Sendmail Host unknown error - ruby-on-rails-3

I am trying to a send mail using sendmail. But the mail does not get delievered.
In the /var/mail/root I get this error
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<noreply#xxxxx.com>
(reason: 550 Host unknown)
----- Transcript of session follows -----
550 5.1.2 <noreply#xxxxx.com>... Host unknown (Name server: xxxxx.com: host not found)

Did you configure Sendmail? Here is a ubuntu guide http://developernote.com/2012/07/how-i-configured-sendmail-for-php-on-ubuntu-server-12-04/ or google "install sendmail"

Can you get MX or A DNS records of xxxxx.com?
NO => it is not Sendmail's fault.
A "non sendmail" test:
dig MX xxxxx.com

Bad CONNECT when trying to subscribe to message queue

I'm completely new to RabbitMQ and now I'm looking for a configuration error. The client doesn't receive any messages from RabbitMQ and I debugged it as far as possible.
Frontend messages:
Message 1:
CONNECT
login:frontend_listener
passcode:xxx
accept-version:1.0,1.1,1.2
heart-beat:20000,0
Message 2:
ERROR
message:Bad CONNECT
content-type:text/plain
version:1.0,1.1,1.2
content-length:30
Virtual host '/' access denied
There are two vHosts: / and someVhost and there are different users like frontend_listener. Now I found a way to access the log file.
RabbitMQ log file:
2020-02-11 15:50:53.579 [warning] <0.798.0> STOMP login failed for user "frontend_listener"

It reads like the permissions are wrong. Can someone help me out interpreting that correctly?
I try to read it: User frontend_listener wants to access the vHost /, but it hasn't sufficient permissions (don't know what $ here mean other than a part of regular expression). The thing is, that I don't know if that is the correct vHost. How do I find out the URL of each vHost?
I'm asking this because I believe that the mapping to the vHost is wrong or something is missing.
Edit:
After adding host: 'someVhost' to my stomp-config.ts I was able to subscribe to the queues. Now I get the following error in the log:
2020-02-12 16:32:25.913 [error] <0.5159.1> Channel error on connection <0.5149.1> (127.0.0.1:58136 -> 127.0.0.1:15674, vhost: 'someVhost', user: 'frontend_listener'), channel 1:

2020-02-12 16:32:26.022 [error] <0.5145.1> STOMP error frame sent:
Message: access_refused
On the frontend I don't get a message or error.
You need to also pass host information in the STOMP CONNECT frame..
this is what the specifications says and clients MUST set this header
host : The name of a virtual host that the client wishes to connect to. It is recommended clients set this to the host name that the socket was established against, or to any name of their choosing. If this header does not match a known virtual host, servers supporting virtual hosting MAY select a default virtual host or reject the connection.
So this is how your CONNET frame should look
CONNECT
login:frontend_listener
passcode:xxx
accept-version:1.0,1.1,1.2
host: someVhost
heart-beat:20000,0

How to make HTTPS request from mule ESB?

How to make HTTPS request without port from HTTP component ? I can't use url with port 443 or 80 because port number just appending with url and it says invalid url.
So how to make request just with URL instead of enter port number ?
Also, If i have IP address i can use IP + Port to access the data. but Server runs behind proxy server so no way to find application server IP.

Please advise.
The error indicates that the host name can not be found. That should be expected given that the host name is made up. You can find this error mentioned in this KB article: https://support.mulesoft.com/s/article/Error-sending-HTTP-request-with-java-util-NoSuchElementException
This error has nothing to do with HTTPS or the port used.
I have double checked that the host name is indeed not registered with nslookup:
c:\>nslookup xxx-yyy.com
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.0.1
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: xxx-yyy.com
Address: 121.14.27.78

