Apache on Fedora Running Lampp - apache

Question

I can't think of what else to do with this. For three days i've been trying to get this virtual host to work.
I got it on my windows 7 my windows 8 at work but for some reason fedora is giving me a really hard time.
My localhost opens to that screen that allows me to select what language.
When i type 127.0.0.1 this also opens up to that same screen but none of my virtual host is working at all. Even that ones that come default??

there must be index.html or index.php or some index file in your document root to get it worked . . .
