Clockwork is not working with Foreman - ruby-on-rails-3

I am using clockwork gem to send daily emails. I have created clock.rb file inside lib folder.
#clock.rb
require 'rubygems'
require 'clockwork'
include Clockwork
every(1.day, 'reminders.send', :at => '09:30'){
#leave_details = LeaveDetail.all(:conditions => {:status => [LeaveDetail::STATUS_PENDING, LeaveDetail::STATUS_PENDING_MNGT]})
#leave_details.each do |ld|
UserMailer.leave_reminder_email(ld).deliver
end
}
I have created a Procfile:-
web: bundle exec thin start -d
clock: bundle exec clockwork lib/clock.rb
when i command
foreman start
it is showing error:-

LeaveDetail is a ruby class inside models.
can anyone please tell me why 'LeaveDetail' is showing uninitialized here?. thnks

You're not actually loading your app in clockwork. Clockwork is a separate standalone ruby process. If you don't tell it about the rest of your app, it has no idea of its existence and so your error is logical. This is from sidekiq's clockwork example documentation:
# require boot & environment for a Rails app
require_relative "../config/boot"
require_relative "../config/environment"

You can use include Clockwork as the module, add require './config/boot'
and require './config/environment'
require './config/boot'
require './config/environment'
require 'clockwork'
module Clockwork
every(1.day, 'reminders.send', :at => '09:30'){
#leave_details = LeaveDetail.all(:conditions => {:status => [LeaveDetail::STATUS_PENDING, LeaveDetail::STATUS_PENDING_MNGT]})
#leave_details.each do |ld|
UserMailer.leave_reminder_email(ld).deliver
end
}
end

I don't know if my sidekiq.pid file is missing or what am I doing wrong. Please help, Ive been trying to resolve this by almost two days!
This error most likely occurs because of 6th version of Sidekiq doesn't support pidfile and daemonization mode.
The simplest way is to downgrade sidekiq through gemfile:
gem 'sidekiq', '< 6.0.0'.

I'm not even sure where to begin looking for the set command and why it's receiving the wrong number of arguments. Any have any suggestions?
I dug into this a bit. You can look for the set command issued here:
https://github.com/redis/redis-rb/blob/master/lib/redis.rb#L675
You can put the debugger around here, try to replicate the scenario and get the exact error.
Redis' set command works like:
SET <key_name> <value>
eg:
SET name 'Avi'
For best details:
http://redis.io/commands/set
Was using the gem redis-rb and it extends the SET method but not the last few args. Only name/value.

Not sure what could be causing this and it's baffling me why its only now decided to pop up.
I was able to fix this by reinstalling the actionpack gem. It must have got corrupt or I accidently changed it between last night and today.

heroku db:push issue

I am having some issues getting db:push to work with heroku.
As I have read else where, there is an issue with ruby versions > 1.9.3-p0, so I've downgraded to 1.9.2-p290, as it seems that that is the most common suggestion.
This can be confirmed via running ruby -v and getting ruby 1.9.2p290 (2011-07-09 revision 32553) [x86_64-darwin11.4.0]

What is causing this issue and/or how can I fix it?
I guess this is due to date format of holders table(field is time zone displacement).
Not sure exactly what fixed it, but I was trying to push via a local seeds file. When I tried to run db:seed, I kept getting migration errors. When I tried to run the migrations, I got migration errors. So I ran the following: and then kept running db:migrate as I got new errors.
heroku run rake db:reset
heroku run rake db:migrate
