I receive following error when attempting to upload my app to the Windows 8 store:
Validation error: The Publisher attribute of the Identity element
in the app manifest doesn't match your publisher ID, which is:
CN=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
I manually updated the app manifest file with the publisher id displayed within the error message.
However, the value that I provided ended up getting overwritten when I uploaded the file to the store second time.
In conclusion, I am unable to upload my solution to the Windows 8 store because of a certificate issue.
Please help.

Not a lot to go on here. I suspect you may have missed a step. Did you associate your application with the Windows Store?
To do so, right click on your project in the solution explorer in Visual Studio. Select Store --> Associate App With the Store... Then follow the dialogs that come up.

I am not able to call the azure db it give me response api key doesn't have permission.
Can you provide me solution and one example.
In Postman, you need to add a pre-request script to compose the auth token and prepend it to the request header.
Here is an example from Steve Lindsay (Microsoft TE):

He demonstrates it in a Channel 9 Azure Friday video:

i have crawled some data from import.io. That data are in my import.io account. I have another import.io account. Now I want to tranfer data of my previous account to my new account. How can i do it? Is it even possible? I found no option for that
Thanks in advance
Do you mean to port the actual data extracted, or the API you defined?
There is a way to port the APIs, although one by one:
Open two browser windows and log in to your OLD and NEW accounts, respectively
Click on an API inside the OLD account, and copy the URL
Paste the URL inside the NEW account window: you'll be able to "duplicate" the API in the new one. This will be a copy of the original API definition, and you will be able to run it and edit it with your new account.

I'm going on develop web api server (php) that has an attendance feature
client need me to make fingerprint-direct-to-webserver I created
So, my question is what is the easy way to accomplish this requirement?
Does it have any Fingerprint that already be able to do this? (connected to PHP web server, or it has an API to reply what data inside it?) [If it already in market, I might not need to created it]
Does anyone ever do this before, I'm looking on some IP Fingerprint (such as BIOEntry / BioStation series), I'm little worried that, is it has some encrypted key also or not, if it has it might be problem for me. could you give the fingerprint product name?
How fingerprint send the data? (GET/POST? TEXT/XML/JSON? If you have some copy/paste of its data, it would help me alot)
Yes there some middleware solutions available to integrate fingerprint attendance with web based applications. Bio-Plugin™ is one of them that can be integrated with your web api server (php). Also encrypted key might be available now. The system send fingerprint data thorugh SOAP protocol. Hope this will help.
Almost the same web api exist in the market. API details are http://camsunit.com/application/biometric-web-api.html.

Iam using Amazon toolkit to integrate SF with Amazon S3.
I want to render the content(image) of files in a bucket when bucket is selected from a selectlist. Like ListBucket, I am calling a method getObject'which in turn calls the webservice operation GetObject from the S3 class. I can see the request and response(200) in my developer console but there is an exception:
ERROR: Web service callout failed: Unable to parse callout response. Apex type not found for element Status.

December is the best time for app developers, but Apple closes down iTunes Connect for more than a week making it impossible to access sales figures?
Is there any workaround?
I noticed by accident that it is possible! This is how I do it:
iAd is NOT closed so you can login to your iAd account via iad.apple.com/itcportal this should authenticate you for iTunes Connect.
Enter this address to bypass ITC login (and the holiday message): https://reportingitc.apple.com
You can see that the address is not https://itunesconnect.apple.com/ which is blocked with the holiday message.
I use Chrome for this but should work with any browser
I can access all sales data from 22 December, I still cannot access any other pages.
If you already use a sales-data scalping service, like Distimo Monitor then they may be able to pull through some data from iTunes Connect APIs, however I'm guessing you haven't set anything like this up.
The bypass login provided by yourself doesn't work for me, although I certainly hope it does for you.
Please be wary of the fact that any reports you manage to gain access to have the chance of being incomplete or innacurate as Apple made it clear that reporting will not be available/reliable during the Holiday Shutdown.
If you set up Distimo Monitor now you may be able to gain access to sales data from today onwards: I'm also pretty sure it can't grab access to historical data.
You've only got another day left!
Note: I personally use Distimo Monitor and have slightly sketchy results the past few days, albeit seemingly reliable.
