].OptionsColumn.AllowEdit = false;
(e.View as GridView).Columns["DataField"].OptionsColumn.AllowFocus = false;
(e.View as GridView).Columns["DataField"].OptionsColumn.ReadOnly = true;
}
}
}
I think all you need to do is create a second grid view for your details. If you haven't already done this, do the following:
In your grid designer, click "Retrieve Details" if you have not already done so. This will cause the designer to recognize that you have a second level in your bound object:
Once you see the second layer, now you need a new grid view for it. Click on "Click here to change view" and select "Create a new view" and pick "GridView."
Now you will see both grid views from the designer, and clicking on one or the other will change the context of the menus to the left:
For example, if you have gridView2 selected, when you click on the "Layout" menu, it will show the current layout for your detail grid rather than the master grid. From here, you can remove or add columns as you see fit. Likewise, from the "Columns" menu you will see the new columns (you may have to add them to the view by dragging them over), and you can change the Caption property to change the text of the title.
I suggest you use the Data Annotation attributes with properties of your data-classes to declare how you data should be displayed in GridControl:
To skip column generation for the specific property you can mark this property with the <DisplayAttribute(AutoGenerateField := false)> declaration.
To prevent column from displaying you can mark this property with the <DisplayAttribute(Order := -1)> declaration. Later, user can show this column via Column Chooser UI.
To specify the column caption use the <DisplayAttribute(Name := "YOUR CAPTION")> declaration.
You can also control filtering/editing/formatting and validation capabilities.

sencha touch:dynamically add/remove components to panels

i extended a panel containing
-Panel
-Toolbar with button
and i registered it as a xtype using Ext.reg().There is one more panel in which i want to add the registered xtype and did it. How can i add/remove a component/html content dynamically to the outer panel on button click.
Thanks in advance.
I hope it will help you :
var component = ...;
var position = 0;
component.insert(position, new Ext.Panel({html : "inserted"}));
component.doComponentLayout();
While an older question, you can use .add or .addDocked
http://docs.sencha.com/touch/1-1/#!/api/Ext.Panel-method-add
This is far simpler since it allows the panel to add the element and manage the height ect.

Dojo Popup Menus - Connect a menu item event to multiple 'triggering' elements

What i have is a single dijit.Menu that contains the dijit.MenuItem objects with labels 1 - 9. It is connected to a sudoku like grid of 81 'nodes' (because there are so many, i dont bother with individual id's, i simply collect them with dojo.query('their-css-class-name')). This is the code i'm using inside of a widget to instantiate the context menu and its menu items.
var contextMenu = new dijit.Menu({targetNodeIds:dojo.query(".sudokuNode"), leftClickToOpen:true});
for(var i = 1; i <= 9; i++) {
contextMenu.addChild(new dijit.MenuItem({
label:i,
onClick: function(evt) {
//??
}
}));
};
contextMenu.startup();
What i'm trying to do is have the node that is clicked, and subsequently opens a popup/context menu, be filled with the value (1-9) selected from the context menu's MenuItems.
My problem is that i dont know how to "know" which of the 81 nodes was the one to fire the oncontextmenu event, and i dont know how to reference that node inside the 'onClick' method declared in the menu item.
Any help demonstrating how to reference the calling node in that context would be appreciated! If this isn't enough information, let me know what else i can do to explain my problem!
evt.target should get you the node that was actually clicked. Depending on the structure, you may need to do some other navigation from there, or use dijit.getEnclosingWidget().
If the MenuItems allow the events to bubble (I'm not sure; haven't used it myself), you could connect to the onClick() method of the Menu, so you've only got the single event listener in play.
