Is there any good web service used for SMS integration in mvc4?
I know about ozeki but it can't be used as webservice for SMS in mvc4 but there are other list of available webservice like smsgateway etc which makes me confused to choose ,any idea which can be used.

I'm looking for a library/code snippet that would allow the creation of a very basic HTTP server, that works on Windows.
I've seen the Ktor project, but it doesn't
support Windows unfortunately. Is that something that can easily be done without using an entire framework?
I only need to serve some generated text on one or two routes, I don't care too much about the headers, status codes etc. :)

The information on developing your own payment method (or any module at all) on the opencart site is rather sparse. Is there better information on this topic anywhere else?
Unfortunately it's not something that is documented at all. My advice would be to copy the files from a previous payment gateway such as PayPal standard or pro and build on that, or download a free payment gateway and work from the files in that

Does anyone knows how i can get buyer's reviews from a Product in a .Net Project from eBay API (soap , rest..).
Is there a way to do it with .net API?
Or must i build some custom crawler.
You need "FindReviewsAndGuides". You can search by product, by user, or by both:

I saw many e-commerce sites using Pricegrabber for price comparison.

Is there a pricegrabber API for developers?
Per programmableweb, pricegrabber does have an API but to even see its documentation you have to negotiate with the site itself. If that's not acceptable to you, the page I'm pointing to has pointers to many other shopping sites with APIs that may be more suitable for you.
According to programmableweb, the PriceGrabber API is no longer available.
