Lotus Java agent can unable to write on a network drive - lotus-domino

The problem to fix
I have a java agent in a database on a Lotus Domino 8.5.3 server, to create export data on a network drive. The signer of the agent is listed in all of the programmability restrictions fields of the server document. The windows user name of the server is added the folder with all access, except "Full access" and "Special rights". The agent can not create the file on the network drive, but can create the file on the local drive.
The error message (Domino server log)
2013.01.15 09:32:42 AMgr: Agent ('excelExport|excelExport' in 'Applications\ExcelJavaExport\ExcelJavaExport.nsf') printing: NotersMain: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key file_operation_not_allowed

Question
What can cause this problem, and how to fix that?

Finally we found the solution to implement writing on a network drive from a Lotus Java Agent:
Use Microsoft Windows UNC for path instead of mapping name
Check the Windows User Name of the Domino server using task manager
Add the proper rights to the Windows user Name of the Domino server to the
folder

There is no more log about Privilege, anybody has some idea?
Thanks in advance!
Problem resolved and the problem is submitted job itself not YARN/Privilege.
Suggestion is that you'd better try to find details in container log not resourcemanager/nodemanager log.

After upgrade web server (sever 2012 R2) web deploy is now failing

We just upgraded our test web servers from Server 2008 to Server 2012 R2. We have have a batch script that deploy our site. When it goes to push the site to the server its now failing. Whats weird is that is i can publish through visual studio with the same publish profile and everything is fine. We were able to upgrade our dev web servers and ever ran into this issue.
Here is what happens when i publish through visual studio 2015 (which works):
>C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_compiler.exe -v \ -p "C:\tfs\TRSApps\Test\Web\Secured Account Access\Member\obj\x86\Release\AspnetCompileMerge\Source" -u "C:\tfs\TRSApps\Test\Web\Secured Account Access\Member\obj\x86\Release\AspnetCompileMerge\TempBuildDir"

3>Copying all files to temporary location below for package/publish:
