I'm student and i'm working on bachelor thesis. My app uses wcf and sql database. If I want to test the application I need to host it. I would like to host it on Azure, 90 free trial, but it needs verification with credit card. I'm worried about sharing my credit cards data. I want to ask you, if it's secure and after 90 I have to pay for it or not?
Thanks
The billing and credit card information is hosted and stored by Microsoft themselves — you can look into the security of their practices in detail, but I am sure that they are okay. As long as you delete your database before the 90 days is up, you won't need to pay anything. You can still keep your subscription, just make sure that you aren't using any services. For peace of mind, check your billing on a daily basis and make sure that nothing is being recorded as running.

I'm a web developer and mobile applications. I have several clients which I manage in a hosting service with whm panel. Now I want to start using Google Cloud. My question is whether it is better to create a project for each client or to create a single project with a lot of space and there to store all the pages and databases. Please help me with this because I do not know what is the best practice
From my experience,
If your customer pays a fixed price for hosting it does not matter.
If you charge "pay as you go" then a separate project is the only way you can know how much exactly to charge.
Like Ken says, it is very difficult to predict your needs with so little information. One point to keep in mind: if you ever plan to turn over ownership of the project to the client, then having a separate project for each client will make life so much easier.

I want to start my own file storage/backup service like Dropbox, Skydrive, Box etc. I have 60000 customers. I want to give each customer 1GB free space (lifetime). That means I need 60TB of storage. I will increase space for more users time to time. I want my file backup service to be cloud based, redundancy. Can you please tell me how many servers & how powerful servers it's needed? Also, what equipment, accessories it's needed to make a powerful service? From where I can buy them with best price? Please tell me. Also, if you have other information regarding file backup/storage service, it will be helpful for me please. Also feel free to ask me :)
You can build your own service on top of Amazon's cloud infrastructure. See this: http://aws.amazon.com/backup-storage/

I am in the process of evaluating whether BigQuery could be a good choice for some data processing we want to run periodically.
I do appreciate that BigQuery is still under heavy development and that improvements and fixes are likely to happen pretty often.
I woud like to know what would be the process should a release break a previously working process. I have read the SLAs, but they seem to be more oriented to downtime, rather than regression issues/bugs. Is there an option for paid support with SLAs?
Like most commercial services, Google applies rigorous build and test processes to ensure quality. If you have specific support requirements, we encourage you to contact Google's Cloud Platform sales team to discuss our premier offering.

Can I change the pricing of inapp purchase after submitting app to the appstore.
And I want to know whether we can use custom prices like $1.75 or $2.50 etc
If these are not possible how can I implement these functionalities
a) Yes, you can change the pricing of app or in-app purchase at any stage.
b) No, you can only use predefined price tiers. There's an unofficial document here: App Store Pricing Matrix
As for implementing this functionalities: everything related to managing your application in the App Store is done trough iTunes Connect. Where you can also get official price matrix but you'll need a developer account and a signed contract with Apple first.

I'm looking for a "Chat Now" component to add to my website. I am using Drupal (running on a Windows server) if it matters.
I'm looking for something that the client initiates (I do not want to hound a client looking at my site). I want there to be no extra installs required for the client.
On my side, I want it to integrate with Skype or another common instant messaging tool.
I prefer free, but if it is low-cost (not a monthly fee) I would also be interested.
I like http://oggchat.com/ since it routes your chats to GTalk and GMail.