IBM WebSphere Portal V8.5 wcm library syndication

I have a WebSphere Portal Version 8.5 Cluster on AIX 7.1 with multiple Virtual Portals, working with managed pages and each Virtual Portal has it's own libraries and one shared library for all VPs using syndication of that library to each VP.
i successfully created the syndication pair between the syndicator (WAS base portal) and the subscriber (Virtual Portal) and tested connection between them and all is good (make sense since VP are local on the same server). however when trying to syndicate the library content it stays on Queued status and in the SystemOut.log i see the following error log:

WCM Syndication requires HTTP Basis Authentication to be configured and working.
then I needed to make sure that Trust Association is enabled in WAS Console under Security -> Global Security -> Web and SIP security -> Trust association.
confirmed that the box that says Enable trust association is checked.
also ensured the Interceptor com.ibm.portal.auth.tai.HTTPBasicAuthTAI is created and the configuration were correct.
the cause of the error was that in the fields of urlBlackList and urlWhiteList there was use of the variable ${WpsContextRootPath} which i found out that it is not set anywhere so i change it to /wps instead and now the fields are as follow:
urlBlackList = /wps/myportal*
urlWhiteList = /wps/mycontenthandler*
after Restarting the server and retry syndication - it works!.
also you may follow the direction in this link:
https://developer.ibm.com/answers/questions/206675/why-do-i-see-occasionally-see-a-popup-box-with-a-t.html
but setting these parameters disabled the servlet of vieweing all items in the libraries...
You can try using the ip address instead of the hostname. or Try adding the VP context to the syndicator/subscriber URLs.

OpenDJ Multi-master replication fails(Hangs at Initializing registration information step):: javax.naming.AuthenticationException

I am using OpenDJ-2.4.6 along with Oracle JDK 7.80 and I want to run Multi-master replication on 2 of my servers, the OS for these servers is Amazon Linux.
The OpenDJ setup runs perfectly fine; I can start the server too without any errors.
It is when I run the "dsreplication" script as follows:
./dsreplication enable --host1 server1.example,com --port1 4444 --bindDN1 "cn=Directory Manager" --bindPassword1 "Passw0rd" --replicationPort1 1388 --host2 server2.example,com --port2 4444 --bindDN2 "cn=Directory Manager" --bindPassword2 "Passw0rd" --replicationPort2 1388 --adminUID admin --adminPassword "Passw0rd" --baseDN "dc=example,dc=com"
the script hangs on the following step:
Initializing registration information on server server2.example.com:4444 with the contents of server server1.example.com:4444 .....
And on checking the logs, there is no error reported in there.
But, when I run the following command:
./dsreplication status -h localhost -p 4444 --adminUID admin --adminPassword "Passw0rd" -X
it throws the following error:
The displayed information might not be complete because the following
errors were encountered reading the configuration of the existing
servers: Error on server2.example.com:4444: An error occurred
connecting to the server. Details:
javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid
Credentials] Error on server:4444: An error occurred connecting to the
server. Details: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error
code 49 - Invalid Credentials]
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.
The error could not be more explicit: "Invalid Credentials" on server 2.
Check the bindDN and bindPassword are valid against server 2.
When doing replication with OpenDJ, the hostnames must be resolved and addressable from either machines. Have you checked that this is the case with your Amazon Linux servers ?

How to make sure SSL is enabled properly on Active Directory server?

How to make sure SSL is enabled properly on Active Directory server?
On server itself if I run ldp, I think I can connect on 636 port.
I see something like this in output:
ld = ldap_sslinit("localhost", 636, 1);
Error <0x0> = ldap_set_option(hLdap, LDAP_OPT_PROTOCOL_VERSION, LDAP_VERSION3);
Error <0x0> = ldap_connect(hLdap, NULL);
Error <0x0> = ldap_get_option(hLdap,LDAP_OPT_SSL,(void*)&lv);
Host supports SSL, SSL cipher strength = 128 bits
Established connection to localhost.

Does this mean SSL is enabled properly?
What about errors in 2-4 lines?
Thanks.
Yes, SSL was enabled.
