CPanel cache issue - cpanel

I have made some changes in my site and updated them in the server via CPanel, but I can't see the changes affected.
I have changed one pdf but still old pdf is displaying. Help me if anybody knows why this is happening? Thanks.

Try
dig +trace domain.com
And make sure that domain is pointed to the correct server IP (The one you have made changes)
There is no such things like cPanel cache. Otherwise try
telnet server_IP 25
make sure that its points to the correct server IP.
If the domain points to the correct server where you have made changes, then you need to investigate based on the script or code .check whether the pdf file uploaded correctly

Some its happens to me too but even though we upload it corrected its our browser cache which still shows the old pages and does not reflect the new changes. Most of time i do check it in private browser or via proxy urls :D

Apache is Adding Javascript in HTML File

I got a strange situation where my Apache Server is adding a piece of Javascript code just before closing tag of the served HTML content.
I tried to find out but could not success what is going here on the server. I restarted the server and then it went away, but after sometime I'm facing same issue.
I'm sure my server is compromized and someone is doing this act. Kindly help me where to look to check how Apache can add such code on the fly on CentOS 7.
If you do not have set up anything like this, it's likely that your server got compromised.
As a first step, I suggest you check, if anything like this has been configured.
Beware though, if your server has been compromised, it's very likely that the attacker still maintains access to your server. If you can, nuke it, rotate credentials and look into hardening your servers.

Does my apache cache my images?

I have a folder for customer avatar upload and I set up an apache server pointing to this folder to get customer avatar images.
It seem to be a very strange symptom my system get right now as following:
I update an avatar image in the folder
I access to the image by browser, but I see it displays the old one on browser though I refresh (Ctrl+F5) many times.
After a time duration (nearly 1 min), I refresh the above url, and I got the lastest image dislayed.
Is this symptom relating to my Apache configuration? Could anyone help me to figure out which setting affects? Thank you!
First of all I am guessing that you have not enabled any of the apache caching modules. If this is the case then this behavior is due to browser's caching on the client side. You can verify this by opening the url in a browser's private session after updating the image. You can also verify by looking into apache's access.log file and check if you can see any request entry for accessing the image or not. If it's not then it is being directly served from browser's cache.

When I change siteurl in wp_options, my local website STILL WORKS. Why?

I'm trying to move a site from Bitnami "localhost" on my computer to a live site online. It's proving very difficult, so I'm trying to understand how this all works.
A very simple question -- the answer to this might offer me some insight:
I've opened the "bitnami_wordpress" database on my computer phpMyAdmin.
I've gone into "wp_options" and changed the siteurl to something other than what it read originally.
It doesn't matter what I've changed it to -- my website on Bitnami localhost should no longer work, right?
Yet the website still works. Why??
Try changing home url in wp_options
If that still doesn't solve the problem, you can find how to migrate wordpress in
http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
I believe the answer to the original question is that the original URL has been cached in the browser. I just ran into the opposite issue: I was still getting a redirect from http://localhost:81/ to http://localhost/ after changing siteurl in SQL table wp_options. Clearing the cache in my browser fixed the issue.

Why is my favicon appearing on Amazon S3 endpoint but not on the forwarded domain?

I have tried everything possible and am out of ideas as to why my favicon is still not appearing. If I told you how much time I've spent trying to figure this out you'd understand why i'm on the verge of losing my mind.
Here's the rundown [i'm not technical- just starting to learn so please bear with me]:
I'm using Amazon S3 as my host. GoDaddy is the DNS and I have forwarding with a mask setup so that the amazon endpoint is directed to the actual domain.
Here's the strange thing-- the favicon appears on the amazon endpoint but doesn't on the forwarded domain which is where I want it to appear. The favicon also appears when I do some testing using Dreamweaver.
I can assure you that it isn't a matter a clearing the cache as I've done that numerous times and have ran tests to make sure that it's working. I've tried all the possible different types of variations of code and nothing works. I'm led to believe that it's not an issue with the code, cache, file but rather something else that is out of my realm of knowledge.
So I come to Stackoverflow.
Please-- any help will be GREATLY appreciated!
For anyone having such problem - making the favicon public and using a direct link found in the file's properties on s3 did the charm.
That means use a full URL that is always going to work from everywhere. Depending on how things are set-up a hostname could resolve to something like localhost on multiple machines, so you want to make sure that the host name you're using always has the resource at that location. CORS should have anything to do with it as it is a standard full GET request.

Updating Files on Apache

I'm having trouble with my Apache Web Server. I have a folder (htdocs\images) where I have a number of images already in place. I can browse them and see them on my web server (and access them via HTML). I added a new image in there today, and went to browse to it, and it can't be found. I double and triple checked the path and everything. I even restarted Apache and that didn't seem to help.
I'm really confused as to what's going on here. Anybody have any suggestions?
Thank you.
Edit I just turned on the ability for the images directory to be listed, browsed to it (http://127.0.0.1/images/) and I was able to see all the previous images that were in the folder, but not the new one.
Turn directory indexes on for htdocs\images, remove (or move out of the way) any index.* files, and point your browser at http://yoursite/images/
That should give you a full listing of files in that directory. If the file you're looking for isn't there, then Apache is looking at a different directory than you think it is. You'll have to search your httpd.conf for clues -- DocumentRoot, Alias, AliasMatch, Redirect, RedirectMatch, RewriteRule -- there are probably dozens of apache directives that could be causing the web server to get its documents from somewhere other than where you think it's looking.
make sure the caSE and spelling are 100% correct.
There is not magic in programming (some may disagree:), so look for silly errors. Wrong server? Case of your letters? Wrong extension?
There's a chance it could be due to the cookies stored on your device. I would delete all cookies to the website you're working on before you refresh again
