I'm trying to create an Applescript script which essentially downloads files from Safari. However, the files are not available for download via the web page, so I usually open up the Web Inspector and then go to Resources and then in a folder called Other, download the file.
I've been searching the web for a method to do this via Applescript, but to no avail. My question is therefore: How can I access the Web Inspector > Resrouces > Other files in my current Safari window? I know that it is possible to bring up the Web Inspect using ⌥⌘I, and then you can change pane inside of the Inspector using ⌘]. But I can't get focus on the list of Resources Files, as shown below:
Is it possible to access this .mp3 file inside of the Other folder without using shortcut commands? And if not/if so, how can I access the Other folder inside of this window pane?

Is it possible that you can access the .mp3 file some other way? Rather than using the Web Inspector, perhaps you can find the link to the .mp3 file within the page source code, and then download it.
If you want to access the "Other" folder, then you will have to copy the web address you need it for, reset safari, go to the web page via the html bar and then open up the web inspector via alt>cmd>I and it should be there.Not sure what Apple Script has to do with anything (But I have never used it :P)

As the name of the question states, I'm working with my company on a project in UiPath that is responsible for scraping a slurry of excel files from a SharePoint server. Unfortunately a decent portion of it is proprietary so I don't know how much of the actual code I can justifiably put here.
I have inside of UiPath (which is essentially a shell for vb.net and C# specifically tailored for automation) functionality to input a website url into the file explorer and have it navigate to the OneDrive folder for that SharePoint site.
This was working as expected until yesterday in the morning when it decided to brick itself and instead pull up the SharePoint site on the web browser.
Is there any way to ensure or otherwise understand why it won't open the folder path? I had it working before and I don't know why it doesn't work anymore.

I know Domino as a web server. In the data folder there´s an HTML folder which is normally the root of web content. But I want to put files and folders with all the flash stuff inside a Notes database (nsf).
I know I can do this via import through Package Explorer in the Notes Designer client. But where should I copy it into? Into webcontent folder?
I also know documents and pages can act as .html files. But there are also javascripts, .swf, .mp3 and other files.
How can I then invoke the starting point file like index.html?

I would not recommend to put it on Domino server file system, it's very dirty way.
One document with one attachment/video. That would give you overview of all files you have in database plus possibility to add/delete them (require development skills little bit).
You can also upload your resources as Files as a design element, however that would require you design access each time you want to change them.

For everything that is not plain html you can use file- resources. Linking them is as simple as write an url that looks like this:
hxxp://yourserver.com/yournsf.nsf/JSLibrary.js?OpenFileResource

This purpose i need to choose directory where the file want to save.

I have tied using FolderBrowserDialog control but it is not working in MVC
There is no such control (except using ActiveX Control or Java Applets), so don't waste your time to look for it and you can not get any folder path(on client machine) with JavaScript due to security reasons.
Why don't you just allow user to download the file and user will select the folder where he wants that file to be saved or else it will get saved in default folder of browser.

I have set up a webdav folder that I can access thorugh chrome and edit files and save them back to the server, for example, I can open a word doc, edit it and save it back.
When I come to open a pdf, it wont save back to the server and downloads a copy of the pdf instead of the original.
Is there a way of enabling this to edit a pdf?
My end goal is to be able to open a pdf, add comments/highlights and save it back to the server, through my browser.

I have set this up through Apache 2.4, no plug ins through chrome, I have mapped a network drive to the server folder where I can open and edit files. Except PDFs, I would like to add comments to a off but when I open one the option is greyed out and when I try and save it after opening it tries to save to my desktop.
I'm not sure i've got your use case right, but if i've understood you correctly you have a link in a web page to a PDF which you're viewing in chrome. You click on that link and the PDF downloads to a temp file from which it is opened. If you edit and save those changes are simply saved to the temp file on your local PC. Is that correct?
If so, then this is simply normal behaviour for links in web pages. There is absolutely nothing in the HTML standard which suggests links should be opened by an editor with knowledge of the source location.
What you really want is for the link to launch an editor program which retrieves the remote document in edit mode (probably locking the remote resource) and then have edits saved back to the server. For this to happen there generally needs to be some special interaction in the browser. In Internet Explorer this is provided by the sharepoint dll and special script code. I think there's a plugin for Chrome which does the same thing, although differently.

I am wondering if there is a way in objective c to have my iPad app copy a file in it's documents folder to another app's documents folder and have that app open the file for editing and finally copy the file back to my documents folder. Or better yet, can I have another app open a file from my documents folder, edit the file, and save it back to my documents folder?
So far I know I can have another app open a file in my documents folder but the app that I'm handing the document off to seems to be making a local copy and editing the copy. I also know that each app's document folder is a shared folder that users can drag and drop stuff from itunes but I'm not sure if the same can be done in code.
I am pretty sure what you are trying to do is impossible. iOS applications are "sandboxed" which means that each app has its own documents directory. No application has access to the file system outside its own "sandbox" i.e. outside its own local documents directory.

Though a sandbox exists, I found a way to work around it (it's a trick being used by other File Manager apps like GoAruna). I would first register my app as an app that can open the type of files that I plan to work with. Then I use the Open In functionality to have my users open up my apps local documents in the second app, an app like iAnnotate. Then, because my app is registered as an app that can open the current file type, I can instruct my users to use Open In from iAnnotate to move the modified document back to my app. Sorry but I could not accept "no" as an answer. If your iPad is jail broken, try this:
On the app iFile, type in the document name in the search box located at the top. Once you find the document, click on it and options would be showed to you. From here you can choose the app you want to open the file with.
